Park at the Marketplace

For the most part things were good . However when it was time I moved out I scheduled for the management team to do a walk through 3 times . They showed up to none of the appointments and said it would be fine . Then after I moved out they sent photos of a random apartment claiming I had damages . When I asked them to provide to me where exactly these damages were ( bedroom , living room , etc ) I was told that I would have to provide photos / videos of the entire apartment . This is after I showed a video in person and the lady that worked there told me “ that didn’t show where the damages were” which makes no sense because she said she didn’t know where they were . To this day I have no idea where these random photos came from and what apartment it was . I would recommend anyone who lives here to document every inch of the apartment and get a lawyer because these people are liars

I was just driving by and decided to stop into the leasing office to see if there were any available apartments. The good news: yes, there are. The bad news: it's out of my price range :-( Thanks to Saire who I spoke to. I'm going to find a way to move here soon. The property looks great and the area is exactly what I'm looking for.

I moved "back" into the community. As they were awesome before, they still are. I feel at home again.

I have now been with Park at the Marketplace going on five years. I decided to upgrade my unit and I must say Keisha & Gabby were amazing! They’ve answered all of my questions and the process was a breeze! It happened so fast and Gabby made sure that my transfer process was almost seamless. I truly enjoy living at this community and absolutely afire the front office. They are solid as well as the maintenance crew. They’ve helped me on any issues that I’ve ever came across and so far I have not had any major issues. Tgraham.

Beautiful living space! It is spacious and has updated appliances. All of what I am looking for in a home! Ms.Keisha was wonderful.

I have been living at Park at the Marketplace for almost 4 years now. I have moved from state to state and can say I have never stayed at such an amazing complex. The leasing office is full of helpful people that want to make sure your concerns get resolved immediately. Maintenance is so quick that I feel like they show up almost as soon as I submit the request. The community is quiet and extremely clean. I recently went to a holiday party at my leasing office which I have never done before and I can say it was extremely accommodating and felt like a family reunion. The manager Keisha always makes sure residents feel welcomed and encourage them to speak on their issues. I can honestly say I know i’ll have to move at some time but I have been so pleased with my residency here that it’s hard to find another complex that compares. Thank you so much for ensuring residents feel safe, heard, and comfortable!

Best place to live if you want to live in an environment where you can feel safe and Noise is kept at a minimum.

Please don’t be a fool, nasty trashy and rats, breezeway and stairs are dirty as every, poor valet trash service! Don’t do it....

From the administrative staff to maintenance staff professionalism is their goal. Park at the Marketplace is a great place to live. The grounds are well kept and the majority of the tenants try to keep it clean. I feel very comfortable in my apartment and in the area.

All the ladies in the office are very attentive. Whenever I had a question they answered without a problem special thanks to D that worked with me from beginning to end. Thank you ladies to much

Best management and maintenance crew I've ever experienced. Good attitudes in the front office. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. My only gripe is with the new neighbors and the mail delivery in this zip is way below par. Not uncommon to see people sitting in a running vehicle for hours on end - or - the (very) strong smell of mary jane as I come and go.

I have lived here for 4 years. The management staff as well as the maintenance staff work diligently to assure that tenants feel comfortable in their apartments. When there are any issues they work to resolve expeditiously. I like living here.

Timeliness, efficiency and prompt response for service requests, friendly staff, cleanliness of complex, and willingness of staff to help when necessary, are a few of the qualities that make this community a great place to live!!

Mr. Mike always provides excellent service whenever I have a work order submitted. He always comes within a timely manner and gets the job done. The staff at the leasing office are really nice! Gabby & Mrs Dierdra are super nice and are always very helpful if I need anything!

I find Park at Marketplace a great place to live. Management staff as well as Maintenance staff go out of their way to assure that you are happy living here. They try very hard to make this a community as opposed to a rental. I signed my renewal because there is no better place to live

I love it. Community is nice, area is nice, close to everything, very convenient.

I have been here for 2 years. I downgraded to a Unrenovated unit from a renovated unit, concerned o would not like it as much. It was so worth it. Luxury apartments are definitely what these are. I wont be moving until I buy a house.

Move in was seamless, office staff was amazing in my transition gabby was extremely helpful and took care of me the entire way

The staff is very friendly and professional, one staff member that truly stands out is Corey he gave me a excellent tour of the property and also assisted me with filling out the apartment application I am very please with the park at the marketplace and I am looking forward to me and my family staying here for a long time.

I recently moved here and I love my apartment I have a one bedroom pretty decent size. The location is great.

Management and rental agent changes all the time. Pool and club area filled with teens that don't even live there in summer. Because it's sits across the street from Atl Movie and location bars, discount shopping store's it's a hot spot. Apartments are well kept and maintained.

i love this community. There are things I complain about but it's not the fault of staff. The only complaint I have is about parking. I work some nights so by the time I get off I have to park far away from my building. The staff is friendly and quick to help solve any problem. Anything in or on the property is always functioning, this includes the gates always being able to work, laundry machines work, as well as the gym equipment. I LOVE this place.

This place is great. Very nice staff and they are speedy with issues. I would recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are nice and in very great shape. I live in the leeward and it's beautiful. They also make sure all your needs are met when when you are here.

Thirst apartments look really nice inside and out but their maintenance sucks and their hospitality with our guest is outlandish

This apartment complex rests in the heart of the camp creek marketplace. In front the Movies Atl movie theater. Ive been a resident here for near 6 months, and I find that this complex is a jewel. Near Publix, La Fitness, Target, Gas station, you name it, its walking distance or a short drive, even starbucks across the way. Relatively new, the complex is a sight, very pleasing to the eye inside and out. Roomy floor plans, with most offering a washer and dryer already inside (mine comes with them) Very quiet, no loud parties and noise, gated, and the staff is friendly enough and understanding for those who deal with minor financial issues as my self. Even offer occasional food truck services and other little neighborhood shindigs to encourage the tenants to socialize. overall the Landings at Princeton Lakes is a great apartment complex.

(Current resident 2015) The Landings at Princeton Lakes is a very comfortable and peace complex located in the heart of camp creek market place I live here in a 3 bedroom with my roommates. Its nice, the staff are kind (beautiful as well) and accommodating. few issues with waiting on little repairs, but they always get to them. a bit expensive, but considering everything is walking distance, gas is nothing. and its clean and pretty to boot. I highly recommend. side note, the workout room is a bit limited with the machines they carry.

I love to travel and just living here feels like vacation every day. 5 stars apartment complex with 24 hours access to luxury pool with grills and fire pit, fitness center and laundry room. Club house available during office hours with full access to computer room, pool table and meeting room. Which is open daily during office hours. Daily velvet service of garbage pick up from door steps. All apartments are very spacious and large beautiful kitchens. These apartments are your home to vacation living.

The Landings is a great little oasis . Convenient to hey 85' 285 and 20. Super close to Camp Creek Marketplace but landscaped in such a way you secluded and have privacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's community gatherings held often.
