I've been here about a year and a half. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance staff is really great. They try not to keep you waiting and are always polite. The residents are all super nice. I have not met any rude tenants, even the children here are polite and well mannered. The apartments are much nicer than the last place I lived. and the rent is much less than that place. Unfortunately, the pool and gym haven't been open since. I am here.

If you love having cockroach infestations and cockroach nests growing on your food and dishwasher, broken appliances that will never get fixed, being lied to by the office staff, office managers giving anyone who calls their number your personal financial situation as tenants and information, drug deals that occur all around the neighborhood, then this place is for you! Maintenance guys are great but have even said the landlords don’t care about current tenants. They just want to get you moved in, locked into a lease that you can’t get out of and take your money. They love their money and could give a crap about you once you sign that lease. The most unprofessional people Ive ever encountered in my entire life. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

You are paying rent for roaches they do not take care of pest control no matter how many times you call and cry and beg it’s an absolute nightmare.

Application process is long, they don’t tell you that and keeps asking for more $ to hold your apt. Management doesn’t seem to keep records up to date and tried to tell me in December that I didn’t pay august rent. If you have toddlers definitely don’t do it. Thin walls, and floors. Neighbors complained because my kids were noisy during the day ( they go to bed by 7 so it wasn’t night time). Although I can hear everything upstairs and all around me, I understand I was in an apartment.

Can we have some working doors? Ones that open when you scan the device provided by the complex? It has been broken for months. This is a bit ridiculous... thanks for at least installing a door handle finally.
The terms of the lease are very clear. I gave my legal notice, over 60 days, to vacate. A new resident was lined up to move in. I moved out early, leaving them a full two weeks to clean the place on my dollar on the last month I was there, even though I didn’t have to. I left it spotless as was, also. It has been three months. Management changed. I am getting only excuses where my deposit is, such as “we don’t know,” “the finance department handles that, we’re just waiting on them, sorry” and “oh I’m sorry I forgot to do your paperwork my bad”. My calls are not returned, nobody has answers for me. Worse yet, the water utility is tied to your rent, yet a separate company. I’m still being billed for someone else using the water at my place, the utility company will not legally remove me from the bill without management’s paperwork, and they won’t accept payments from me directly. This is trashing my credit. I still have over a thousand dollars missing—yet there was nothing wrong with how I left my apartment, it was spotless they said!—that everyone is SO sorry they’ll let me know when they figure it out. I’ll edit this review when this problem is resolved. Until then, I can not recommend living here at all.
Terrible communication, gave my 200 deposit they told me I was approved.. I signed papers and they told me I could move in next week.. it’s now next week and they have not picked up the phone. I regret not reading the reviews first.

Me and my sister put in 2 $75 application fees and kept calling for like a week straight and kept getting told they’ll run application and never got any calls back or anything
Horrible management. Our rent was raised twice during our first year. The pool is a free -for -all. Adults at the pool drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, bring their own barbeque grills & their pets i.e. pit bulls snakes. ALL these things are against the rules, but they're NOT enforced. Pls. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent cuz it WILL go up even though your income hasn't. Don't be fooled by the pettiness and newness. These people are GREEDY BLOOD SUCKERS
Rent was increased twice during first year lease. Management had been fired two or three times since I've been here. high crime rate. Other tenants trash the area. This place is disappointing.
Applied For A 2 Bedroom During The Last Construction Phase which ended In Feb Was Notified We Did Not Qualify Still Waiting Almost 6 Weeks For Our $200 Holding Fee To Be Returned Multiple Calls To The Office Go Un Returned
So I myself when looking for a apartment or place to move. I drive through the neighborhood at night. To see what goes on. During the day everyone is at work. So on 3 different occasions I have made my way through the hood. Lock your doors as u do this. There is always a large number of teenagers that hang out in the parking lot. They don’t move for you. You have to stop for them to move. The smell of marijuana fills the air. Music is loud. I understand everyone wants to be cardi b. But this is a family community. And loud music blaring from cars trying to out doneach other is just ridiculous. Please if your interested in these apartments drive through them after 10. I’ve also noticed the same group of young girls with little clothes on approach vehicles that have men in them. My gf car was approached by these fast girls. Not the place to call home. Beautiful but safety and privacy is a big issue here. And the simple fact the community smells of all these you g kids outside hanging out smoking pot. Good luck but this is not a community I would feel safe calling home ??
