I lived here for a year and a half and had very little issues, if any, with the managers and property. I received prompt responses to the two minor issues I had with the apartment during my stay and the property manager's office makes a strong effort to keep the property looking good all of the time. Mrs Sarai and Mr Felix are both very professional and responsive, and both very capable of resolving issues that might come up. Not easy to please everyone all of the time however they can be firm when needed. I have nothing but praise for the office team, the property and the value. I do appreciate them.

The management have been on top of the place to keep it up and invest to keep tenants. I appreciate Ms. Dora the manager and Mr. Mike the maintenance supervisor. Also the rest of the staff have been great and always have a quick work order turn around.
This was my first time renting an apartment and my lack of knowledge was definitely taken advantage of. I was supposed to sign an 8 month lease but was given 12 month papers to sign. On top of that, my unit had horrible sub floor issues and a roach problem as well. I would not suggest this complex to my worst enemy. The pools and lakes are nice but that’s about it. Not the place you want to live!

Bad baddd pest control, we call the office months and months they just dont care, tbh im just waiting for the contraxt to be over. Dirty and poorly taking care of apartments. Management just dont care plain and simple

I’ve only been living here for 4 months and I’ve already had it with these apartments!! The office staff does not care or even try to understand you. They were recently fixing the parking spaces to one side of the apartments which I didn’t think there would be an issue with or for it to affect me until I got home from work my car was completely gone. When I went to the office I spoke to a gentleman that sat by the front door and he said a letter was sent out 2 day prior to the incident. I then proceeded to let him know there was no letter. At no point did he try and say sorry that they were at fault for it all he said “ We can’t do anything for you but here’s the towing company.” Honestly wish I wouldn’t have moved in. This is a bit of a bummer since I’m a first time renter!!

The management is horrible. They bait and switch you from move in. Flooded apartments and then they tell you we will fix it. What the do is put a band aid on it and it continues to flood. Then to top it all off my furniture smells like crap from the floods no and she tells me well that’s why you have renters insurance. We aren’t responsible for damages that occur from pipes breaking.

This is a horrible apartment complex. I have lived here for a year and a half and the facility is currently being fined by the city of Houston for multiple failures, including plumbing issues, leaks, and structural issues. All of the pools have been locked up by order of the city. The maintenance staff is unreliable, the area is on the downward spiral, and there are some serious issues with security and safety.
I have lived at The Park Woodlake apartments for almost five year. I have never had any problems . If i have a maintenance problem, it is usually taken care of in the next 24 hours. The office employees are very professional,and very helpful. I have never had any problems with the employees. I feel safe in this complex. Stores are in walking distance and i am five minutes in walking distance of the Metro bus. I recommend this apartment complex for future tenants.
