Spring is a suburban community located just thirty minutes north of downtown Houston, practically right next door to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The city’s population has grown enormously since the year 2000, but the small-town atmosphere remains one of Spring’s most distinctive features. Many Houston-area commuters choose to settle here for the quiet atmosphere, and parents love the low crime rate and the selection of excellent public schools.
The lush green parks on the banks of Spring Creek provide tranquil retreats for a relaxing afternoon, as well as an extensive network of trails and footpaths to explore. Folks from all across the Houston area come to Spring in the summer to visit the local SplashTown water park on the west side of the city.

Property Ratings at Park at Woodland Springs Apartments
Besides the run down, poorly taken-care of property, the management are absolute vultures. They tell you to lie to be able to qualify for housing then every single thing is nickel and dimed once you get accepted. They offer no solutions, and take advantage of the renters. The gate is broken literally every other day. We had to hire our own exterminators, twice, because of roach problems with adjacent tenants. The garbage is always piled up. The ladies in the management office are rude, incompetent, and just lazy. Avoid this place at all cost!
Tried to live here, they couldn’t do a simple employment verification from July to august. and was rude every step of the way. I won’t say don’t move here, but pray for new management.????
I tired to move here and the staff here is just so rude! They get so many complaints about how rude they are and I'm surprised they are still in office! DO BETTER!!! How do these ladies still have their job ??
The management team is the most disrespectful, rudest, unprofessional, inconsistent, inconsiderate people I have witnessed on this green earth!!!!!!!!! They are not for you and don't care about their tenants. The people that live there is fine. You vehicle will get towed for just about anything and if you have company be sure to have your visitors no matter how short the visit to have a tag. And the ROACHES lord no matter how clean and how you spray they are going to take over.
Park at woodlands springs, this is unacceptable. I would like to advise you to change your staff within the apartment complex immediately. Those two money hungry women running the office have a uneasy bark tone to their voices with a heaping serving of attitude to follow. I've lived in these apartments for three years and at first I've believed it to be a five star apartment complex with excellent customer service. Though as time went on the staff that was there when I first moved in had vanished. Two rude and unprofessional woman run the flood zone now, with attitudes thicker than a malt shake. We are disappointed with the lack of service we residents don't receive from your high standards y'all hold yourself to. Please contact other apartment complexes so you don't have to go through what I had to. Again I'd like to apologize for ever leasing in this mirage of an apartment complex.

If I could give this 1/2 star I would and that would be pushing it ! When visiting family, this place is nothing more than Trash ! The trashy people in here won't even throw their garbage in the dumpster - instead set it outside and it piles up for days and days that way. The mailboxes were broken into in December 2018 and have not been repaired to this date - Jan 21 ! Residents have to physically drive to a Post Office to get their mail - how ridiculous when you work and cannot get there to collect it. Bills have had to be diverted to different address because of this b/s. The people in here look like drug dealers and ex-felons ! My family wants out of here so bad but it is so Expensive to get out of your lease ! DO NOT MOVE HERE !

Since the apparentment complex has been taken over by the government, they have had very inconsistent dates on when things will be finalize the application. It has taken us over 2 months to get through JUST an application process. They’ve had us come up to their office about 4 different times to sign paperwork or bring in some sort of paperwork. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, and just sign up at a different location with people who actually know what they are doing.

I can't begin to express my most deepest condolences to those that returned to park at woodlands springs after mays flood in those apartments. I just heard that those apartments once again got flooded (Hurricane Harvey) and people lost everything or mostly everything they owned again or for the first time. I lived there before when the first flood happened and I was devistated when we were flooded so I know what it feels like. The people that worked there were horrible and provided no information or for that matter knew nothing and didn't want to bother with anyone. That's terrible, that this happens for the second time and that still they treat people less than human beings. Do not move to these apartments! You will lose it all!

We are looking into creating a wall that would prevent any additional flooding! We are very sorry to hear about how these floods have affected the lives of our residents!
I have been a flood victim here for two years in a row and both times recieved little to no help from the staff or office officials, on top of losing almost all of our belongings they evicted all the flood victims and made everyone reapply! You best believe the only help here is towing anyone who forgot to put their temp parking ticket. They kept me and my family in the dark for months as they searched for the cheapest way to fix the apartments from last year, this year rolls around and before the hurricane even hits the office staff left town. Great apartments, great space, great area (minus the constant fear of flooding)

We used to love living here. Then the flood happened. They must have been desperate for tenants because they moved in just anyone. Now their are vacuums and mops and trash on their porches. No one must work because they stay up all night playing loud music and they hang out in parking lot. Women move in and then later move in their other family members and boyfriends. Drugs being sold and done in the woods. Teenagers hanging out all night by cars and playground. Parties at the pool with loud obnoxious adults and children. Don't plan on sleeping because these women only care about partying and collecting their monthly check for all their unsupervised children. If you want to live by unleashed pit bulls go for it. The office has no manager and the staff changes weekly. What a disappointment to spend all that money last year and come home to this mess. What a shame it used to be a great place to live. We ran fast and got out of there.

I have a babysitter come watch my son several days of the week while I'm at work... tenants here choose to park in the very limited VISTOR ONLY parking even though they have parking permits . This causes my babysitter to park in the tenant parking without a permit and get towed. Has Happened a few rimes now , not to mention it's 300$ to get a car from the tow yard they work with. Wow, y'all are doing a great job by draining a single moms account because her babysitters parking spot is taken by tenants ! Also the staff is very inconsiderate towards the matter . Either they don't have kids or they are rolling in money !

I can't wait to get back home. We flooded in May. We are waiting on renovations. Peggy is amazing, and so is Tony and the courtesy officer. If you can be patient until all work is done this is an awesome place. I tried looking for a new place but they are either dumps or too over priced. I lived there for nine years and go by every day. I can't wait to get back home. Our townhome is nice, affordable, and quiet. We didn't have bug issues. To all my neighbors waiting to get back home I hope to see you soon.
This apartment community has the best staff, the best and most spacious townhomes that are reasonably priced, the best interior and exterior amenities, a beautiful sparking pool, spectacular fitness center and workshop. We are in a great location right next to The Woodlands and everything is conveniently located. We even have an awesome Cajun Restaurant who delivers! One gets pretty tired of pizza and Chinese food so I was in total awe to find out I could get seafood and more delivered right to my door. This is home for me and I plan on staying here for a very long time.
