I am extremely disappointed with the application process and overall experience at this apartment complex. Letrica was our leasing agent, and it took months just to get through the application process. After all that waiting, they tried to assign us a handicap unit without any prior notification or discussion. Even after signing the lease and setting a move-in date over a month in advance, they never informed us about this change or apologized for the mistake. Instead, they simply insisted the unit was “liveable.” After pushing back, they finally leased us a different unit, but gave us the wrong move-in date because Letrica was unaware that the unit wouldn’t be ready in time. This error caused us to incur additional costs at the apartment we were moving from. When we finally moved in, we noticed the unit was not properly cleaned—dust and dirt were throughout the apartment, and trash was left on the patio. The property manager, Shelly, initially promised to cover the extra expenses caused by their mistake, but later denied ever making that offer. To make matters worse, it took her weeks to return my calls and address our concerns. Overall, this has been a frustrating and stressful experience. While the complex itself is nice and well-kept, be prepared to face challenges and constant lapses in communication from the office staff. The property is on a reserve, and you’ll frequently see raccoons and armadillos roaming the grounds at night, especially around the trash compactor and under cars. Park Avenue, you could have easily made this right by simply keeping your word and ensuring a smooth process. I strongly recommend you start taking better notes so you can remember what’s going on and honor the promises you make.
No camera anywhere on apartment grounds, there is gate with a code and a fob to get in which is nice but cars flock outside and wait for someone who lives at the complex to open the gate and then they all drive in. Work truck was broken into had items stolen

I moved into Domain at Boulder Creek at the end of August. Nancy was my leasing agent and was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure I received the best specials and made my leasing experience so easy! She showed me all of my options that she thought would best meet my needs and we found the perfect unit. The grounds are lovely and the amenities make you feel like your living at a resort!
Domain Boulder Creek is a peaceful, well maintained apartment complex. Staff is very courteous and professional. They will help you solve any problem you maybe encountering at the complex. The maintenance crew is excellent. They have great amenities thats available for everyone to enjoy. I would recommend living at Domain Creek.
My overall experience have been good here. I moved here in January of this year. I do feel that management should have made adjustments on rent during the period of lockdown when all amenities were not available for use. I am not sure if any adjustments were made with renters who may have lost their jobs, but I inquired about amenities not being available and was told full rent would be due. I was VERY displeased. Thank you!
Great place to live and solid location. Grounds are kept up, residents are friendly and management team is very responsive to any of the residents needs. Amenities are outstanding and overall just a great place to rent.
Great Staff
Although I have enjoyed living at Domain Boulder Creek, there are definitely some things I wish were different. For starters, being forced to use Xfinity is ridiculous. We pay a higher price for worse service just to live in this complex. Secondly, I had a horrible water leak the first month I moved in and was severly inconvenienced, yet received no compensation. Thirdly, during the covid-19 pandemic, very little was done to ensure resident safety. I haven't been able to use the gym for 5 months for fear that I would get sick because there are no sanitizing procedures set up to keep us safe. I do love the actual apartment I live in but would not recommend signing a lease here.

The façade of this community is great and the amenities are wonderful. However, the level of noise sensitivity inside the apartments are very high, which shows poor construction and design all around.
Josie and crew have visited my apartment several times as my apartment flooded in March. They have always been professional and courteous. No issues or concerns!
This community sucks. Greystar is a horrible company do not move to any of their complexes. The management and maintenance staff here at domain are destroying/ruining this place. The upper management at grey star wont even listen to what you have to say.. its horrible.. just stay away so you dont have to have issues of where you live and be scared where you live..
I will write later. I can say now it is excellent apartment with good staff and very beautiful layout.It is really beautiful during night with all lights outside giving a festive feeling. I will write more later.

Domain Boulder Creek has great amenities and a great leasing staff. Katie was great when I first contacted her. She made the leasing process much easier for me since we were coming from California and could get to tour the apartments before hand. She kept in touch and if there was information missing she will contact me immediately. She send out a property map before hand and a list of all documents need it. On move in date she was there to welcome my family and was very excited to meet my fur baby. One of the best and stress free leasing experience over all.
These apartments are everything I could dream of with extremely friendly staff to top it off. So happy I decided to move here!

This apartment is in short driving distance from Hobby, has a great shopping center in front of it, H-E-B a block away, and a Mall area 10 minutes away. I’m glad I chose to live here!!

I would recommend this complex due to its convenient location, especially if one works near Hobby Airport. Read on for more details. PRICE: The prices seem a bit high, most likely due to the "luxury" reference on the sign. I would not consider this complex luxurious, by any means, but it is a nice place to call home. PARKING: Be prepared to rent a carport/garage if you want a guaranteed parking spot, especially if you return home later than most. TRASH: There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex so garbage tends to overflow frequently. This problem could be avoided if the button operated properly and if residents took the time to ensure their trash bag makes it down the chute. MAINT: When maintenance has been needed, service requests have always been completed within 24-48 hours, if not the same day. No big issues in the 2 years that we have lived here - lightbulbs, blinds, air filters, etc. STAFF: We have not had any issues with the office staff. The leasing agents seem to turnover frequently. Ms. Gina and Ms. Debbie have been the most helpful if you need anything resolved. Interaction with the office is minimal if you pay your rent online and don't receive many packages. They are strict on the requirements/rules, but I'm sure they are merely abiding by their corporate office guidelines. SNAKES: Snake sightings are not unheard of and the complex does their best to manage them. We have only seen two snakes in over two years of living here, and they have been near the wooded areas. RESIDENTS: We have not had any noise complaints. Neighbors can be heard from time to time but it is not excessive and is to be expected in an apartment setting. Many cultures are represented in the complex and friendly interactions occur in passing daily. Many friends have been made here. Hopefully this review has been helpful for prospective residents!
I love living here! I have the best neighbors and I've made some great friends here! I feel very safe here and love that we have police officers here. The maintenance guy Sam is awesome too! If something needs to be fixed, it is done very quickly. I especially love the layout of my apartment! NO GALLY KITCHENS HERE! There are so many cabinets and the pantry is huge. Also love there is a washer and dryer in every unit. The location is perfect! KMD
I have been completely satisfied with my year & a half stay at Park Avenue at Boulder Creek. I live in a one bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apartment with a large pantry, washer, dryer, master bath, closet, & patio. It has an open lay out & a gorgeous patio view. The management office is very helpful & friendly :) The pool is beautiful & my favorite spot to relax in the summer! The location is awesome right near the Beltway 8 & I-45 & an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Houston! Definitely recommend!
I have lived in my apartment for a year and will definitely be renewing my lease for another year. Everyday that I walk into my place I feel like I live at a resort. I love living here. The pool and the surrounding area is always clean and organized. The landscaping is always nicely maintained. The maintenance people are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Repairs are made in a timely manner. All the office personnel are not only professional but also friendly and very helpful. This is the best location with access to Beltway 8, I45, and 288 just minutes away. I have to say, This is my Home Sweet Home!

This place is SO SO horrible. Unless you hire a maid to clean up before you move in, expect to spend days cleaning. They apparently cleaned my apartment 3 times before move in and I'm still finding nastiness. My stove for example, was COVERED with pet hair- most likely cats and I'm allergic. How hard is it to wipe down a stove! There were cob-webs in corners, dirt build-ups in the corners of places and worst of all my air filter wasn't even changed! I had to request for them to change it and also asked if they would clean the vents since there were piles of VISIBLE dirt. They only "cleaned" the main air filter and I place quotes because all they did was knock all the dirt out onto the floor and my $300 guitar that was next to it. Just pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. The staff sticks their nose up at you- unless they are with potential renters of course. I feel like most of the community wants out and there are ALWAYS people moving out, oh happy day when my time comes. They look nice from far away but walk around and you will smell strong urine odors down many of the hallways, you can almost always smell the trash and its just a zombie-like atmosphere. Now that I'm stuck, I see why they don't have an Apartment Rating profile...
