Property Ratings at Park Avenue West
Office personnel changes twice a year. Constantly vandalized inside and out. ZERO maintenance requests for a non working water heater for 6 weeks+. This place is absolute trash even for the price.

Apartments are spacious and nice. Wish they had linen closets and built in bathroom drawers. Not many amenities, it would be nice if they had a gym. However, it has a great location ( easy access to light rail, 2 major highways and walking distance to the 16th St mall) and washer/dryer in all units.
