Construction zone
When I signed my lease in August the manager was unaware that the property would soon be under construction. I work from home most days and am so distressed to be working in a noisy construction zone and the end is not near. I requested to leave but the only options are expensive to leave the lease. the manager is supportive but the legal person is not. I feel trapped and often have to leave to get out of the noise. I would not recommend while they are under construction unless you work outside of the home. Patie

Great Service, Sad To Leave
Stayed here for a little over a year and I am so sad to have had to leave. Great service, and manager was so nice and helpful during this hard time. Will miss it here!!!

The worst management the worst apartment
The worst apartment I live in my life ???????? I live two years never be happy if I get outs they take all my deposit not suggest for this apartment

Cars get broken into. Management doesn’t take care of property. No hot water etc etc

Termites
I’ve lived here for quite some time. They switched over management about a year ago, and things have gone south. For example, I’ve had termites since the beginning of July, and they have yet to address it.

No management
Park Branham has greatly deteriorated over the past year. There is no active management to assist with repairs, and landlord is only present once or twice a week.

Repairs don’t get completed, carpets not replaced, list goes on and on

Great place to live
Community manager nice and friendly quiet apartment maybe be little older but it's worth it gym may need a little more stuff overall a great place to live

Quiet Property and a Great Location!
My wife and I have rented a 1 bedroom here for over 3 years. The complex is clean, quiet, and there have been little problems. The maintenance staff is great and the property managers are ok. Something else to note is that there is carport parking and extra spaces for a second car.
