Property Ratings at Park Central
I loved living here, it’s so centrally located. Robert the property manager is amazing and truly cares about the tenants and the building.
gorgeous patio and a small pool in the back of our building. Unfortunately we are in a housing shortage crisis and rents are rising yearly. I am paying around 3x what the same apartment would cost in other parts of the country.
Each unit in my apartment building has a huge patio stretching along from the living room to the bedroom. It's a quiet, older place with a small swimming pool in the back that is kept nicely heated all summer long. Living room is good sized compared to comparable apartments in the area, but drawbacks are a very old heater system that doesn't work very well and costs a small fortune to run when it gets cold and the ugliest little kitchens (which are like a narrow alley with almost no counter space) that you have ever seen.
