The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

Property Ratings at Park Circle Apartments
Leaking pipes, mold, roaches. Not worth it!! The people in charge make up the rules as they go. Neglect the tenants and don't fix anything.
The management here sucks. They will not lift a finger to help you and the emergency after hours numbers do not work.
Drug dealers are your neighbors meaning they’ll blast music early in the morning to let people know they’re in stock. Crack heads will show up at all hours of the day. The walls are super thin. Sprinklers cover walk way and stairs, easy to slip. People always dumpster diving leaving trash everywhere.
Okay so where should I start.. my boyfriend and I moved into here before the pandemic hit and, I've seen a pattern with this place and the negative reviews have a LOT of merit. From cars getting messed with to the mail boxes getting broken into (the mail guy confirmed it to me in person that its been a constant problem), we where going through it already and this place did not help. I don't recommend this place to ANYBODY friend or foe, it ain't worth it and we can't wait to get out of here!
As soon as I moved in I noticed roaches. I reported it and an exterminator came out to spray but the roaches are still here. My neighbor sounds like they’re walking around in my apartment the walls are so thin. I can’t open my blends because of the walkway being so close to the window.
For a 2 bed & 2 bath it’s pretty cheap. The walls are very thin, there were so many roaches when we moved in it was disgusting. We’ve had the exterminator come several times & the problem was not resolved. The workers are hardly in the office to turn in the rent. Not a good place for children.
I have family that live here and this place is disgusting, theres trash on top of the car ports, they were without hot water for 2 weeks, groups of guys sit out in front of the stairs playing craps while smoking weed and drinking and dont bother moving so you can get up the stairs. Cops dont even like going in this building. Management should be fined for allowing this.
These apartments are amazing and the customer service is excellent and I love the fact that the are always their when you need them the most thank you so much park circle apartments.
Well the interior of the apartment spacious I like the layout! The exterior is ok would look better if residents didn't hang out..
at times, you will see the best, so you can come. But, neighbors are loud with music at night. If you have a problem it takes more than a day to fix it and they don't normally fix anything after 6 pm. Even if it is important, to you.. Maitenance will do average, when they come. The laundry is nice is they are working.
