Do not move here, do not move here. Apartments are old and outdated and infested with roaches. They do refuse to make some renovations for their current tenants. Go somewhere else do not move here

After starting a new journey in my life i came to park creek in april in one of the newly renovated townhomes. Lets just say from the first day wade in the leasing office has been so helpful , he is amazing. He is great at communicating , getting things done and he had mde this experience great. Thank you wade!
I’m a new lease holder I love my apartment it’s big enough space everything is up to part great costumer service from the leasing office I rate 100 if your looking for something nice and reasonable park creek is where you should come
Stayed in the Townhouse.. the apartment was infested with roaches wich we did not see moving into the apartment. An no we did not bring them! After staying there for about 3 months we started to see them come out. We let them know an they sent the exterminator but it did not help. We had to take care of the problem or self which was in the kitchen. I could not cook because of the infestation. They are nasty!! And I would never go back!! Make sure you look at the apartment first!! They have a real bad Roach problem.
I began to feel uneasy when I applied as the I was told the application was 5 times the amount asked for online and also that I was not allowed to view my apartment until I signed the year lease. I attempted to stay positive but when I went to move in, I was astonished with what I had found. Cockroaches were on every wall, cockroach remains were in all kitchen appliances, windows were broken/missing, the AC didn't work, and the place smelled like a hot garbage dump. To get all issues resolved, I reached out to park creek but they made no attempt to even speak with me. After filing my complaint, I was soon confronted by park creek and I was forced out of what was my own apartment. Without any friends or family for hundreds of miles, I was left homeless and it was sickening that Park Creek knew this and did not even try to help so I can move in. I made several attempts daily to try to resolve the problem so the apartment was livable but park creek said that I couldn't view the apartment until I accepted the condition of the apartment and signed the lease. Everyone I spoke with was condescending & tried to make it seem like the events that occurred were my own fault. Nobody had any intent of addressing the problems at hand so Park Creek would ignore every attempt I made to talk about the unit and would only talk about signing the lease so I was stuck with all the issues it had. After speaking with people in park creek, it was stated that all parties are aware of their broken and bug infested homes but seek to attract individuals in need that have no option but to accept the poorly managed facilities. I then spoke with the park creek after talking with officials and park creek stated that no one cared that officials were coming as the apartment could be somewhat fixed and presentable long enough for it to be reviewed by officials and hopefully passed. This validated every poor thought I had of the property and in an attempt to walk away from the lease, I was then refused a refund on the home I never even got to live in and left me broke without a home.
I moved into a renovated unit a month ago and really like the new appliances in the kitchen and countertops. Its nice to be able to live in an apartment with new things and still have it be affordable. Staff is friendly, they are helpful.
Park Creek is nice. When I moved in the apartment had been cleaned and new carpet was installed, which I really liked. I can pay my rent online. Also, they are making alot of updates to the community, which is nice. I recommend.
Moved into a newly renovated apartment. It's nice to find an apartment that I can afford and is well taken care of. Leasing office staff is nice and accommodating.
We moved in a few months ago and have been very happy with our apartment. The staff is very professional and responsive. The apartments are large and the rental rates are affordable.
The staff is friendly but the apartments are run down on the inside and a lot of bad activities Occur Around the area. Needs a lot of repair to the apartment and needs painting and floors need replacing
I have lived in my apartment for more than 15 years. I am single and the rent amount is very affordable for a 1 bedroom. My office manager and the maintenance department are very helpful and nice. There lots of different stores in the area as CVS, Food Lion grocery store and Walgreens. Although I do drive, there are quite a few city buses in the area as well. The apartment area has lots of wooded area , trees and birds. The Police Department is always in the area and because they are very visible, it helps to keep the neighborhood safe. I really have enjoyed living here.
