Property Ratings at Park Crest At The Lakes
We have lived at Parkcrest on two different occasions. 10 years ago. It was excellent then. Was gone for a couple years and then bc of the experience We choose to moved back again 4 years ago. The location is excellent! Convenient to everything! Management is always helpful. Maintenance is decent and they will take care of things as long as your persistent everything will be cared for. Noise is less than minimal considering we are in an apartment. I have lived in three different buildings at Parkcrest. Once in a rare, neighbors can be a nuisance but the office takes care of that promptly. All the neighbors have always been pleasant. Any neighbors that don’t belong eventually leave quickly. Affordable to move in! Huge plus! No issues with dangerous dogs! Barking yes some but not a nuisance keep in mind they are talkers too! They keep it clean! Only bummer is the pandemic the gym has stayed closed and limited on the use of the pool as the hours don’t work for day time workers unfortunately. Traffic is a pain at certain times of the day but nothing major. I definitely recommend at least a try. We have been here 4 years and will be renewing again next year. One thing I am anxiously awaiting is baseball season bc we can see the fireworks on game days for a couple minutes but it is not noisy at all! It’s uplifting and most residents go outside to watch! No it doesn’t wake you up! They are evening games! Hoping to see them happening again soon! That my favorite thing here! We have a lake view third floor and never want to move! Love that other residents decorate for Christmas time with lights on their Lani! Must try at least one term lease!

I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Like every other apartment complex in the county, there are bound to be minor issues. The couple minor issues I have has been reasonably address/fixed. The apartments are spacious, reasonably priced and in a great location. The management has been more than accommodating for a special request for a ceiling fan in the bedroom since mine didn't come with one already. They didn't have to do so, however, when you are a good tenant (like many others in the complex) they were happy to provide one. I can see where the music from Potts can be a little overwhelming, however, its usually on the weekend and I personally enjoy it. I can relax on my lanai and enjoy free music. They do not play late and doesn't interfere with sleeping (you adjust). I can hear people walking above me but that's OK since we same to be on the same schedule. I do not hear things like washers or TV's from any surrounding neighbors. Parking can be challenging and mgmt is well aware and has been trying to correct the problem. Outside of standing outside and watching all vehicle all the time there isn't much they can do, its the tenants responsibility to make sure their guests park in designated guest parking. I plan on staying a while and most of the people in my bldg. have been there for several years. Give Park Crest a chance, you wont be disappointed.
The management here is horrible. The apartment complex itself is nice and the actual apartments, but management sucks. I would never live here again.
Even lie to your face. I broke my lease with them because I was moving to Colorado during them time of the hurricane that hit Florida. When I signed the papers to break my lease I was told I would have to pay $784 to break my lease. I asked if I would have to pay my rent portion as well or just the $784. They told me no you only have to pay the $784 don't worry about the rent. I turned in my keys on the 5th and gave them my money and started going across the count. It took them 2 weeks to figure out if I had even turned in my keys. They had to call me and ask if I was still living there. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I owe them $600. I called them and told them they lied to me and there response was we have a payment plan.
The parking is great and maintenance staff is friendly but can't say the same for everyone in the office. The noise from other apartments at times can be unbearable and after numerous complaints to manangemt nothing was ever done about it. Potts sports cafe music doesn't help with the noise factor on the weekends and sometimes during the week. Being pet friendly was a plus for us but NO ONE picks up after their pet, there would ever be dog poop 2 ft from the pet station and ever poop on the tennis courts.
Waited 4 months to get into the complex. It is well maintained and if anything reds to be done maintenance is fast to respond. I have a 3 bedroom and absolutely love it. Plenty of room for my teenagers and myself. Love the valet trash and car wash. My unit is one of the 2 story buildings and I have neighbors above and around my unit. Other than the very young child above us that runs fr room to room before bedtime we hear absolutely no other noise. Really do like it here.
As a student, I was looking for a nice place to live my busy life with my girlfriend so we decided this would be it. It is everything we imagined, including being close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters. The staff is incredible and has been there for us every step of the way. A 24/7 gym and a huge pool is definitely a plus! Will always remember this as my first home away from home!
I have been living at Park Crest for about 6 months and I have loved every moment of it. The apartments are beautiful and make you feel at home and all that at a reasonable price.
Hi, I would like to win this rent for life , this community is nice to live, good location .
Great apartment for first time renters and college students. Quiet, quite clean complex with available private parking, garages and gated. Great location. With in walking distance of a Publix grocery store and just minutea from local shopping centers and I-75. Rent is reasonable given the size of the apartments and rooms and concierge trash pick up. Maintain is friendly and prompt and office staff is reasonably friendly. No issues intiating first lease and renewing. Definently check this apartment complex out.
I have a view of the lake that the complex surrounds as well as a family of ducks. Love this place.
Potts Sports Café is approximately 300 feet from where I lived. Almost every Friday evening from 8-11 a rock band would play in the rear of Potts Sports Café. The music will keep you awake if you go to sleep before 11pm on Friday night. The floors are very thin. If you live on the second floor, you can hear every television set and washing machine below you and above you. Trucks making deliveries at the nearby Publix will sometimes park overnight waiting to unload. You can hear their diesel engine running all night. All the noise doesn't fit in with a "Luxury living Community" Apartment maintenance was excellent and the pool and exercise equipment was well maintained.
