What a wonderful complex. I absolutely love living here. Everything you can ask for. Staff is amazing and so many things to do. There is even an area you can kayak. Units are well kept and up to date. Great place for my family. Highly recommend!

A good place to live in privacy and at the same time with everything so close to you.

Private, very clean appearance of both the surrounding grounds and pool / clubhouse areas, great amenities, secluded, secure and very peaceful area. Virtually no traffic outside normal resident traffic. Staff is both friendly and professional, very accommodating.

I’ve lived in a beautiful apartment since 2015. ParkCrest is quiet and clean. The office and maintenance staff has always been responsive and polite. Quick commute to my job as I75 is right around the corner. Lots of amenities make after work fun.

I’ve been here three weeks. The gate, trash compactor, splash pad, grills and fireplace are all broken. The pool bathrooms don’t have running water, the toilets don’t flush. In our apartment, our dishwasher has been broke since we moved in. I have called the office for a few different reasons even before I moved in and they have never returned my call for anything, not once. They never answer the phone. I’m so disappointed. It looks so nice and with the price and “luxury apartment” I thought it would be. Also, it says the wrong zoned elementary school on this website.

Very nice & quiet community that is centrally located.

I think this is a wonderful place to live. Apartment living is not for everyone, but for a great number of people it is convenient and easy, especially as you get older or enjoy not being tied to your home.

Parkcrest Landings is an amazing community with well kept grounds, awesome amenities, conveniently located, and beautiful apartments. I couldn’t ask for anything better. The pool is so relaxing, the office and maintenance staff is friendly, my neighbors are great, and the community is quiet. Once you move in you won’t want to leave!

The location and atmosphere of these apartments is hard to beat. It is quiet, well kept and the grounds are on lakes and surrounded by a beautiful park, yet the community is very close to anywhere you need to go and right off of the interstate. The amenities are also a plus, not many places have 2 pools!

There’s trash around the lakes. The buildings have not been pressure wash is a LONG TIME. The halls are dirty. Office employees are rude and lie about the prices. The place is overpriced.

We have lived here for over 85 days, and our AC has been broken for 35 to 40 of those days. Enough said.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years. The property manager Scott has treated me with the upmost respect and has be kind and extremely helpful when I was going through a difficult time due to my loss of employment. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough when something needs attention. Prior to Parkcrest Landings, I lived in a house for 9 years and did not look forward to apartment living but I love it here!!

Great place to rent. No major issues to worry about

We just moved to Florida from Michigan. We did not have a great experience at our apartment in Michigan. Moving to Parkcrest Landings has been a sigh of relief! Everything from the front office, the maintenance crew and the grounds themselves are great! We are so pleased!!!

Parkcrest is a great place to live for the cost and location to I75. There are a lot of rules that are enforced, but with a little more TLC to the outside of the buildings and the amenities, it could be worth it.

Cannot beat the location. Good value for the rent. Pet friendly is great.

Parkcrest Landings is a beautiful apartment complex with nicely furnished units, beautiful grounds with wonderful views of nature, in close proximity to a county park and interstates to get out mingle.

Weve lived at ParkCrest for 5 years and have always appreciated the kindness and courtesy shown to us by the staff. Our apartment is always taken care of by the maintenance staff quickly and professionally. The grounds are now being cared for the way they originally were under the new management. Safety has always been a valued benefit here. Everyone here goes out of their way to help if they can. Wed recommend ParkCrest to anyone that asks.

We just moved in to Parkcrest Landings and are enjoying the convenience of the location a lot! Parkcrest is close to the interstate, Walmart, many fast food places, Home Depot, and other helpful businesses. You can jump on I-75 within minutes and be over at University Mall, Target, and a whole host of other stores in that area. We absolutely love our decision to move here and the location could not be more perfect!

Beautiful promises, unfortunately poorly managed. High turnover for staff and residence, which is never a good sign. Walls and floors have absolutely 0 sound proofing. Silverfish never seem to go away even after being professionally sprayed. Parking is sometimes an issue and the sprinkler system to water the grass constantly has over spray on your cars leaving a residue.

I decided to pay the 3.5K early termination fee to move to alternative accommodation. A caution you on other 5* reviews. I was approached by the management team to leave 5* reviews to help them with their 'friendly competition' with apartments. Apartments make good first impression, 50:50 chance of looking out onto a lake, other views are out to parking Building Quality. biggest issue. The build quality on the apartments is very poor. Through the walls, floors and ceilings you can hear: People sneezing, Your neighbors going to the bathroom, showering,walking around,alarm clocks,literally every single noise can be heard,people hanging out in the foyer / walk way. The apartment no sound damping wood effect plastic flooring which conducts every footstep you can hear. For me this has made the environment unlivable and we’re in search of a new place to call home. Neighbors. your living experience is going to depend heavily on who your neighbors are. This is a breakdown of mine: one a chain smoking balcony addict, one with two children who run around the complex with air rifles (defective) & vintage daggers, one who clearly cooks for a fast food van so your whole building smells like a Mexican cantina 24x7. One with 2 children who sprint back and forward in the apartment between the hours of 6 to 11pm. Lots of “jumping on beds” at around 1 am, screaming and arguing between 1 and 5 am. Security. facilities are protected by a fob however most doors dont work or are jammed open. After 6 months I have never had my key. Front gate security is ineffective. I don’t understand why the gate is open for weeks at a time. Other issues: Roaches. We’ve had them. We’re careful with waste food and water and apply bait but they come back. There appears to be an issue. Parking. Not a major issue but don’t let your kids play near the car park as the 14mph speed limit is not respected. Animal waste. Its an issue. The management initially instigated the 'doggie DNA' program but it's clearly lapsed as we were never asked to join it with our animal and subsequently there is frequently animal waste around the pathways. Bottom line : Could I recommend this as a place to live? Depends on your apartment selection (you'd want top floor) and the type of family you have. If you have young children or you are offered a ground / 1st floor apartment I would could not recommend.

ParkCrest Landings delivers on all services promised to me as a renter. I have rented for 2yrs. now, going on 3. I would like to make my voice known as a renter and help others make an educated choice about where they live. 1st, ParkCrest is a safe complex to live, with great security practices, lighting and alerting residents of any safety issues that may arise. 2nd, the staff is easy to reach and very approachable for any requests or complaints and are resolved in a fair and timely way. 3rd, the apartments and grounds are well maintained. The beautiful surroundings make me feel like I am at a resort and on vacation. And 4th, the residents are respectful of each other's need for peace and quiet, which makes ParkCrest Landings a great apartment living experience.

If you move into these apartments, do not expect all of the amenities to be ready in the time frame they will give you. I highly recommend that you only move into the top floor, otherwise, be prepared to hear every step, door, and tv show your upstairs neighbors blast. If you have people over, expect to get a complaint about your noise level because the walls are so thin and everyone above or below you has vinyl floors. I will say the apartments are great because they are brand new, but I clean my apartment daily and unfortunately there is no avoiding the huge cockroaches that slip in through the cracks. The majority of the staff is nice until you get a complaint about making noise at 8 o' clock at night. They will tell you, "We can't have that." As far as the neighbors I have met, (not even in just my building) are not friendly. Overall, I think you can expect to pay a ridiculous amount for brand new apartments anywhere, but when you can't even enjoy living in them because of the people around you, what's the point. With amazing amenities here you can definitely enjoy yourself (as long as you are cleared out by 11 at night) but in my opinion, it's not worth the amount you pay here. I look forward to my lease being up soon, so I can move to another apartment complex down the road where my money will be worth signing a 1 year lease.
