Property Ratings at Park Crest Village
Do not move here. Staff is incredibly rude. You won't get your security deposit back and they'll charge you for damages you didn't cause. Maintenance takes weeks to get to you and still had to call back multiple times because they didn't actually fix it, then they get mad at you.
Property Manager at Park Crest Village, Responded To This Review
Hi, We are so sorry to hear you feel this way. Here at Park Crest, we understand the importance of customer service. Please reach out to our on-site office so we can be of further assistance. Park Crest Village Management.
Lived in an updated one bedroom on second floor for 7 months and wish I could have stayed longer. Office staff and maintenance are kind and quick and efficient. Never have an issue that lasted longer than a day. I would move back in a heart beat! I only wish there was more storage/closest and in unit washer dryers but that is why the price is cheaper
The apartment is a 2 bedroom an it is decent. The rooms are big the living room is a nice size. The kitchen has some counter space. Overall nice apartment to raise a family in
I have been here at Park Crest Village 2 years now, and I haven't had much of a complaint. Except for a couple of things that need repairing, everything is good.
These apartment is good to live in but is too expensive and soon I won't be able to afford it.
Now when my family, my mother and two other brothers, lost our house due to the mortgage problem we were afraid of finding a place to live. It seemed most places would be unaffordable or tok far from our work places. Park Crest Village in Glassboro, NJ has been outstanding for us. We only pay our rent, the electric, and cable while they handle the rest. Whenever there has been a problem with maintenance they have fixed it almost immediately. I have recommended this place to friends I have that need places, I enjoy it very much.
This wasn't the best place to live, but it was a good start for a "first timer". The area is not as safe as I would like for it to be, but the apartments are beautiful and close to Rowan University and shopping centers.
This is a great place to live. Quite, lots of parking, and helpful office staff. I recomand this place to anyone looking for apparments.
