Leasing is never available since the new leasing company Rushmore Managment has taken over they never clean the entry ways to the units anymore like they use to and they went up over $100 in rent for my one bedroom apt and the front gate has been broken for over a year but is used as a selling point … bottom line don’t move here your better of living in West Baltimore because that’s the tenant quality they’ve accepted since they

Overall the property is well kept. The maintenance team is very nice and will answer any questions that you have when walking around though the online ticket portal does not get checked. Moved in in December and was told that the only way to access the property is through the call box or with a fob, though the call box does not always work and other residents have a code that can be entered to open the door/gate. While there is a gate which is nice, it breaks and takes a while to get fixed. I am unable to connect the opener to my car garage opener as other residents are able to as well. While the units are being renovated, feature in unit laundry, updated kitchen and bathrooms, the floors are not level(on the 3rd floor) and the shower takes over 10 minutes to heat up to warm. We are having some internet delays as well even though the provider shows that there should be no issues too. When we working with the moving in process as well we did not get out our documents finalized until the day of as well despite having everything else set up.
Been living here too long for this place to have no organization. high speed internet? yeah maybe soon as you step out the neighborhood. prices have doubled since I got here and the quality has only gone down. godspeed for those that actually get through to the rental office. Office staff never answers the phones or responds back to emails. There is no real place for kids to play besides an old playground that is wooden and broke down as hell. The gate is ALWAYS broke beautiful gated community my flat tail lol. Mice and roaches come and go as they please management acknowledges that this is a violation and DOES NOT CARE, literally have holes between the floorboard and the floor. Don’t bother with the washer and dryer they’re bootleg as hell there’s a good laundry mat down the street. Maintenance is the only good thing here. Shoutout to Mr.Ricky! Management only care about receiving their money every month. Run. It's not worth it.

The dryer takes over an hour to dry one load and you have to empty the water for the wash machine. Maintenace is the only good thing here. All they care about is receiving their money every month. Run. It's not worth it.
We live in an unrenovated apartment and maintenance is quick and supportive for my outdated fixtures. The building is old but the ground maintenance is great and gets cleaned every weekday. The office lacks communication and does last minute, like day before, notices: such as pest control applications, fire extinguisher checks, apartment inspections, and office closures. Years ago there used to send out a monthly newsletter, that was helpful, but now the notices are last minute and usually come with a fee for noncompliance. Very inconvenient especially for a traveler.
Maintenance does a fantastic job of replying to residence requests and coordinating with their schedule. This is especially important during a time when more residents are working virtually. Never had a more considerate staff listening to the needs of residents. Great dedication to making improvements! The staff is kind and attentive. The premises are well kept and clean. It’s a very pleasant community and the location is hard to beat in terms of groceries or other errands. Happy to have spent 6 years here. Absolutely recommend.
