My husband lived here for a bit, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. For starters, there was a natural gas leak in the apartment that they would not take seriously until we threatened to call the fire department. They sent a maintenance man out that did not know how to use a gas sniffer, who kept telling us everything was fine. Upon us calling back three more times and telling them we were going to call the fire department, we finally were taken seriously and two maintenance guys came out to finally address and fix the problem. It ended up with them having to drill into the wall to find and stop the leak. He also placed an emergency maintenance call for water dripping down from his bathroom vent from the apartment above him. To this day, we have never heard back about our call into them. Thankfully it stopped on its own. Also, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, everything. When I visited, I could even hear them chopping vegetables. The walls and floors are so thin. In trying to sort the move in lease and cancellation lease, he was told the wrong information more than once for each instance. I do not understand how people could work there that do not know how to read a simple lease agreement. Only plus about the place is it is a nice surrounding area.

I am so satisfied in living here for last two years and extended the lease now.. but so disappointed on handling maintenance requests.. it always delayed and needs multiple follow up.. example last one opened on oct 27th and not addressed more than a month now..

Any service issue or complaints raised here goes to deaf ears. Inspite of raising emergency request or high priority tickets or whatsoever you name it. They would take their sweet own time to address it. One of my frnd who lived down the stairs had water clogged in toilet and was finding difficulty to stay in the room. Poor fellows their request went in to air and management were so reluctant to take any action on time. They decide to vacate without renewing. Even I had the similar experience in my apartment and the treatment was same. Still am waiting for great person to show up. I really don’t know whether they would follow same case for even life threatening situation, Very poor service
UPDATE -Getting the spiders and cockroaches taken care of has been an utter nightmare. They clearly never thoroughly cleaned the unit and treated it for pests before move-in. So now we are have to re-pack our kitchen and bathroom (with no packing supplies). All of this across at least two weekdays because their contractor only comes on Tuesdays. No instructions provided ahead of time until I pestered them to give me clear information before demanding I leave my apartment with a cat and dog for 4 HOURS on a day I work (I work from home). -It took them more than 30 days to replace the dishwasher after constant checking-in to ensure it got done. In the end, they kept saying "we can't work on it because it's under warranty," then they "need to get parts from the manufacturer," then eventually after a month they came in and replaced the whole appliance (with an older model, mind you). -Someone moved in above us and if they just simply walk around it sounds like the floor is going to cave in. No exaggeration--I have audio clips to prove it. People can hear the squeaking when I'm on the phone. It keeps me awake at night because it is so loud. You can hear it over an action movie. No word on how they plan to handle this problem. ~~~~~~~~ Move-In Review -All but one pre-damaged thing in the apartment was offered to be fixed after move-in, and in general it's apparent they don't spend much money to keep the units looking nice (e.g., there's a piece of cabinet with major water damage and many of the cabinets had stains at the bottom). -There were lots of spiders found throughout the apartment. -We have had to submit SIX service requests within one week of move-in: (a) they did not properly install the tub liner after fixing the pre-damaged floor as mentioned above so I had to request they come back to fix it, (b) the A/C was very noisy and the thermostat was junk so it couldn't be operated properly, (c) the staff improperly installed the new thermostat so the A/C wasn't cooling so they came back almost a week later (in the summer) to fix it, (d) the dishwasher would not turn on, and (e) thus far, two cockroaches were spotted. -The windows and front door are completely not sound proof, so if children are playing loudly or there's outside maintenance then it sounds like they are in the room with you. I've lived in four different complex properties in my adult life and I have never left less than a 5 star review.
We just moved from New Jersey to this beautiful apartment in California. Proximity to stores, work, schools and bus lines makes it a perfect find for our family. The Apartment complex has a great pool, gym, large grounds and a wonderful picturesque park. You are also entitled to an Eco '-Pass on the City' transport system. Unlike most apartments,it is noise free,clean and everyone is friendly. Staff are very courteous and eager to help. Stepping into our 3 bedroom apartment that first time was wow. Beautiful beige and white paint, built ins, the large closets and nice master tub. We are enjoying every moment here.
