Property Ratings at Park Harvey
I lived in the Park Harvey apartments from August 2019 until July 2021 in one of the studios. This was my best apartment experience. The staff was always nice and very helpful. They would go out of their way to address any concerns I had. Occasionally frustrations would arise like neighbors smoking and the odor being noticeable in my apartment, but these were always addressed when mentioned. The location is great because entertainment is easily just a short walk away. For this location and the price of the apartments I believe this is a great value. I would still be at these apartments if I had not started a PhD outside of OKC.

I have lived at the Park Harvey for only 2 months and it is a great place to live! Quiet and peaceful with great amenities and a terrific staff. I love it here!

Thank you for taking the time time to update us on your experience. We are very happy to see that it has been a positive one thus far. As always, please let us know if you were to need anything going forward.
We have been in Downtown OKC for ten years: this has been our favorite. The staff have been awesome, they are there for you to make your experience great. The amenities are great and community events bring a nice touch of appreciation for tenants. Back to the people: management, leasing agents, concierge service, and maintenance are all great. They have made this property easy to stay with for many years and many more to come.
Unlike most of the downtown OKC apartment complexes located in the Deep Deuce and Bricktown area, the Park Harvey Apartments offer a quieter, more secluded feel while offering a perfect location for those looking to walk to work, museums, gardens, Thunder games, and more. Other nice amenities that the Park Harvey can boast over other OKC communities are a large and fully-capable 24 hour access gym, partnerships with 3 other local apartment complexes for joint fitness and social events, skyline views of the metro, key fob access to the front doors and elevators which are manned 24/7 by the nicest attendants in town. Also, the PH is one of the only complexes in town that does not charge separately for utilities - so your housing expenses are stable each month. Square footage also seems to be a little more generous at the PH and pets are welcome (although there is probably an up-charge). All that being said, no apartment is perfect; drawbacks include communal laundry on the 2nd floor (although some are happy with not having personal units knowing that the communal laundry is free and multiple loads can be done simultaneously), challenging parking (no designated 24/7 parking for residents - during the week you have access to a nearby garage, but you have to be out by 7:30am and can't return until 5:00pm. So residents who don't drive to work end up forking over an extra $100/month to rent a 24/7 spot at a garage 2 blocks away). Overall, if you can find a way to get comfortable with the parking challenges, the PH is a great spot in downtown OKC.
I am a young professional. These apartments have everything you need to live comfortably. There is a 24-hour concierge staff. There is a sushi sports bar downstairs that will even deliver to your apartment. They provide Whole Foods delivery once a week and even put your groceries that need to be refrigerated in your refrigerator. There is dry cleaning that will pick up your clothes and return them to your apartment. The staff is very friendly and will help accommodate you in any way they can. There is fresh coffee every morning. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
> All utilities included, except wifi/cable. > Good club house and business center. > Free laundry. > No parking space available, street parking is available. Plenty of paid parking spaces nearby. > Extremely convenient if office in downtown. > Friendly staff, prompt maintenance (M-F 8-5). > Discount dry cleaning. > Well equipped gym with several trainers that run specials like yogo, water exercises, pilates, etc. > No balcony apartments, they got studios, grand studios, 1 bed, 2 bed available. > Sealed windows, cant be opened, sometimes causes issues with home odors, due to poor ventilation. > Pet friendly. > Dentists, banks, doctors offices at walking distance (nearby building).
We've lived in the Park Harvey since 2008 and just signed another lease. We love how close it is to virtually all of downtown Oklahoma City's attractions. Bricktown, with its movies, shopping, dining and baseball, is about a 15 minute walk. It's a little less than that to walk to the Chesapeake Energy Arena, where the Thunder play, and you can cut across the beautiful, newly renovated Myriad Gardens to get there. When we first moved in, there were not a lot of places to eat dinner within walking distance, but now the number of restaurants open late is virtually countless. Additionally, the resurgence of midtown has grown the options even more. The parking garage for which we were issued a pass from the Park Harvey is one block away, and the only real issue is finding a place to unload groceries occasionally. The Loading Zone signs in front of the building were removed during Project 180, but are supposed to go back up soon. The Park Harvey has a great onsite laundry facility and has also partnered with Whole Foods to arrange grocery delivery. What's more, several of the nearby restaurants deliver to the building. Sometimes we park the car on Friday after work and we don't get in it again until we go to work on Monday. There is plenty to do right at your doorstep. The staff is helpful and friendly and what few maintenance issues we've had have always been swiftly met. We love the Park Harvey and plan on staying for some time yet!
I've never been happier in an apartment choice. My apartment is spacious, quiet, and the set-up is perfect. My bedroom is on the far side of the living area, so it is very secluded from the rest of the apartment. My bathroom is split into two different portions with a tub/shower/sink on one side and a toilet/sink on the second side. Both rooms are large enough that your things are not all cramped up. The apartment is located in downtown Oklahoma City. I also work in downtown Oklahoma City so the convenience is one of the best part of living in Park Harvey. It is also conveniently located near the library and the Myriad Gardens. I'm happier living in this apartment than I have ever been in my life.
I love living here! It's very nice and everyone is extremely helpful!
The apartments feel quite large and seemingly have great views. All bills paid is great as well! Midtown and Bricktown are a short walk away for great food and drinks. It's the only apartment complex in downtown OKC that really feels downtown. The staff is very kind and helpful, and theres always someone available. We really enjoy living here!
Noisy dumpsters get tossed around every morning around 6:30. Thin walls. Some of the staff is nice while others seem to be bothered just to sit there and do nothing.
