Established in the mid-1800s as a mining town during the Gold Rush, Denver embraces its Western heritage along with a forward-thinking mindset. Larimer Square is a testament to Denver’s balance of old and new, boasting rows of creative restaurants, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife spots in Victorian-era buildings downtown.
Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is renowned for its great outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy more than 5,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, and playgrounds as well as convenience to Red Rocks Park and Cherry Creek State Park. Denver is proximate to world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities just outside the city too. City center skyrises provide incredible views of the mountains to the west, while spacious suburbs with single-family rentals make for the perfect place to set down roots.

Property Ratings at Park Hill 4000
Had My vehicle vandalized and attempted to be stolen twice and all of my tools and property stolen from on the third time just this week. I can't wait to move. The amenities here are not worth the crime You will subject yourself to. My multiple neighbors have vehicles broken into, doors drilled out, windows smashed out, etc. The management company here Wastes your money on a security camera system they say protects you but never provides any evidence, brand new cameras that can't see people or license plates. So even the police say it's insufficient. They waste money on a security company to patrol that's never around when they are needed. Beautiful community and beautiful amenities but truly no security and no accountability.
Really like it here I’ve lived here for 4 years. Easy access to i70 and close to rhino/downtown. They have free beer daily and a lot of events. The leasing agent Victoria is great. I haven’t had any problems while living here. The free detached single garage is a huge plus.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Got this place based on good review but was very disappointed. Lived here for 7 months. All the neighbors said the same thing about this place when moving out so I'm writing this review on behalf of more then just me. You basically pay rent for a place where strangers can come and go as they please when you aren't home. Maintenance came into our apartment unannounced while we weren't home and left a mess in the kitchen. When asked why they came and what they were doing and why we didn't even know about it, they said they "forgot" to call us. Also, they tell you they will give you the full deposit back but forget to mention that even if you leave it in perfect condition there is an "automatic cleaning charge and other fees". They also charge you for pre-existing problems even if it was noted when moving in. You will NEVER get your full deposit back. (Below review said the same thing) Management is very hard to get a hold of, voicemail doesn't work, if you catch them in person you MAY have some luck. Maintenance never response. People in the apartments across the street come use the pool as they please (regardless of the key pass). Also, parking is HORRIBLE even if you have a pass its always packed. I would not recommend this place.
So disappointed with this place. The service is horrible (Scott and David). They lie to you just to get you in and then they are never available for you. Bunch of hidden fees. My utility bill is ridiculously high(and it's not electricity or gas)- they make you pay for common electricity areas usage when part of the areas closes at 6:00PM. The place is fairly new but it already falls apart. I can't wait to move out. Almost there. Never again!!!!
I really wanted to live downtown, but the cost was way over what I could pay. I found this place a little over a year ago and I couldn't be happier. From the day I moved in I have been treated like I am the only one that lives here. The staff has been more like family than just money hungry landlords. It is super pet friendly and treat my baby just like a resident. On busy days I have to avoid going anywhere near the clubhouse because Charlie will not let me walk by without stopping in to see Scott. He always has treats and gives so much love to her that sometimes I think she loves him more than me. If you're looking for a place you should diffidently check this place out.
First, let me tell you about the property managers; they are very friendly, professional and helpful. The way they take care of your concerns and issues is like they care for you personally. The maintenance crew are wonderful. They gets things done FAST! I'm also noticing that anybody I've come to contact with (neighbors) they've been friendly. Even the dogs who live here are friendly :). Being close to Denver's Zoo and a beautiful gulf course adds additional attractions to this community.
We moved in about 2 years ago and fell in love with the apartment and location. They give great costumer service and are always welcoming. Plus they are very pet friendly, which is awesome!
The Park Hill 4000 apartments have a friendly neighborhood feel to them. There are opportunities for those who want to be social to meet and hang out with one another. It helps that the hot tub is open year round! I really like living here. The location is great and I love that it's dog friendly. You can't find a more supportive and friendly staff too!
First of all this place is growing so fast! It's in a great location. The staff at Park Hill are beyond amazing (especially David and Scott). They are friendly and make an effort to know you by name. They welcome all feedback. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a superb job each time. I live in a one bedroom and I feel like my rent is a good price, the property is very clean, and most importantly I constantly feel safe. They're dog friendly and my pup loves all the shade, grass, dog run, and other dogs! I will definitely be renewing my lease, well as long as I get to see David and Scott in the office all the time! Great staff!!!
This place has been great! It's close to I-70 and a straight shot to downtown. The amenities are top notch with an amazing pool, gym and clubhouse. It even has a small dog park and a indoor dog bathing room. I have heard horror stories about apartment management at other places but not here. The management and maintenance are awesome! They are always available when you need something and really try to cater to the residence. For someone who hasn't lived in an apartment since they were a child, this place has really kept me happy for the past year and a half!
Love this community! It's a great deal for the area and I love that everyone gets a free private garage. Good deal and good location.
