About Park Hill Apartments
Imagine living in an old silk mill. That's what Park Hill Apartments was in its former incarnation, from its construction in 1919 to its conversion a few decades ago. Today, Park Hill Apartments blends the historic with the modern: solid construction, stately brick, and high ceilings, along with appointments such as central air conditioning, automatic dishwashers, and mini-blinds in spacious apartments. Situated on a hill in Washington Township, Warren County, the complex has both a small-town atmosphere and proximity to the bustling cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton. Distinctive architectural touches give residents the solidity of the past and the convenience of the present. Call Rental Office for "Manager's Special" on select units!

There’s no doubt about it: Washington, New Jersey is quirky. It has a road named Boulevard Blvd. It is one of only two locations in the US that makes bowling pins. It was part of Washington Township, which surrounds Washington, but decided to break away in 1868. And if you go a building located at 25 West Washington Avenue, you’ll find a glass case built into the wall that allows visitors to view the foundation of the old Washington Trust Company bank, built in 1926.
Tucked away in the forested hills of western New Jersey, Washington is about 50 miles from Newark and about 30 miles northeast of Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is on the south end of the vast Delaware Water Gap, a 70,000-acre park that includes the scenic Gap, several hiking trails that includes the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and places for boating, swimming, fishing, skiing, and more.

Property Ratings at Park Hill Apartments
Park Hill is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in so far. My boyfriend and I moved into Park Hill in October 2020 and unfortunately had to move recently due to a job change and we are so sad that we had to leave because Park Hill is truly great! Our apartment was in great condition upon moving and was very affordable. The kitchens are updated and beautiful and the windows are HUGE which allows a lot of natural sunlight to brighten up your apartment. The apartment itself is not the biggest but it’s cozy and was perfect for us and our cat. The grounds are always kept in great condition, parking is never an issue, and all of the neighbors we met were so friendly. Overall a quiet, pleasant place to live. The shining star of Park Hill though is Carolyn, the wonderful property manager/landlady. She truly made our experience living there feel like a real home and has always been welcoming, kind, and a great person to chat with! She always helped us with any concerns or issues we had and works so hard to to make everyone happy at Park Hill. We really felt comfortable and like we were in great hands. If you are in need of a new place to live, do not overlook this gem!!
After living in a house for 10 years (should have been 3) we are happy with our 1 bedroom. Great Light, tons of space, great closets, they took our service dog and we're grateful for the price which is tons cheaper than the mortgage we were paying in the house that couldn't sell. The property manager is a pip & great person, clean, maintained extremely well, near a park and the parking spaces are aplenty. The apartments are insulated and sound does not travel. Neighbors are great and we've been there almost a month and look forward to several more years of living there. Highly recommend rentals here. And Frankie, our service dog, gives it 2 paws up & a woof!
I have lived in this building for several years, really great price. Eight foot tall windows spenn one side of my apartment, which let in great light. 9 foot ceiling wish give the apartment larger feel. Very quiet neighbors in the building management is great.
I'm currently renting a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment here at Park Hill and have no bad things to say about my experience here. The rent is a very fair price and the apartments are clean and modern. The management staff is courteous and always willing to help. I would highly recommend Park Hill to anyone in the Northwest New Jersey area.
Nice place to live. Property manager is excellent. Well maintained apartments. Clean. A downside is it is next to a factory which is a little noisy sometimes.
