Home to Lee University and Cleveland State Community College, Downtown Cleveland offers a vibrant, attractive hometown. Established in 1836, Downtown Cleveland is a historic district with beautiful architecture filled with boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and antique stores. The unique Back Alley Gallery, located behind the historic opera house Craigmiles Hall about a half block east of Ocoee Street, is a public art display that's a must-see. At the center of Downtown, Johnston Park provides a shady area walk, relax on a bench, or attend an event.
Some of Downtown Cleveland's events include the Cleveland Apple Festival, the Main Street Cruise-In (a classic car show), the Downtown Dine Around, and the Downtown Farmer's Market. To learn more about the Ocoee region, visit the Museum Center at 5ive Points. The museum also hosts special events and exhibits, such as the Tennessee Artists Series and the History Happy Hour.

Property Ratings at Park Hills Apartments
Ok place if you want overcharged rent and a rude office manager. When I moved in 3 years ago, it was nice and a good price. Now Lombardo is overcharging and not changing anything.
We've been here almost a year and it's really not a bad place. Everytime we've had an issue in our apartment, it got fixed immediately. The apartments are older, but inside its nice, spacious and they're currently doing small remodeling projects.
I keep my apartment clean and don’t leave food out but the man across the hall leaves pizza boxes and bags of garbage out in the breezeway, so you have to constantly treat your apartment for bugs. I put out the sticky roach motels and they will be filled in no time at all. Another thing, mold is everywhere, you can wash it with bleach but it always comes back. Appliances are old and oven burns everything on the bottom, dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes; I haven’t to wash them by hand and put them in the dishwasher to drain, and be sure to clean the mold out of dishwasher every week or so. I got bad sick, thought I had pneumonia but it was asthma brought on by the mold in this apartment. I’m moving as soon as I find a house to buy because the mold keeps me sick most of the time. You don’t want to live here, especially if you have children.
Very nice apartments and very friendly staff. I love that they have a pool and the landscaping is very nice. Only down side is that they have a monopoly set up with Charter spectrum and the service is AWFUL. Internet and cable is always down and very, very slow. can't even watch T.V or surf the internet it's so bad.
Do not live here. Maintenance is awful, management is rude, and everything is overcharged. Roaches constantly, very little security, and poorly run!
The manger here is very rude!. And she will take no time in cussing you out! Or blaming you for things that never happen if she doesn't like you watch out! She will get rid of you quick!!!. She has people all over watching the park day and night!. And they are not kid friendly. It so bad that you do not see anyone using the playground or basketball court , pool to much at all. The maintance men waste no time in reporting anything on you. And if a visitor comes over they better park in the right spot! Or you will be written up!. Also make sure you do not have any pets at all not even a hamster!. Even tho your neighbor below has a dog or a cat. Also goes for your visitor if they bring there pet over in their car they must leave there pet inside the car at all times and that's not to promiseing not to be wrote up. Diane will not just warn you she will write you up! For stuff that has been fixed and resolved!. And kick you out!. With kids or without! And make sure that last months rent is paid! Because only 2 days late she will have already contacted her lawyer and have yoy sued! This place is terrible and isn't updated. For the price you pay. My air goes out all the time. And there is big roach bugs that runs around everywhere!. Think twice before checking this place! Don't if you have kids!
Older apartments, but they are clean. Parking is the worst. Of you have 2 people one of you must park in visitor parking lot. Which is crazy cause we didn't love close to the visitors parking. Wish they would come up with a different way to do parking. And if you don't follow the parking rules they will come banging on your door and ask you to move.
The apartments are older, but still nice. Appliances could use an upgrade. The parking situation sucks. Overall they are okay though. For one person, I'm happy with where i live.
