Park Lane Circle Apartments

I somewhat enjoyed living here. Having the washers and dryers on your living room wall is extremely annoying. People slam the lids to the washer and slam the dryer doors and it echoes all the time. Laundry runs non-stop and it’s incredibly annoying. Tenants who smoke shouldn’t be allowed to sit on their balconies and smoke with non-smokers/who have allergies below them. Just because you have kids and dogs doesn’t mean you should be excluded from the rules of being respectful of people above and below you. I didn’t need to listen to your dog bark for hours while you weren’t home nor did my work environment. Probably the worst place I’ve lived after this year. I don’t see anyone disinfecting washers and dryers and the door knobs we all touch going in and out of the buildings. Not surprised to see a handful of units leave my building and the surrounding buildings recently. The manager is the absolute worst, she’s rude doesn’t answer calls and hangs up on you when she doesn’t have her way.

Nice place but management is difficult to deal with and very nagging to tenants.

We just adore our complex! The grounds are always kept beautifully and the owners really care, repairs and updates are made quickly and easily. We are a quick walk from several bar/restaurants and across the street from a golf course. The complex is extremely pet friendly and has installed "pet stops" around the grounds. Living in Western NY can be a real struggle in the winter, but my husband and I never have to worry about our sidewalks or parking lot because the maintenance crew is always on top of it. Hats off to the staff at the Park Lane Circle Apartments!
