Unbeatable water views and really nice responsive maintenance staff (Thank you Costas!). Really perfect location in the seaport- easy to walk to everything and be in the seaport action, but a nice quiet location. Even though the concert venue is across the street, the units are so well soundproofed you can't hear it unless you open the windows. Get to hear some great acts from the rooftop! Extremely safe and clean to walk around the neighbourhood.

Everything seems great so far! This is only day three of moving in but so far so good. The view is perfect and the location is great. It's not too busy and just a few blocks from everything you need!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Park Lane. The location is great with so many restaurants and bars around, quick access to I-91/93, Trader Joe’s just down the street. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming. And the views of the Harbor are excellent!

I love living here though I’m not here often. All staff is very nice and helpful. When I have an issue I am comfortable sharing it with staff ie. The garage taking so long to get fixed. It’s it Park Lane though, it’s the Pilgrim garage people. They font realize how inconvenient it is. Even with that I am very happy here

Overall a great building to live in. Friendly staff, maintenance always handles things quickly, great location. Away from the main strip so noise is mostly at a minimum compared to other buildings in Seaport.

Park Lane has been such a wonderful home for us, especially during our first move together. The amenities are incredible, from the gym and roof deck to the rentable spaces. Our favorite was the guest suite, allowing our family from afar to visit and stay on the same floor—we really lucked out with our location! The staff is super welcoming and always quick to respond to any requests, including the maintenance team! Due to family matters, we had to move closer to family for now, but we hope to return soon. On our last day of our lease, we got engaged on the roof deck! That’s how much of a home Park Lane was for us.

The apartment could be nice but the incessant construction that has lasted well over a full year with extreme noise is crazy! The noise within the apartment - hearing hallways - other units is also not ideal. Location is good, finishes are okay not great and the unit for the price needs to be better cared for for sure. All in all a decent place generally but for the prices comes in way shy of expectations.

We recently moved in and its been an absolute DREAM. I can't believe this apartment is real- my boyfriend and I are still pinching ourselves that this is our view. The storage space in the apartment is incredible for a one bedroom and we can not hear a THING. Thank you Park Lane!!

Very good the only thing I would change is my upstairs neighbor are loud early in the morning. The front desk people are very helpful. And the online packages are very easy to get and not confusing at all!

I recently enjoyed living at 1 Park Lane in Boston, MA, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the modern and elegant design. The staff is amiable and attentive, always going above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of Boston Harbor. I loved the open-concept layout, which made it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Great amenities, concierges, and maintenance. The roof deck at both buildings is a major plus in the summer. Still in the seaport but more quiet compared to some of the more centralized apartment complexes. Love living here.

The apartment could have been great had it not been for an entire year of extraordinarily loud construction and nothing done to mitigate that experience. 7am day after day making it impossible to sleep or work from home is unacceptable.

Location is great. Friendly staff. Wish the roof deck didn’t have so many rules (no smoking, minimal guests, no dogs etc). Enjoy our views. Love the gym.

I love living here! Construction was a very tough time since we moved in.. but now that it's over we love it. No problems at all on our floor and can't say enough about the concierges in our building.

maintenance is super lovely and helpful - only been a few days but enjoying my experience so far. The building itself is a little outdated compared to others (ie. i hate the wire blinds they have in the units) but again, nothing that would stop me from living here.

The best location and roof deck is amazing. I totally recommend. They have a nice staff and a great gym. I never have any issues living there.

Love it here! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the community is clean. Hope you like dogs as there are a lot. The parking is also convenient.

I was so excited to move to the city! I honestly love living here; but am so disappointed that the amenities that we were told we were getting have been omitted. Since we moved in, we have not had access to the coffee station, the lobby has been nothing but a maze of destruction and construction, limited access to our mailboxes and elevators, and no midnight concierge for safety. It's been super discouraging for a move that we were so excited about. We were never told before signing that all of this would be happening. Kind of a bummer.

There always seems to be a construction project going on around here, and they tend to be really inconvenient for the residents but rarely is there any accommodations made or rent abatements to acknowledge this.

The staff barely say hello when you walk in. If they do it’s around Christmas time. Several times they are not at the desk when we need something and in the morning they have been sleeping.

Constant noise! Not worth living here. The construction and poor soundproofing makes the apartment an unpleasant place to call home. The finishes are also subpar.

This has been a really nice place to live. The staff is helpful, the location is great and you get a good size apartment for the price. It’s walking distance to downtown which is really convenient.

To be honest, its been a pretty terrible experience.. I've found on countless occasions mice in my apartment, I'm woken up at 7am every week day to drilling, and the coffee & water machine in G isn't available. This has NOT been a great past few months.

Overall fairly good experience. All staff I have encountered have been mostly pleasant and helpful. The units are becoming slightly outdated, but for the prices relative to everything else in the neighborhood, it is manageable. My biggest challenge and con of living here is the parking garage. I understand that the garage is not technically a Park Lane amenity, but for the many tenants who have cars, I wish they would recognize how bad the situation is and find a way to work with the garage to improve it. The exorbitant cost for unassigned, tiny, parking spots managed by unhelpful and rude parking attendants is a big downside of living here with a car. The gym has been somewhat of a challenge with equipment that is on its last legs for years, but just recently all new treadmills were installed so I’m optimistic that the tides are changing.

They love to bill this as a luxury apartment - it’s not. The furnishings are subpar and show their age. The worst thing is the noise - the noise between apartments is bad - you can hear foot steps, banging and other various noises as well as conversations clear as a bell from the hallway. They are also doing construction projects (fully three jobs at once). They say in their e-mails construction is to start at 8am which is already early but consistently begin about an hour earlier - it’s loud enough even several floors up to wake me up and renders the apartment unusable for work from home or just enjoying your own home. Absolutely no concessions in their exorbitant rent rate will be made even while you enter your home in a messy construction site and live with excessive noise. This place is NOT worth paying all you will just to live in a decent location in the city. Look elsewhere you’ll be glad you did!

We love this building. The apartment unit itself is great: modern design, more spacious than similar units in other buildings, new appliances. The community is amazing; everyone is friendly and lots of young families. The concierges are all friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, so the service is much better than in other buildings I’ve lived in. Maintenance is 24/7. The only thing that needs improvement is the on site gym (too small and too many cardio machines).
