I was able to get a hold of office staff quickly when I had questions through out the applications process, I was invited to visit the property anytime I wanted before moving in and was quickly approved.

Love living here! Such a great location and the apartments are so cute and have a unique layout! I really enjoy the gym and how dog friendly the complex is!

I love living here. Maintenance is always on top of each and every request for repair. Office staff takes the time to know each resident. There are events for all holidays. It has been fantastic

Very clean and maintained property, everyone keeps to themselves and respects one another. Only problem is, in the parking lot when reversing others don’t try to stop/ yield when others are slowly backing out. Other residents tend to speed through the parking lot as well.

I love living here. Was planning on staying 1 year, but renewed for another year because I’ve really enjoyed this community. The events they have planned for residents are super cool too!

Living here has been very peaceful for me and my son. I enjoy the pool and games in the back courtyard. Also, the grills are really nice for us to enjoy as well. Keep up the great work!!

I have nothing but good things to say. Any issue I have had with the unit has been handled promptly and any other issues has been addressed extremely professionally by the office staff. Spacious apartments at a slightly above average price

Great place! Very good location close to Sams club and downtown gilbert! Maintenence is on point and very quick to fix any issues that arise

I have felt welcome from the moment the tour started. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any move in concerns were acknowledged and taken care of immediately. The grounds are very well maintained.

Great place to live and maintenance is so nice. My only complaint would come from the people themselves. Sometimes people don't pick up their dog poop and we have one singular neighbor that's loud. Lol

Espiral has a great staff and moving in was a good experience. It is also a safe community. They make everyone feel at home with special events monthly.

Going on my third year living at espiral. It is close to downtown Gilbert (walking distance) which is a plus and close to the canals to ride bike or run. The staff is friendly and responsive should any issues arise.

Maintenance requests are done promptly and the place is very safe and clean. I don't have any major complaints about the apartment except that its a tad expensive.

This apartment is in a great location, very close to beautiful downtown Gilbert. I am lucky enough to have quiet neighbors. Plus there is Cornhole on site!

It is good, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good place to live at a good price.

Terrible. Management has changed over the years as so has the maintenance staff but the standard remains the same. Gave up on grass areas for months, replace weather door trim but doesn’t match exterior color, replace blinds and don’t patch or paint old holes, have had a crack in the tub for years and they just keep painting over it doing the “resurfacing” (three times now) yet it bubbles up after a month, termites, maintenance walks in your apartment with boots on and no covers right on your floor and carpets with dirty boots, lip stick on a pig this place is and cannot wait to get out of here . Can smell from other units. Ductwork never cleaned once in almost the 5 years I’ve been here . Hot tub probably worked half the time I’ve lived here. Even one time went to the office to tell them in person after email replies telling me it worked and then maintenance said well it was working this morning. Stay away. I only put up with it because financially I had no choice.

Almost all positive. It’s really a decent place to live. I would recommend you at least visit if deciding on the area. Im going on year 2 without many issues

So far this apartment complex has treated our family really well I don’t see a lot of issues we have been very happy with our move in! I enjoy getting to go to the pools often and explore the community!

So far there is nothing to dislike. It is a quiet community. The floor plans are fantastic. The staff is amazing. I get a response so quickly. I feel like they listen to my needs.

We love it here! The people who live here are great and the staff is also amazing and willing to work with us on any issue or concerns we may have.

A nice place to stay at. Moving here was definitely scary but after being here for a year a lot has changed and things worked out. Very nice apartments and kept clean.

Other than very small flaws like a squeaky fan that hasn't been fixed or a door that gets stuck every couple months due to warping, this apartment has everything! The kitchens are beautifully renovated, their are community activities every month, and the complex is located in a good part of town!

its been easy living here, I've had no problems with the Mangement and submitting Maintenace requests is easy, and they are really good about showing up and fixing things

Great apartment complex, well kept, fun events , and friendly people. Well worth the time. But a little expensive . that would be the only complaint.

Extremely understanding when it comes to maintenance requests and late payments. Very welcoming front desk, quick replies to phone calls. Lived here a year and no problems had whatsoever! 10/10

Love living here because staff is so great but they never email me directly or answer their office phone :( Wish we had security as there are often times random people in the pool who seem to not live here. Other than that, love living here and have been here for the past couple years. Maintenance staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They really go above and beyond and are super friendly

My experience here is good its clean and quiet and if something breaks they fix it right away.

My friend referred me to this apartment complex, this area is nice and close to downtown Gilbert which I love , the staff is nice but getting my apartment unit ready was a hassle a lot of going back and forth but I guess at the end it was worth it and I got myself and my family into a nice decent renovated unit .

Always very helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Me and my wife have really enjoyed our time here. Staff is also super friendly.

I’ve had a great experience at Espiral so far! The maintenance staff is very responsive and the location is perfect! I love the little events that are put on every month by residents Bryan and Brittany. They are sweethearts!

The complex is nice and peaceful and clean maintenance does fix issues quickly and the leasing office is real friendly and helpful will recommend to rent here

Nice apartment but I have had so many issues with possible mold. Dirty appliances (that make my dishes or clothes look/feel dirtier after use). The hot tub is broken and pool/hot tub always dirty. The maintenance and leasing staff are nice and helpful though!

Moving in have little issues but is not management fault and is corrected in reasonable times, management and staffs including maintenance team are excellent, management at Espiral is top notch, Thank You!

I've been living at Espiral for over 5 years and enjoy living here. Ysela and the current management team are really getting things done to make improvements. There are a good mix of residents....college students, families, retirees and more. You can get involved in community events or just keep to yourself.

It is a good apartment community. So far so good. Management team replies in a short time. And take care of residents. In my case they did all of the service requests within couple of days.

The grounds at Espiral are beautiful, our 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect size plus we love the layout and the large patio. Its a super convenient location but its also very quite and peaceful. We are very happy with our decision to move here.

I am happy to have made Espiral my home for the last 5 years. It's a wonderful place to live. Great area, and the current management team and maintenance is the best. Friendly and professional and get things done when you let them know what you need.

My family and I have lived and enjoyed calling Espiral home for several years. We have been here though good times and a lot of change, and can say that our community is a place where growth happens in positive ways. The leadership team is friendly and honest, supportive and engaging with activities that go above and beyond a typical rental experience. If something does go astray, communication gets results and compassion is not lacking. If you want to be part of a community that offers home, friendship, and a sense of being past of something bigger than just shelter and a rental payment then look to espiral because you can find that here. Great location in the heart of the east valley, students and families are the main population, and we have some of the best neighbors who care for each other and we are so glad to be a part of that in the sense of connection, and continue to be grateful to call Espiral our home.
