Property Ratings at Park Meadow
We moved in spring 2017 and many things were already breaking. Water shuts off randomly, toilet backs up sludge, dishwasher floods kitchen often. We have mold growing under the crumbling counters. When the toilet backs up we have to run to the gas station to go to the bathroom since he toilet is difficult to fix and we have to hire our own plumber. There is a maintenance guy but emails are ignored and he only fixed the flooding dishwasher once. We still have a porch door that’s broken because of how it froze shut this past winter. Also during the winter, the parking lot being cleared is not reliable, as with the sidewalks. I had to pay for a shovel and rock salt to dig out the sidewalks so no one falls. Parking is a nightmare, people hog spots and in overflow parking there are vacant trailers. The in building washer and dryer are a joke. The washer gets clothes dirtier than they were when they go in, I have had plenty of clothes ruined by it. The dryer doesn’t dry at all. So not worth the cost. Second floor porches are rickety and will fall apart any day. The manager here is never in her office, avoids emails about important issues, expects you to rush to get things done when she puts them off for months. We were told our rent would be increasing the following month, but she hit us with the increase for our current month. Shocking us. I’m honestly tired of living here and I have to wait for my lease to be up next year. Honestly, just avoid this place all together. You’ll be paying for this place like you own it and fixing everything yourself.
