Pros: Spacious apartment 980sqft 2b 2bath. Decent price. Approval process is quick 2-3 days. Cons: it’s an old Apt. $40 processing fee per applicant although we applied together. It’s ripped off. Property manager is rude. She’s get mad when you ask many questions. Go somewhere else if you can find.

I have lived on this property for a little over 6 years. It is centrally located to everything from the mall, parks and restrauants. I have downsized and upsized a couple of times. The girls in the office have always went above and beyond. Rachel and Diona are the best. They are always on it when things need to get fixed around the apartment. The space that you get in these apartments are hard to find elsewhere. They have an awesome newsletter with recipes and other information etc. They hosted the best Halloween party by the office with decorations, jumper and food. This place is the best and I will be here for years to come.
This complex is very peaceful and has mostly working-class people. It's behind a busy a street, so there is little traffic. It's good for family - many parks around and schools. The location is central to freeways and shopping. The only con would be that the apartments are quite old, but the management does a decent job maintaining it.
