It's embarrassing to receive friends to find out where we live. Horrid landscaping ongoing consrtructions everywhere ,people smoking and not cleaning after their dogs.bive called security several times to complain about smokers on the stairs,they never arrive on time to tell them.

The location is amazing. 1 minute walk to the trails of the back bay. Pretty affordable for location. Apartment was flawless when we got the keys to move it. Overall, we really like it here.

I love the large living space and the floor plan. I wish there was more counter space but the kitchen is functional and I love having an eat in counter. The landscaping is beautifully maintained and the amenities and club house are wonderful. The complex has a fun and friendly vibe.

I have lived here at P.N. since 1983. I used to call it home. Past management have been good. Since the arrival of Grey Star this property has gone downhill. (I am not including cliff construction).Swap meets and sandwich boards have cheapened the property. I used to be proud to live here. No longer.!!

I've been a resident here for ten years. I've been happy until recently. The response rate from maintenance needs to improve, and the refuse room needs to get emptied more often. I have not said anything to anyone yet. I'd prefer to give Park Newport a chance to correct these issues.

When moving into the apartment, they indicated that there were problems that needed to be fixed, 2 weeks passed and no one showed up. After the repair, the paint on the doors and walls is swelling and peeling off in places, after which they will present us with an invoice for correction, but unfortunately, your repair is so weak!! !! When we moved in, the carpet in one room was dirty and still hasn’t been cleaned!!!! parking is small in the garage because there is a large car nearby and parking is not convenient, in the office the attitude towards the client is not very good, we pay for everything and do not use it for free! very unhappy

I really enjoy living at Park, Newport Apartments and townhomes. From the first time that I visited the apartments and townhomes I felt at home. My overall experience has been amazing. The community is quiet. It’s peaceful, I feel comfortable when I’m at home. I feel safe and secure and I love being in my home. I would definitely recommend families of any size move into Park Newport. I think they have something for every walk of life or stage of family existence from a young families to single people because there’s something for everyone to do here. There’s a playground there’s tennis courts. There’s a clubhouse there’s tons of swimming pools. there’s lots of walking paths, it’s a quiet environment. I think the loudest thing that I hear from time to time are the coyotes in the canyon but that’s wildlife and it’s OK but other than that, I think it’s an amazing place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a new home.

I think the maintenance is great. They replaced my old leaky faucet in kitchen and rusty drain stopper in bathroom toilet. Both items were a constancy issue before. I didn’t even expect this and after being here for 10 years I appreciated this. The staff is very courteous and kind. The work gets done quickly and they communicate well afterwards.

I have lived here for 11years, basically drama free. My mother lived here over 20 years ago. But as it is inevitable, things change. Hopefully we can add some more community pride in living here. Enforcing rules about not using front porch as your personal storage. Fixing burnt building, I have to see it everyday when I leave my townhouse

Park Newport is an incredible place to live. I moved in a week ago and I’ve already met amazing people, I love the ethnic diversity, I love that people are from all over the world live here and we all live together in one community.! Park Newport is a perfect residency for the active seniors. I am a retired 75 years old been living here for 13 month so far. Here are all kind of activities that you enjoy all year round. I think Park Newport is one of the best places to live in Southern California for any senior citizen.

The backlog of work just keeps getting longer every month. No mold stain removed from ceiling since March. Since April, no painting work has been done and the hole in the wall has not been fixed (although the masters came twice and promised to fix it. 2 weeks ago the master took the kitchen drawer for repair, he promised to bring a new one on the next working day..... As park miyut, does not do all the work in full, I consider it fair, not to charge for the use of the premises in full...

I expressed an interest in transferring to another unit in a quieter section, and I was told I would have to pay a $750 fee to transfer. I was willing to pay a lot more money for another apartment and was told I still had to pay the fee. I’ve lived here for seven years. There is no loyalty here.

There is bad plumbing in all the buildings. The toilets and showers don’t work half the time. Management also never responds to emails or takes responsibility.

Park, Newport, beautiful place to live. But the gray star has made it as uncomfortable as possible. The office often makes mistakes that take Weeks to correct. The utility bills have been made as opaque and inconvenient as possible, and it is impossible to get any truth out of them.

Park Newport is a very pleasant community to live in, quiet, safe, friendly, with wonderful facilities. It is generally child- and pet-friendly. The grounds are beautifully cared for. Overall Park Newport has been at the top of our list when looking to move into a new place. We looked at several places around the area and down the road but kept coming back to this place and we are very happy in our decision. Christina in the leasing office is a total gem and made our experience finding the right place at Park Newport such a breeze…the location, amenities, and apartment size along with our budget made us choose to live here. The Community is great so far, serene and well maintained. Some drivers drive around very entitled, but hey, it’s Newport.

Growing up in Newport Beach I find Park Newport Apartments a resort. Your not in a room but your in a Cabana with all the amenities of a resort. It's not an apartment complex, it's a lifestyle of living.

I have lived at Park Newport for five years and the staff has always been excellent to engage with. They have a standard of excellence in maintaining the property, caring for the residents in their interpersonal skill, planning fun things at clubhouse, engaging community with their newsletters and communicating things well via their letters under the door.
