Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Park North St. Louis
I used to live her many years ago. Decided to try them again. The apartments have been updated, rode the property and it was clean. Decided to put in my application and I was approved the next day. My move in was quick and my apartment is really nice. I pay my rent and can put in my work orders through the online portal so I don't need to go the office. Got a email today saying I can use Flex Pay to pay my rent. No complaints so far.

Literally everything everyone else said in the reviews are true .from the Gun shots to the maintenance team to the staffing in the leasing office to the way they deal with late payments.
Let me explain...the units themselves look nice inside, but the office staff needs work. They are not trustworthy or knowledgeable when it comes to payment issues. I pay my rent on time and 2 weeks later, I get an email saying they didn't get it and they threaten to evict me in 2 days from the date of the email. Not a 30 day notice or any type of solution to the issue as to why I have receipts from my portal saying I paid and they see no payment. No time to even try to come up with this so-called missing rent. Just pay or leave...hmm sounds a little suspect to me. What do you think? You call and can't get anyone on the phone either. I am not happy with this and I can't wait until my lease is up. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here, unless they are ready for drama.
I have been in northwinds since February of 2018 and my air went out now almost three weeks ago in the month of July-Aug. The came looked at it said they had to order a unit and never returned. I called numerous times they voicemail if set up like a cellphone and you can't leave any messages. I pay my rent on time monthly. Its other things inside the apartment which was supposed to have a work order and no ones has ever came out. I have three children which two have asthma. They have been back and forth on their machines. I had to make them doctors appointments. The dishwasher which I don't use keep backing up. They do not care about their tents
After some random person was killed in the grass field behind my home, a week later someone broke into my home and shot through my back door. I adked management over three months to either fix my apartment or provide me another unit since I had only been there three months into my lease. I even explained how the situation caused me to become homeless. Instead of doing something to make tge situation better, they told me the would do nothing and will send my account to the attorney.
I hate I ever moved over here. All I hear is gun shots and young men standing around outside all night. Someone tried to break in my car and my apartment. I don’t recommend a single mother to move over here by herself. They have bugs and the basement floods bad. Very bad decision I made but when my year is up I’m gone and won’t never look back.
Northwinds apartments are ok, we been here for more then a year, we've asked over and over again for them to fix things that they said they fixed from the beginning. The stuff still isn't fixed, we have our own river in the basement, or air doesn't circulate because of the tape they put on the main thing in the basement, they only have had dryer hookups; who had those anymore, so we have to hang out clothes, we always pay rent on time and we can't get help. They painted our tub now it's chipping away, when the mike brown thing happened they were no help. I have so much more. There only 2 friendly workers, one helped me with clothes for my child.
I love my home, if I could pick it up and move to a better neighborhood I would. It just the right amount of space for my family . Has a great storage area in basement for washer and dryer so I don't have to leave my home but again the environment is not safe .
