I just recently moved into this wonderful apartment complex, and I’ve been blown away as forever as the number of amenities that are available to us and with the staff being absolutely incredible. Me and my boyfriend lived here for quite some time and unfortunately have to move out since he found a job in another city but if it were up to me I’d stay ! I loved the environment of the apartment and all the amazing amenities it came with ! Dallas made the process smooth and I really did appreciate his overall help and patience with us. Going to miss this place and the amazing staff it came with !

My family and I moved here 7 months ago and love it. The management is always so pleasant and helpful with anything we need, and all of the staff are friendly and do a great job. They have lots of fun events and make it a nice place to live.

These Apartments are BRAND NEW, CLEAN, and AMAZING! The office staff: The manager and entire team are so kind and helpful. My kids and I enjoy the pool and jacuzzi Definitely recommend!

I love this community. I moved in about 2 months ago and It's been amazing. The office staff were such a huge help throughout the entire process. They are always throwing events for the residents to meet each other and mingle. Overall I have had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

These apartments are so nice and stunning amenities. The team are all so nice and welcoming. They hosted a Super Bowl party yesterday that was unreal. Such a fun place to live, thank you for everything.

Park on First "a great place to call "home". Kimberly always greets you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. She helped us move in quickly and felt like we were home. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. The apt are clean and spacious and very beautiful.

These apartments are truly a hidden gem in Santa Ana. They are beautiful inside and out. The clubhouse and fitness center are unbelievable. This is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in.

Are you allergic to dogs? Don’t go to the pool. Dogs are apparently allowed to swim as well. It’s totally ok to throw a few bath bombs in the hot tube for Instagram. Security patrols the leasing office via chair and TikTok. They tried and failed with this place. I had really high hopes for this place. They play music from 8AM to 10 PM, it’s not censored so watch little ears. 11 months to go, wish me luck!!!

They get you in with all the amenities (most of which aren’t completed). You can’t leave your apartment at night due to the criminal activity. Maintenance is constantly removing graffiti. My car was hit in the parking structure and they just keep giving me the run around. Save your money and pick another location.
