The front office is absolutely terrible, don’t expect a response ever, and when they do respond they all have a nasty attitude. Unless you love paying too much for too little and having cockroaches live with you I’d find another place
My name is Ghaith, I had lived in community The Park on Greenville from Aug/2016 until Oct/2019 in Apt 137-phase-3, and I considered it the most beautiful period on my life especially at this time I was studying in Richland College. About the Park on Greenville Beautiful environment it has landscape are wonderful and it has Children's entertainment areas. The staff of leasing office are very helpful with residents especially Ms. Diana has high morals and she help the resident most she can. Maintenance is on time and is not delayed, even on holiday. And I regret it a lot when I left from the park on Greenville and it was a wrong decision, and I tried to come back in oct/2020 but unfortunately, I did not find available unit, I think I will come back again to the Park on Greenville when my current lease contract over in Sep. I am highly recommend on this apartments and especially the family who have kids.

I have lived here for almost a year, JUST SIGN A NEW LEASE!!! This apt complex is amazing!!! They are are top of everything that comes there way!! Amazinf staff!! LOVE DEANNE AND VIOLET!!!!!! THEY ARE SOOOO SWEET AND AMAZING!!! I AM HAPPY TO CALL THIS PLACE HOME!!!

I have Been at this property since 2013 For the first 2 years it was a very good property the staff and management were on point with everything nice and friendly, the maintenance was so kind and fixed the problems as soon as we requested. But then management changed and with the new management the whole apartment complex sank down with it! Not only are the management rude and disrespectful they don’t care about any of your concerns,nor any of the requests you put in for your apartment ! We have had to call the corporate many times on this place due to a whole they left in our cealing and wall to fix the new air system! And we have had to call corporate due to the leasing agents rude and dishonest tendency’s! When we have had roach/sewer issues they never wanted to come fix and when they did they wanted to front the bill on us when it was not our problem to begin with! They have shootings every other weekend the tornado hit and left many ppl Destroyed with no windows and top roofs Missing and they have yet to fix there Issues and yet still are waiting for those poor ppl to pay rent smh I def would stay away from These roach infested /poor management apartments you have better luck In a shelter then you do Here! Luckily we were able to find a home after the tornado hit and we moved out and the first of the month and we just received the bill for the apartments after they did a walk through and there trying to charge us a ridiculous amount becasuee we left and decided not to renew smh stay away!!!!! We definitely again will be taking them to corporate they need to be shut down!!!!!
This is by far NOT A GOOD VALUE for the amount of rent you will pay. They RAISE YOUR RENT $30-$56 a year. The management for the most part are RUDE and CONDESCENDING. The leasing agents never seem to know what's going. Most of the time service requests are not written up, you WILL have to stay on top of them to make sure it gets done and Then MAINTENANCE is HALFWAY DONE if they come out at all. The MANAGEMENT WILL send out THRETENING LETTERS About paying for plumbing services, etc. They CHARGE for pest control that does not work. I do my own now. They don't water the grass is brown or it's just dirt. If they do water expect your bill to go up.
If you don’t mind living with roaches and rodents, then this is the place to be for real. Pest control only takes place on the 1st of every month and maintenance take forever as well. If you have DIY skills in both maintenance and pest control, then this is the ideal place for you to live. This complex is well over 30yrs old. If you are looking to leasing an apartment at The Park on Greenville, PLEASE BY ALL MEANS ASK TO TOUR THE APARTMENT A NITE. Which I’m sure you will be told NO. The complex is in an ideal location, highway 75, highway 635, N Dallas Toll Way, North Park Mall, Galleria Mall, Town East Mall, The Shops of Park Lane, 2 Supper Walmart Stores, Kroger and Tom Thumb grocery stores, 3 major hospital, lots of restaurants, hotels, 3 Dart Rail Stations and on a good day 15mins from downtown Dallas. But the roaches and rats have a field day at your expense and management doesn’t care at the tenants.
Leaking problem and humidity on the walls and inside the house. No exhaust in the house . Found rodents and lizards inside the houses. Upon calling them nobody cares. They don't care about their residents. kids playing area is messy and dirty all the time and their are big cracked and holes in the playing area looks nobody repair it from years. Its worst management I ever seen in my life. Maintenance is non existent with fixtures and repairs. Management is rude they will only act nice if you are a new tenant moving in. Otherwise they cud care less about tenants
At the moment I am living with my son and daughter n law in the parks on Greenville. This complex is neat, clean and quite, the maintenance is on point with everything, the management team will stop and talk to you at any time.
The location is ideal, since it has 3 major Highways within 4 miles, plus it is close to Wal-Mart and other grocery stores, DART transportation, lots of shopping and restaurants, post offices close by, and one can reach any corner of the DFW Metroplex within 1 hour or so. The Management is great, and the Maintenance dept. is wonderful, and they both take care of issues immediately.
