I have been living at The Park on Memorial for several years and have always found it to be peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff is always friendly and professional and prompt and take care of any issues that I have. Right now, there is a lot of remodeling going on with the apartments including landscaping that has yet to be completed and when that is done this will be a nicer place to call home.

At this time, Park on Memorial is transitioning in ways I believe, will really enhance the property. New siding is being put up, as well as fresh new paint with a much more attractive color scheme, is being added. Trees that posed a danger are being removed and so forth. At times, this has caused inconveniences, but as things continue to come together, I think, it's really looking good.

Would rather not have the cost for trash pickup. Rather take care of trash deposit in local dumpster my self than to be charged for something I do not use or need.

Starting from the move in to this stage it has been more bad experience than good. What I like about this community is greenery, rest of it is not so good.. broken road, parking issues, people both the office and maintenance teams.. this is a beautiful community and it requires major improvements to bring it the original glory.

Everyone we talked to about The Park who had lived here had great things to say-almost to the point that I was wondering if there were complaints. It’s just simply a very stable, comfortable place to live at least for my husband and me . While we are seniors we love being around all ages in such a positive environment.

I have a fondness for Park on Memorial. If you have a passion for nature and outdoor activities, this location is ideal for living. Upon entering the complex, you'll be reminded of a tranquil resort. Our club house has been recently renovated. This community is gated, providing security at the entrance. We offer various activities for residents and their children. The atmosphere here is peaceful and calm. Additionally, we welcome pets, which is definitely a bonus! It's a wonderful place to call home.

The staff is friendly and responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. The community amenities are good and I heard they are working on improvements in the fitness center. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to major highways and plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Overall, The Park on Memorial is a fantastic place to call home.

I love it here at the Park! I have been a resident here for about 7 years. Its quiet and somewhat secluded. I love our new staff and management, they are very caring, and most of all, concerned about the tenants needs. I see great thing coming for this community.

it is not a safe place. home break-ins are common. My mail still missing. No updates from the manager office in my case.
