In addition to cheering on the Hoosiers at Memorial Stadium, the university is home to the Indiana University Arboretum, Dunn Meadow, and Dunn's Woods. Other attractions in Downtown Bloomington include the WonderLab Science Museum, the Monroe County History Center, and the Ivy Tech John Waldron Arts Center.
There's always something happening in Downtown Bloomington, from live music at nightclubs to festivals like Arts Fair on the Square, the Limestone Comedy Festival, the Bloomington Craft Beer Festival, and the 4th Street Festival of the Arts. Downtown is home to the state's largest farmers' market, the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market, held June to September. Walkable and bicycle-friendly, Downtown Bloomington offers a variety of walking and biking trails.

Property Ratings at Park on Morton
Park on Morton is a comfortable place to live and the staff is friendly. Although, it does need to be renovated a bit, and carpet beetles have been an issue in the past.
Best accommodation for students and has the best facilities. The rooms are pretty big and have good maintenance facilities. The amenities are also very good.
It is a great student housing option!! They have good staff, and good maintenance. I really like living here. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
Good! security issues though. No lock/key hole on the door by the stairs. Anyone can access any floor. However, I love to live here. Additionally, the noise in the street in the weekends is unbearable sometimes. Many residents like to congregate in the streets and make a lot of noise until at least 4-6am.
I have been here for over two years and I have to say that the experience has been good and the amenities that this place has is really solid.
It is a lovely building!! It is very peaceful and the apartments are good size. The maintenance is also quick. There is a good parking system and even the hub system is awesome!
dogs barking and trains are so loud all the time. manager screwed up our lease that we resigned and didn’t let us know until three months later.

The apartments are very nice and have many accessible resources such as a gym, study room, pool tables, a pool, and etc. Although I wish parking wouldn't be so strict.
