The neighborhood of Ingram Park surrounds the mall for which it is named. The popular Ingram Park Mall is an indoor shopping destinations filled with well-known stores like Dillard’s, Macy’s, and JCPenney. For those who can’t get enough shopping at the mall, strip plazas surrounding the mall contain even more shops and restaurants.
The mall sits along I-410, making it easy for area residents to get around the San Antonio area. Renter for over 1 year
I have rented here for over 1 year and I will say this property is great. The staff is nice, the maintenance is speedy and the amenities are good. However, there is a serious crime issue at this apartment. Since I have lived here I have had my car broken into 3 times, a shooting happened, and police have been called several times for domestic incidences. For the amount of rent the company demands it is not worth dealing with the crime problems that happen here.

The apartment complex is nice and I like my unit, but I don't always feel valued as a resident here. I moved in with a few issues that should've been dealt with before I ever even set foot in the apartment. I had roaches on day 1 - before I had brought any of my personal belongings into the unit. I had to submit multiple maintenance requests within the first week I was here and no one came to take care of the issues in a timely manner. I talked to some of my neighbors and was told management is usually fast to respond to maintenance requests, but this was not the case for me. I didn't have my requests completed until my third week in the apartment. I have noticed a few other things I don't like about the complex now that I've been here for a little over a month. The valet trash pickup service is awesome, but I have had my trash from the night before still sitting outside my door the next morning even though I set my trash out on time. This has happened twice now. Another issue I have is that one of the exit gates to the community has been broken and chained for a month now. Lastly, one of the amenities that drew me in the most when choosing where to live was the pet spa. I haven't had to opportunity to use it yet because it has been under renovations and out of service since I moved in. I understand renovations, but I was not told when moving in that it was out of service. I was greatly disappointed when I tried to take one of my dogs to the spa and saw it was closed until further notice. I will end my review at this - while the apartments are nice and I do enjoy living here, I believe the prices are much too high for the lack of prompt communication, untimely maintenance request completion, and amenities being broken or out of service.

Awesome Place To Live!!!
My wife and I just moved here and the place is fantastic! It is very safe, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I've been able to get answers to all of my questions and they've made it very easy for us to move in. I read some of the other reviews that talk about problems with the gates and people stealing things but they must have fixed all of those problems because the gates work fine, there are friendly security guards on the premises who are always willing to help, and I heard that they are hiring a pool concierge as well! You have to follow rules just like any other apartment but everyone is very accommodating. The pool feels like you're at a resort and these apartments are so new that my wife and I literally feel like we are on vacation when we come home every day. Talk to DaNae. She works in the front office and she is awesome!

Very Restrictive
I was thrilled to start my lease here at this place being a new place. But being a resident here I have experienced unpleasant circumstances. It is a very micro -managed place. They recently hired security for the pool area and if you don’t wear a wrist band to the pool you will get kicked out. Literally. The “officer” who was very rude to other residents will yell at you to leave. I understand them asking you nicely for it as we residents don’t deserve to be yelled at. The floors are VERY thin. They keep modifying rules as to what the residents can or cannot do. Not very pet friendly as well, by this I mean you have to give them your pet’s stool sample just in case you forget to clean up after them they can trace it back to you. No toys bikes icechests, any outdoor equipment on out the balcony or again you will be fined. After you are a resident here, the smiles from the ladies in the office will fade and asking them a question will seem like you are bothering them. The only plus is that they are new apartments but I’m sure there are plenty in the area. Will not renew my lease. And beware of the rude security by the pool.

Don't do it....!!!
1) A majority of these posts are made because they ask you to right after you move in. You're excited, looks great and you're happy you found a place! 2) I want to share my experience in the 8 months I've lived here.... at first it was good! The women at the front desk were super nice, friendly and helpful. I was doing everything via phone and email because I wasn't in the state and had never been in the area. In the 8 months that I've lived here.... 3) the front gates were not closed until about 1 month ago. There have been at least 2 armed robberies in the complex, the tv down by the pool was stolen (they finally replaced it), multiple homeless people had been getting into the complex and were bathing and using drugs around the pool, approaching us in broad daylight with masks on... its been scary at times! 4) I went on a month long trip to Europe, took my keys with me and left my car with a friend at their house. Apparently maintenance needed to come in and do some work. Okay cool, however when I came back home my tv remote was broken, my tv volume was turned up extremely loud, and there was food spilled on my counter that had seeped into it and left a stain and on my wall! I took pictures and talked to the front office and of course they took no responsibility and denied it. They said, "how do we know it wasn't already like that?" Wonderful. 5) a few weeks later I was at the dog park, and these guys who are part of the maintenance team are going in and out of an apartment. My dog keeps looking up at them here and there so of course I am too. Then I notice one of the guys is standing and leaning on one of the columns and has his phone, whatever no big deal. Then I look up again and his phone is pointed right at me and his flash goes off!! He tried to play it off and hide it but you can't hide that. I went straight to the office and told them and they said they would ask and look at his phone and miraculously they found nothing. It also happened to one of my friends who lives here too, she told the front office because she heard the camera sound and turned around in time but of course they disregarded it.

My perfect apartment ??
Me and my fiancé moved here about 3 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier! We were first shown around this beautiful complex by DaNae and she is one of the main reasons we chose this place, just so welcoming and friendly and will also help you with anything and everything (even a nail tech)?? All the staff here are actually amazing, they go above and beyond for you, making you feel at home from the first visit! Not to mention just how gorgeous the actual apartment is itself, couldn’t recommend this place more! Also you wont find a more pet friendly enviroment anywhere??

Living at The Park!
Although I had some minor hiccups at the beginning (apartment not completed on time, some minor issues in the apartment itself); both DaNae, Maggie, and James (maintainence guy) made the process and corrections very quickly and held themselves accountable. I appreciate the ownership and making the needed adjustments. I really love DaNae in her role because she made this six month journey a good experience, and kept me updated throughout. I am happy to be here, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

By far the best apartment I have lived in
I searched for a new apartment for about three months before I found The Park on Wurzbach. When I saw the reviews and the pictures of the apartments I fell in love and couldn't wait to see them, my first interaction with the amazing office and management was with DaNae, who was and always is a pleasure to talk to, and is always very welcoming and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision on these apartments and DaNae was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I made my decision ( I changed my mind quite a few times) I am very happy I went with the A2 apartment. Its space is plenty for me and all the amenities are gorgeous and make you feel at home everytime you step in the door. The countertops are gorgeous, the appliances are new and also stunning and the dark wood color of the cabinets perfectly contrasts and yet brings everything together. I can honestly say I haven't felt this at home in a while :) My only regret is not renting here sooner! Thanks for all the help and for being so amazing through all of it DaNae :)

Great Apartment
Relatively new apartment. Moved here two month ago. Great location, a lot of good restaurants around here. Near the shopping mall. very convenient. The management team is great, especially DaNae who is a very friendly and nice girl. Overall, the best apartment I lived so far.

I Love My Home!
DaNae is AWESOME! She helped me get into my home and was very helpful for me. Managment all around is super friendly. I knew after my tour that this is where i wanted to reside. The staff along with fellow residents take pride in the beautiful property. I love how i’m located in a convenient location. & The team always has fun stuff for us to get into. i love it!

To the the entire staff at The Park at Wurzbach, you have made my entire experience the absolute best, from beginning to end. Walking into the office, you will feel right at home. Maggie, you are just the best. From touring the community and you taking the time to explain everything in detail IS the reason why I said YES to the address. You took the time to listen to my needs and were very patient. I cannot thank you enough. The apartment is absolutely stunning as is the entire community, up to the fitness rooms. Location is amazing! I can't wait to move in this weekend. Thank you guys for making this transition as smooth as possible. Brand new construction does not equal good construction!
I wanted to live here because I thought brand new construction would mean it's a better, quieter location. This is NOT the case. When a downstairs neighbor slams their door shut I can feel the vibration. When my neighbor's kid runs through their apartment I can hear it. I can hear the neighbor's dogs bark day and night at all hours. Unfortunately the windows don't seem to be soundproof as I can hear the traffic even while the tv or radio is on. Every apt complex I have lived in has something in the lease regarding quiet hours at night. This complex has nothing of the sort mentioned in the lease. In fact, they make you sign a "Mixed Use Addendum" which says that you acknowledge that you live in a multi-family residential community and there is potential for noise from neighbors, maintenance, surrounding businesses, etc. Perhaps they do this because they know the construction of this property is sub par? Very disappointing. I love EVERYTHING about my apartment and the complex minus the noise. Based on appearance alone I would have given this property 5 stars, but I have lived in much older properties with much better construction that made it nearly impossible to hear your neighbors.

Love it!
After a long time of searching for an apartment, I came across this one and it has everything I want and need! The layout and design of the apartments are beautiful and carefully thought out. This apartment complex feels like a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous apartment. The entire staff, especially Melyssa and Maggie, have been so helpful and made the process super easy. They are always willing to answer all of my questions and are super nice to me. I cannot wait to move in to my brand new apartment!

Great Customer Service
I needed to find a place to live after I returned from a deployment. I decided to check out the Park on Wurzbach because I loved the floor plan for the apartments. Maggie made the choice to move here an easy decision. During my tour of community, she explained in detail the services provided to residents which include a 24 hour package retrieval system, pet grooming facility, exercise area (which has a Peleton bike), the pool area (under construction) and the lounge/business area. They will even have fun events for residents of the community. All of my questions concerning my move and the lease have been answered promptly. Last but not least, the welcome letter detailed all the requirements to make my move go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new apartment to call home!

Relocating for Chris
Melissa and the team have been so helpful on selecting an apartment and the paperwork. I am looking forward to living in this community starting this new chapter in my life. I am starting a new job at the high school nearby and the place is conveniently located to shop and food which will be good for my busy schedule.

Great Managment
My fiancé and I have been searching for apartments. We saw this one under construction and decided to give them a call. We spoke to Maggie the property manager and she is fantastic. Just her positive attitude alone has made me so excited to move in. She made us a homemade brochure of the property and has answered all questions we’ve had. The property seems like it going to be beautiful. We will be living with each other for the first time and Maggie has definitely made this part easier for us!

So great
If you are searching for an apartment I highly recommend this place! I love the customer service, Maggie was such a big help she made the process so easy. This will be my first apartment and Maggie made sure to answer all of my questions. Although the apartments are not done yet everything looks like it is turning out so beautiful.

Awesome Customer Service
I am so excited to move to The Park On Wurzbach. I've been in contact with the property manager Maggie, who is really great. Maggie has shared so much information with me. Met up with me at Starbucks to start the application process, she also gave me a brochure to show me a layout of the complex and apartment itself. Due to The Park On Wurzbach still being under construction. This is part of the reason why I am so excited. The customer service has been great and I feel the customer service will only get better. Expensive Taste for A Challenging Economy
I toured the community recently. I felt like the Yoga studio and fitness center was good, the trash valet service option looked okay, theatre room with movies was good but all of it I could do in the privacy of my apartment. I felt like inside the apartment wood blinds I already have where I am renting now, granite counter tops is a perk but not necessary. The pet park is okay if you have dog(s). I like to live a basic simple living and save money. I felt that if you don't use some amenities your rent could be lowered. Overall I felt like it was overpriced for what people want/need to have in this challenging economy.
