I really liked living here

My apartment is very comfortable I like that I have a view and I really like the comfort and privacy of my apartment, it is only a little difficult to find parking after 1 in the afternoon it is the only thing I put on it but, because there are neighbors who up to 5 cars and cannot be found easily. But maintenance to our apartment is great.

Community Involvement

I have lived in this complex for 3 years and have received a great outpouring of support from the community when an issue has arisen. The P.A.L.S. program and other community resources have provided a wealth of information and support. I am able to better manage my family finances and provide for them.

I have lived here through my teenage years to my current adult years. The complex is very family oriented and does a great job of making sure that the building is secure.

I have live here since 1997. Management is wonderful, when repairs are needed, they usually done one to two days, depending how urgent are.

Park parthenia apartments

I've lived my whole life in the park parthenia apartments and I've seen a lot of crazy things. Things ranging from shootings to fires and I'm not saying our neighborhood is horrible but it's definitely not the best place to live. Nosey people that try to know everything about your life live here, And the apartments themselves are in horrible conditions as well. I have roaches that never go away, bad plumbing like they just changed my toilet after the last 18 years, my roof has collapsed a few times not entirely but because of water damage, and the office has so many people complaining that it takes forever to get anything fixed. The upside is that the neighborhood is close to a elementary school and has a grocery store 5 mins away. It has programs for the kids and try's to make the community come together with bbqs. Park parthenia apartments may not be the greatest place to live but it definitely has soul.
