Property Ratings at Park Place Apartments
Loved living here! It was affordable, quiet, pet-friendly. Lina is very attentive as well as maintenance. Would definitely recommend living here.
Nice and quiet apartments and close to A&M. Management is awesome and maintenance was always there if I had any issues.
I have lived here for 2 years out of my 4-year tenure as a student at Texas A&M, and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation. I have benefitted greatly from living here in close proximity to the University. The complex is very well managed by Lina, who is a very sweet lady and is always reachable and accommodating. My 2-bedroom apartment is very affordable and far exceeded my expectations for the price point. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment. I'm going to be sad to leave when I graduate!
Lina is an sweet and attentive landlord who really cares about her tenants. I've lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loved my little treehouse loft. A peaceful and cozy place to live!
Loved living here! It was affordable, quiet, pet-friendly, and the management/maintenance team are excellent. Would definitely recommend and live here again myself!
I have lived here since 2015 and I love how cozy my 1 bedroom 1 bath is. This is the perfect size for a couple. The management has changed multiple times since I've lived here but currently we have the best management that has ever been here. The area is very quiet and safe. There are two bus stops in walking distance as well as being about 10 minutes walking distance from campus!
The management is wonderful. Manager & maintenance person are professional and friendly. This apt is for those who seek a quiet, clean, and safe place with peace in mind.
I had the cutest little loft here! The management was helpful and the maintenance was always great and on top of everything. Very quiet and peaceful area and so affordable! Would definitely live here again if I move back to the area.
Its a quiet environment and management really works to maintain a clean, safe, and nice looking property for us.
I have lived here for 8 months and love the friendly feel. I actually know my neighbors and they look out for me. Very safe vibe. Management is amazing and any needs I have are taken care of quickly. Would definitely recommend!
This is the perfect apartment complex for a student. The complex was always quiet and safe (never had an issue). Parking is easy and consistent. The apartment provides sufficient living space and the location is the selling point. There are two bus routes that can get you to campus in ~7 minutes or less and there are no stops from the complex to campus. Lastly, the manager is very responsive and easy to work with. She will take care of you if you ever have any issues and is great at coordinating maintenance QUICKLY.
I've lived here for 8 months now and I love it here! The manager is friendly, professional, helpful, and always on the ball! The environment here is very peaceful and friendly. The apartments inside are remodeled, new, and beautiful. Neighbors are quiet never any complaints, and the property is always kept clean and is very full of greenery. There is a small park behind the property that is beautiful and perfect for those with dogs! The maintenance here is so great as well. My fridge motor froze over and stopped working, I sent the manager an email and the same day she sent the maintenance to set up a brand new fridge! These apartments are a great place to live and they are very affordable! They are very close to the aggie bus stop, I walk 2 minutes every morning to the bus stop up the street and I get a free ride to school and back home. These apartments are also PET FRIENDLY! Do I need to say more? This review speaks for itself!
I lived here for almost two years now and would still be here if I did not have to relocate for my new job. The leasing manager is wonderful and is on top of it! It's also in a great location; walking distance from HEB on Texas Ave, A&M campus is around the corner and it's in a quite little area. Definitely recommend this place!
I am so pleased with the staff here and the property manager is top notch! She really will go out of her way to make sure the property is safe for her tenants and that it is kept up. This is a wonderful find for any student who is considering off campus housing. I highly recommend it.
I have really enjoyed my stay at Park Place Apartments. The current apartment manager has made sure to fix all of my concerns and within a timely manner. She’s also very cheerful and pleasant which I think it’s always a nice touch. The location of these apartments is super ideal and it’s a quiet part of town. If you’re thinking about staying here, go for the plunge! :)
I am very happy with my experience with Park Place Apartments. I will say that the new management, new within the last year, have been absolutely great! Any time I have an issue they address it that day. The unit we are in was newly updated with lots of closet space and room. The building is older but with the updated units it feels like you are in a new apartment! I like having the two floor unit because it feels like you have even more space. I have seen NO sign of any kind of bugs or vermin. Overall a great location for biking, bike lanes make it very easy to get to campus. Plus 2 frequent bus lines run close to the location. It is an ideal place for grad students and post docs as it does not get loud. If you like to run you can easily use the track across the street!
First off, I normally do not write reviews often unless I am thoroughly pleased with a product or service, and after my time thus far at Park Place, I felt compelled to write something. I’ve lived in a few different apartment complexes around BCS while going to A&M and have always had some sort of lackluster or displeasing aspect to each. However, I can honestly say that I cannot think of a single issue that I’ve had here. And that is really a testament to how great this complex is. Before living here I had read a few reviews saying this was a “hidden gem” in CSTAT and didn’t think much of it, but I now understand how accurate that description was. This place is SO quiet, which is incredibly important to me and allows me to reallly concentrate on my studies when home. My neighbors are all quiet and friendly, haven’t had a single issue or disturbance. The prices simply cannot be beat. I’ve been in BCS for 4 years and have seen rent increase substantially across almost all complexes. But, at Park Place my current rent is almost half of what I was paying at my previous apartment at a different complex. I am still so pleasantly surprised to have found this place. Aside from the spacious apartments, incredible prices, quiet complex, and amazing location close to A&M, what I am truly impressed by is the management. Lina is the property manager and is so on point, professional, and hospitable. I had put in a maintenance request one day at around 9am, literally within minutes she responded confirming the request, and the maintenance request was fixed and completed the SAME DAY. I have never lived at a place that was so easy to work and communicate with until I lived here. They really make you feel like you are valued and taken care of. You may be thinking that is all sounds too good to be true and this reviewer must be paid or affiliated with the complex management. I’m not. I am just a resident who feels that a great review is necessary for this place. If you’re looking for a new apartment in town or maybe are just tired of being unsatisfied at your current place, I hope this review may have helped a bit. I would, without a doubt, recommend Park Place Apartments. TL;DR Park Place Apartments is the best complex in BCS.
This apartment complex is a great place to make a home while you go to school, to grow your family, or to build your career from. The location is great there is a lot of business close by if your on a job hunt also the cities major highways are easily accessible from here(6, 2818, & 2154) the neighborhood is very safe with the constable office and middle school right across the street and the courthouse and police station just up 6 a ways it would be convenient and comforting to raise your kids here. Plenty of college students are out jogging and riding bike even at night sometimes. The Apartment complex has a Brazos valley bus stop right by the mailbox and the neighboring complex has an Aggieland transit bus stop that both route 26 and 27 stop at on both sides of Anderson rd and this is the first stop for both 26 and 27 when leaving A&M and the last stop when the buses head back to A&M. This makes it very easy to save money on gas going to and from school without needing to deal with insurance, parking permits, possible parking/traffic tickets. Not to mention the staff are all great, the maintenance usually fixes anything they can instantly; I've asked for a new bathroom fan and A.C. work and they ordered it and fixed it as soon as it came in and when I asked for little things like new air filters, window screens or blind seats for the french doors they were replaced within 15 min. no questions asked. I have enough experience to tell you that is not something you can expect anywhere at apartments here in town I've gotten the runaround and even been cussed out by maintenance guys at other apartments I've rented from and even had to start taking things apart myself and then they got mad at me for that but in example I complained about my A.C. 3 times at one apartment and they kept saying it wasn't broke so finally I took it apart and sure enough the closed system PTAC unit was full of moldy water (You shouldn't see any fluids in a closed system!) So when I told the manager the 4th time she said you can't take that stuff apart and work on it. To which I said I wouldn't have if you'd get your employees to do their job, and by the way that's a lawsuit waiting to happen because stagnant water in air conditioners spread legionnaires disease. At that place I paid 300$-400$ per month more than here and had a room only half the size, so how can you beat renting from Park Place. You can't!
Moved into this complex about 5 months ago and couldn't be happier. The complex is small, quiet and family friendly. The property manager makes it a point to ensure all tenants' needs are taken care of as well as making everyone feel at home. The onsite maintenance workers are ALWAYS on top of things, keeping the property looking nice. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially those with children.
We just moved in a few months ago and love it here. it's really clean and quiet. The property manager is really friendly and always takes care of things. We would highly recommend living here.
Just recently moved in and its a nice peaceful complex with all the amenities I was looking for. Central air conditioning, laundry room, bus stops nearby, well maintained place & close to A&M. Its a pretty quiet area, the staff are super friendly, & make this place comfortable to live in. I would highly recommend if you're in search of a place with peace & comfort.
