Property Ratings at Park Place Apartments
I have lived here for 11 years. My neighbors are decent and friendly. They keep the lot clean and grass mowed. If there are maintenance issues I let them know and the maintenance crew is there within a reasonable time frame or at your convenience. If it's an emergency they are there quickly. For my apartment building: I have not had a problem and when I moved in my apartment was completely refurbished. It is spacious and clean. The landlord is nice, but you must pay rent on time if not there are fees and can be rather costly. Most everyone is respectful and do not play music loud and are not obnoxious. Somewhat family friendly, though there is no playground on the premises, there are some large areas that can be used to play in, catch, or similar sports. There is a playground at the park next to the complex and almost everything is on the main road off the apartment complex. I have no plans of moving anytime soon and the rent is affordable. The kind of tenant you are is indicative of how your stay will be. As an 11 year tenant I don't put up with anything and I expect those in my building to be respectful since I am.
I lived there for a year in a half had no problems loved my apartment. Lauri was great I liked that they have cameras in the building and in the park lot. I enjoyed the park next door an the greenery in the summer. I never had any problems with management they were always very understanding. Never had mold either great quiet place to live.
Not kid friendly they have mold people sell drugs here and heat isnt included its electric heating and i promise you the is usually around 300 bucks a month even in summer for the ac trust me im a former tenant
If I could give this a 0 I would. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life! Managment is terrible they don’t care about anything or anyone and they never give a notice if maintenance is going to do anything! Don’t even get me started on maintenance! The maintenance here is some of the dumbest people I have ever met!! They don’t know how to fix anything and they stand around and talk about the tetants and treat people like dirt! I WOULDNT HAVE MY WORST ENEMY LIVE HERE!! This place seems great till you sign the lease! The people that live here are also loud and obnoxious! On top of all that the noise level is horrible!! You can hear people having a conversation in the hallway all the way in your bedroom!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Yes it’s cheap but, let me tell you it’s not worth the headaches you will have!!
ive lived in this apartment since 1982, I am the third oldest resident here, I would sure love not to pay rent for the rest of my life, after paying rent here for almost 30 years.
We have been here just over a year, great apartment for a great price. It is spacious, bright and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the maintenance staff keeps the property up, and they are constantly updating the premises. I have a beautiful balcony that overlooks a large park. There are many families with children that live here, and there is ample parking. I am close to two expressways, and it takes only 15 minutes to reach the Stateline of IL. The office staff, Lori and Jennifer are also great and attentive. I have happily signed a lease for another year and am happy to call this home.
