this place is the most horriffic place you could ever live its so infested with roaches .ive never seen or heard of infestation like this and we have only lived here scence feb 2022 and there was over 25 things wrong with apartment never even have came to fix one.and gave them written doc off everything wrong when moved in .the people above us was over flowing there toilet drug addicts and it kept running thru are ceiling and in our tub never have come to fix it the mold is crazy in our ceiling walls.the guns drugs are terriable and theres been shootings right out in parking lot brawd day light and the halls stink of dog urine and trash .i could go on but just stay away from this place

STAY AWAY!! There are plenty of places in the sane price range around here so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have lived here for 3 years and I cannot wait to finally leave. The customer service at the leasing office is nonexistent. I have never had so many rude interactions until coming here. Today they closed my own door in my face as I was talking to them. Nice, right? They will never fix anything unless you send it directly to the manager. There are roaches in between the walls that come out through the electrical sockets. They will get their crappy pest control to spray every Monday but it does nothing. Plus you have to put everything into trash bags and leave the place when they do spray. Every. Monday. Imagine every Sunday night having to basically pack up your kitchen and bathroom so they can uselessly spray and you still have roaches. The washers are always broken. The laundry card machine barely works and you can only use it during office hours. The stairwells are disgusting and no one cleans them. I could obviously go on and on but just spare yourself and run. I try to warn any new residents I see but they usually figure it out and leave quickly.

THERE IS AN ENTIRE BURNED DOWN BUILDING ON THIS COMPLEX WITH AN ASBESTOS PROBLEM, AND IT'S JUST BEEN SITTING THERE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WITH NO WORK BEING DONE TO IT! I'm pretty sure a lot of the residents in that building were displaced with little to no help from management in regards to acquiring new accomodations. I'm also pretty sure that there are some reviews specifically referring to that situation posted by those residents. Now onto the dumpsters: They are a hot mess, mostly due to people who live outside of the community dumping their stuff there at all hours of the day. There's so much stuff that sometimes the garbage company won't even take it because it's too much for their workers. Maintenance tries, however they receive maintenance request is severely inadequate. Considering how run down everything inside (and a lot of the stuff outside) the apartments are, I know they are the busiest people at the complex. They cannot work fast enough for how many problems there are in these facilities and sometimes will opt for a quick fix. The mail area is a joke. It's in a far off building on the edge of the complex (I don't even think it's marked as the mail room, so you just have to look around and guess). There's trash everywhere (not just junk mail, but actual "someone just chucked their whole Burger King order at the wall and it's been here for days" type of trash. Last time I was there, there was a whole dude sleeping in there.

The best control people came TWICE and there are still roaches. I clean every day/week, I have roach motels, I've bombed it, everything and they're still here. The office staff is all but helpful in any manner--let alone the bug problem. It's been two years and the only thing I can say is at least my clothes haven't been stolen in the laundry room.

That place is disgusting they have bed bugs and roches ???????? i just live there one week and i couldn't i have too break the contract i pay a lot of money so i can get out of there ...people from the office act like they didn't know anything about the bugs but even the maines tell me that he live there too and he has a lot of bed bugs and roches and his apartment smh...please take the time to find a decent place to live that place cost a lot of money and its infested with bugs...

Lots of extra fees, generally unhelpful staff, leaks, cost $10 to get a laundry card (no credits) for machines that don't work, sketchy neighbors, gym only open during office hours, no countertop space in the kitchen, tap water doesn't run clear in the kitchen, prone to roaches, and our heaters thermostat doesn't work. We don't plan on resigning our lease once it's up.
This apartment complex has an issue with pests. All apartments on each floor connect thru the heating and cooling systems so even if you’re clean you’re going to have pests too. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I moved into the community four years ago, resulting from a permanent move by my employer. I was allowed one week to find a place, settle in, and begin working. I was not happy with the apartment at that time but rent in the area is ridiculously expensive, and I decided after one year, I could get out of there. I endured noisy, fighting neighbors, dog barking from every direction, and roach infestation was horrible. Management was laissez-faire, trash was in the hallways for days at a time, especially on weekends. The laundry room was constantly trashed, washers and dryers broke very often. Management changed after the first year or so, but change was not evident. I was embarrassed when relatives visited, and was told on an occasion that I needed to find a better place to live. Thankfully, management has changed again and it is evident. Mr. Eusebio is making cosmetic improvements, bringing pride, and the roach infestation has been eradicated. Noise is no longer a problem, I sleep much better at night. Thank you for finally getting a manager that cares about the people, it truly matters. I recently renewed my lease, going into year five. CR, 2017.
I have lived at Park Place for 2 years in a Studio Unit and had non-stop issues during that time. Here are a few of them -Unsupervised children running all over the parking lots and around the cars, one of them pulled off the side mirror to my car while running -Poor security in the back of the building, had my car broken into twice with the nav system pulled out and things stolen out of the car -Thin Walls and lots of noise (lessened to full conversations of my next door neighbors on a regular bases and was woke up at least once a week with the sound of their sexual relations) -Constant water Shut-offs (During the 2 years my water had been shut off at least 10 times with no compensation for the unconvinced. This includes them having to use jack hammers to bring up the floor to the entrance of the building to replace piping. -Pests/Insects (Constant issues with ants and roaches even with constant spraying and keeping the place perfectly clean) The only positives were the Rent was really low at the time and it was a convenient location.
I have lived here for just over 5 years and what started off as a great little place to live has become a big infested over priced place to live. They have called an exterminator and they sprayed 4 times over the course of 8 weeks and I still have roaches. I live my entire life in containers. Now the maintenance and office people are awesome and do what ever they can but it's a very old place and you have to sign an asbestos waiver in your lease. I really like the people that work here but the neighbors leave something to be desired. No real bad crime but they will stand out front smoking pot and drinking beer.. which leads to a lot of trash out front. I would really consider how you want to live before renting here. I'm a single mom and I thinking about moving on.
