Muy bien, acogedor, agradable ambiente, pero algunas cosas de la cocina no funcionan, y no quería en la 3ra planta y no se me consulto no se permite más de un carro y yo tengo 2, uno para trabajo y otro para viaje,

Muy buena ubicación esta todos los servicios básicos están cerca, ambiente familiar todo es muy organizado y sus empleados son excelentes muy amables ..encantada de vivir aquí ??

Espectacular sin duda de seguir viviendo aquí en este residencia me siento totalmente agradable con el mantenimiento de los alrededores y que cada quien respeta la política de cada inquilino sin molestar

Pésimo servicio, se la pasaban recargándome dinero en la renta y cuando les llamas a la oficina nunca contestan, entonces para que quieren teléfono si no saben contestar y aparte el señora no me quiso dar un estiker para mi camioneta y se ma llevo la reca, luego la puse en visitantes y me quebraron el vidrio pero a los de la oficina eso no les importa, cuando no quise seguir pagando más recargos me mandaron una carta de desalojo y preferi irme a otro lugar donde si respeten mis derechos como residente y ahora resulta que me siguen cobrando realmente no tienen vergüenza

I am a resident I love to live a Park Place Loyola it's a beautiful apartment here a lot of room quietly can live swimming pool gym laundry room if you buy your own washers you have a beautiful view every night swimming pool for the kids jam a part that they can play in the back

Muy bue a ubicación..todos los servicios basicos cerca y sus empleados muy activos y amables. Es muy limpio ..ordenado y sobre todo es un ambiente muy familiar.

Everything has gone well so far, I like living here, the place is comfortable. I hope everything continues well all the time to last a long time here. I like it a lot until now.

I have been residing here for 13 years, I've been through many different management changes, a lot has changed, I like it here, I feel there is a need for more maintenance, it has slowed down in pressure cleaning the breeze ways and walk ways, and a need for more pesticide visits, I know it takes time to produce a trusty team who will do the job, I trust Park Place will do it, Kudos! to Park Place! We are a village that stands together!

Nice community , fancy apartments, pacific ,I think we should also address the parking situation there’s cars that bubble park , take up 2 or more parking spaces other then that’s great environment

I would recommend a lot of people to live here. Place to live and a beautiful apartments and so quiet and these apartments because I live in it and I enjoy living here I have a good neighbors and other people that say there are nice Apartments hope everybody enjoys living here

Its ok I haven't had any problems so far, the property stays pretty clean, the staff is pretty friendly, its been better here than the last complex i was at.

To be raising the price a whole $250 on rent is outrageous especially when you have to go a whole year with your A/C. Not working, door falling off hinges due to little to no screws and screw too little to size to hold doors up. Office was always lacking professionals.

Tengo 3 años en los apartamentos Loyola y desde entonces no a tenido un refrigerador y estufa nueva no quieren poner una nueva y eso me despciona nesesitan poner atención en las cosas electrónicas que no sirven para la unidad pero en lo demás está mejorando la comunidad en la limpiaza y matinimento son mui buenos y el personal en la oficina son mui amables

It is a nice place to live at I will recommend anybody to come and live at your little apartments there is a great things to experience here at these apartments

No stars, if I could rate that …this place is poorly cared for. The apartment complex next to me has had trash couch’s, mattresses etc just sitting outside the door never been moved or touched for a WHOLE YEAR, but I get a violation for having one small H-E-B bag of trash outside my door but they have yet to move those items

Very grateful for my space in this complex. This is a gated community with a business center for all residents. The property is big and well lite in parking area.

Horrible communication skills, never a manager around, all the girls that work here some how quit the next day… you can call the office a million times then someone will finally answer and say “ oh our manager is not in at the moment and I don’t know how to look for that” this place is overly priced, horrible neighborhood already heard a gun shot on the first night. You can literally hear every conversation that going on outside from the top floor. It takes the forever to get paper work done on their(office) side. I will just advise if you’re looking for a place to call home this is not it and I totally regret signing a lease with them!!!!! TLDR

Mas o menos . La mayoria aqui se siente inseguros . Hay robos quiebran ventanas de autos . No se puede confiar en nadie . No pueden arreglar el porton de entrada y salida . Mucha gente de otros lados vienen a tirar basura y despues no hay para los residentes por eso la basura fuera de los contenedores tirada es mucho . . Solo cambiaron de administración pero los problemas siguen lo mismo.

Los apartamentos están amplios solo que tienen plaga de cucarachas y no hacen nada al respectó deberían de darles mantenimiento por ese lado pues para eso paga uno renta

I've been living here 12yrs, it's been a pleasure, there are some things that have changed, some things that have been removed but I know under the management we now have here things will be better! The management is building up to create living at Parkplace a desired place to be.

En lo general es un buen lugar para vivir . Se vivido tranquilamente . Nunca se ha tenido problemas con los vecinos Y la administración ha mejorado mucho en el ultimo año

Well since I it's been under New Management I haven't had any problems or any situations in or out of my apartment and then it's always clean and there's nice neighbors and maintenance is good thumbs up

I have lived here for more than 12 yrs,and I have never felt better because the new management and the maintenance service are exeptional,it will not be the perfect place but if the place where I want to live

Yo solo dire que antes habia otra adminnistracion. Pero al parecer parece la misma no hay seguridad . el vehiculo que dije que pasaba solo fue una semana. Y despues de eso me quebraron las ventanas de mi vehiculo y no es la primera vez . yo se que en ningun lugar es seguro hot en dia pero piensale antes de mudarte . yo me quiziera ir lo juro ojala algun dia Dios me conseda la oportunidad de irme pronto .

Wow this is the worst place to live, starting from December 1, anyone can not use the visitors parking lots, we are trying to rent one of the carport and we have to be in a waiting list that's is crazy all the carport are empty please, with all respect any corporate office that we can contact this rule is very crazy.
