We are so glad you are enjoying your time at Park Place Apartments! Thank you for leaving us a five-star review and if you ever need anything our team is here to help.
Great community, very clean apartments, rent (in my opinion) is a little ridiculous but that' just Orlando in general
I love everything about my community. All the staff is professional and very helpful. I love all the amenities. It's quiet and so peaceful here. If I could give 15 stars I would.
The community feel as a whole is very nice, the place for the most part is very well maintained. The area I live in feels like an oasis with the pool, grill and hammock area. The staff is friendly and very helpful and caring.
It's like new, clean and well maintained.
No Access to accommodations The gym was always close even when they said they were going to leave it open They kept the office amenities close during the Covid situation where you couldn't even walk in to talk to anybody
Beautiful, nice, clean as well knowledge and confident the staff.
i love being able to rent a garage - although not in my building - less expensive thsn storage unit. i love the dog wash tub- when my dog stood in an ant hill and was covered with ants, i threw him into the tub. i love the pool. Very friendly neighbors.
I have lived here for 4 years. Maintenance is always quick and efficient resolving any issue. John and his team do an outstanding job here.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday, February 13th, 2021. I waited for over twenty five minutes out front of the office, knocked on the door (multiple times), called the phone number listed (multiple times), etc. I was given the run around by those who answered the phone saying that they believe the previous appointments were running late. However, I called multiple numbers that I was given by a representative and never once received any answer from the office. I planned my day around this appointment and I am just completely dumbfounded at the lack of customer service and time management. My husband and I were beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. We were looking for a good apartment to lease within the next month or so and this is definitely not it. I cannot believe we waited as long as we did without a phone call, text, or email saying they were running behind schedule, or whatever the reason is. Due to this fact, they have lost our business and we most definitely will steer others clear of this complex. Also, I called again and asked if I could be transferred to management or if there was someone I could talk with that could help us figure out what had gone wrong, and I was told that the office has no phone number or email on file for management. If that doesn’t speak for the business, then maybe the fact that the email I received confirming my appointment says to reach out to them via email... which I did only to find out the email they have is invalid. I guess the only good thing about this situation is that we saw this poor service before we purchased. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I wonder how they treat those who live there.
The walls are very thin, you can hear all of the noise from neighbors above and below you.
It is a very nice and enjoyable place to live. Location is close to all of Orlando and surrounding areas.
Our time with Park Place was fine; however, after moving out they've sent us to a collections agency, without telling us-- that is how the last bill gets paid. The IQ Data company is obsessively calling without us even receiving a bill. What a mess. Don't rent from them unless you want a hassle AFTER move out. We've rented numerous times and in numerous states without any problems. This is ridiculous!!! Save yourself the hassle-- rent somewhere else.
YES
World class response anytime i have had a request for the past 4 years
We like our spaces. The staff is great. The grounds are pretty and are improving since the last landscaping company. The pool is beautiful.
The management staff and the maintenance are very nice and professional. They treat us like family.
I would rave about the apartment, but tell them they could rent a single family home or a townhome for less.
It's perfect. Park Place at Maguire is like a dream.
They were very prompt and got in and out and did an awesome job!
Maguire Park Place is a Great place to stay so far. Quiet, Clean and Professional atmosphere.
I would recommend it because it is a great place to live!
The landscaping needs a lot of work. There is also a severe problem of lighting. In the apartment complex I came from, all paths were brightly lit when one came home at night. It gave a high level of safety. On a dark night here, I don't see how people can walk their dogs. It is very uncomfortable feeling. The gates are often, if not always broken. Both back and front are broken today as I write this.
No elevator. A 3rd Fl apartment with no elevator is definitely a no for me
The buildings need better up keep. The walls and doors are covered in stuff and need to be pressure cleaned. I have been here a year and it hasn't happened yet.
At the moment I am trying to move to a same apt in a different location in the complex. I am being told I can only move up within the complex. Seems arbitrary since someone will live there and we are stable long term residents. I have been told since moving in that this move was possible now new management says no. Very disappointing and may impact lease renewal.
For me, I am glad thatbeverything is.bundled as one package. It makes having wifi and cable affordable, I also like that we have washers and dryers as a part of the apartment.
I have friendly neighbors, the office staff & maintenance are always very helpful, i love the amenities & the complex is always kept clean
The rental price is high for a lot of people
The leasing agent Lisa and maintenance manager John go above and beyond to address and resolve any and all concerns in a timely manner. They are the top reason I live here. They have made my living experience pleasant here.
I was told my unit has double walled windows to keep my unit quiet, since I live in a unit facing Maguire St. The cars tend to get very loud Day and night and it gets unnerving...and I lived in Chicago off North Avenue, near an intersection (a very busy/loud location. That apartment was quieter than this one.
Quite literally one of THEE worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Besides the ONE staff member, Lisa, everything has been horrible here. The thin walls, and being able to hear EVERYTHING going on above and below you is excruciating. Every single night we listened to our downstairs neighbors arguing, and our upstairs neighbors stomping away. In the time we’ve lived here we’ve had 3 new upstairs neighbors. The first ones were a nightmare. They made so much noise, and we made several complaints to no avail. We called the office when we caught their teenage son climbing the building and breaking into other apartments, and when he was stealing off of nearby patios but they continued to live their until the kid got caught stealing cigarettes from one of the staff members by the pool. We have downstairs neighbors that are constantly arguing and have a restricted breed of dogs living here. When we brought it up to the office NOTHING was done about it. Then our dogs were attacked by their menacing dogs that are never on leashes. One of them but our dog, and we reported it to animal control and went to the office for help, only to be told they didn’t want to get involved. Luckily my boyfriend works in an animal clinic and was able to take care of our dog. We kept reaching out to the office for help, only to get ignored. On top of that, we reached out to the property owners and were completely ignored as well. During the time we also put in our notice only to find out two months later that they can’t find it and are trying to charge us another months rent. Between the poor service skills, the fact that they let in restricted breeds, the gates ALWAYS being broken, and the horrible insulation, I can’t believe that they are even a functioning property. To call themselves luxury living is laughable. DO NOT MOVE HERE! A complete nightmare.

Brooks, we appreciate you taking the time to review our community. While we are glad that you've had a positive experience with Lisa, we are saddened to learn that you did not enjoy your time here. We would like to assure you that we did take your concerns seriously and we made the appropriate steps in addressing the issues you came to us with. We apologize that you felt ignored during your time here and we appreciate your valuable feedback. We are thankful for your residency and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
My roommate and I moved in about three months ago and couldn't be happier. The staff is nice and I love the fact that I'm only 15 minutes from my downtown office. This town is so cute, we have small farmers market on Fridays and the large Wintergarden farmers market is just minutes away. The best part part of the whole place is the pool. It's always empty and I have it all to myself. The wine bar next door is one of the best in town ! My living area is so large. Kitchen rocks. We love it!
I can't complain one bit. This place is awesome. I haven't been in an apartment in years and I expected a small dark apartment and what I have is a bright airy spacious apartment with tons of light! It's just my husband and I and our cat and there's plenty a room and tons of storage space. The staff is very kind and the maintenance guys are so helpful. Publix is just down the block and there's a cute local movie theater across the street. It's in a great location. I travel for work and I'm constantly jumping on the east west and the turnpike and They are all just a few seconds away.
There are lots of problems with Park Place at Maguire’s rental office including maintenance, environment, and customer service. 1. There is a very strong, stinky smell coming from the lake next to the apartment complex. 2. I have seen various kinds of pests in my home including huge cockroaches and spiders. Even though pest control was sent, the problem persists. 3. The customer service in this complex has a lot of problems. Especially, some of the staffs are very rude. 4. Unnecessarily expensive. (Cable and internet are embedded by force)
Property Manager at Park Place at Maguire Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hello, I'm glad we had an opportunity to talk yesterday in my office. As I explained, we needed proper documentation to prove your income met our minimum qualifications for approval, including military documents. We most certainly do support all of our military, however, everyone must follow the same qualifications and make a certain level of income. It is standard industry practice to take the application fee and reservation deposit at the time of the paperwork submission, which is, of course, before we have the chance to review your documents for approval. I'm glad I was able to address your confusion between "pre-approved" and "final approved". As far as cashing your money orders, we do deposit monies received daily as we do not have a vault on site. The refund policy is written on our application that you reviewed prior to signing. I am happy we were able to get your $100 refund to you yesterday to help assist you in securing your next home. As far as our marketing person referring you to a nearby community, please know that when it was apparent we would not be able to approve the application and you expressed concerns about the affordability for you, we did mention a nearby community as a budget-friendly alternative to assist you in your apartment search. We pride ourselves on customer service, both to our residents and non-residents. If we can ever do anything else for you, please don't hesitate to let us know. -The Team @ Park Place
