Property Ratings at Park Place
My biggest complaints are maintenance, AC has been out for over a year now and still being told that I'm on a waiting list because everyone is having AC problems. Manegement is incredebly rude and non responsive. I read some bad reviews before moving in and they told that it was people who had been here to long and did nothing but compained and that the vast majority of tennets were happy. Let me tell you that that is incorrect. Most of the people in my building move out within 6 months and right now we 3 apparments that have been empty for at least 6 months. My suggestion is to stay clear.
The units seem to all have Magic Pack HVAC units and the serial number indicates they were manufactured in 1995. My first 29 days in the summer averaged over 120kWh per day. Be sure your have a unit with a newer HVAC or be prepared to pay $400 per month for electricity. The management suggested this is “just a part of apartment living” and I hopefully won’t have to live here very long. It is a shame because the rest of the apartment amenities are nice.
The unit is up to date with stainless steel appliances, electric stove and gas oven, washer/dryer unit is stacked which saves space. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. They're rent due dates are strict and fees can be high for non-compliance. However, my only issue was with the app the complex uses for rent payment, maintenance requests, etc. I had a problem with that so I'm not sure I can even blame them directly. Love the animal friendly community.
If I could give Park Place zero stars, I would. Do not fall for the false advertising that you see in the pictures, they’re all a gimmick. The bowling alley is useless, it’s never opened and barely works. They charge for a trash service that’s supposed to come 5 days a week and good luck if they even come once a week. We’ve lived here for 2 years unfortunately, and when we first moved in we were without AC for almost a month in the HOTTEST MONTHS. The leasing office did care. We put in several maintenance request and they kept half a** fixing it. It took a month before we got a new unit that finally works. We were without HOT water for a week. Our plumbing in the bathroom is terrible, our tub gets clogged often and the water stinks terribly. Maintenance is pitiful the only thing they did was come plunge the tub which was only effective for maybe a week. The list of issues could go on forever. Nonetheless, I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING TO PARK PLACE! . The price for this “luxury” apartment is NOT worth it.
I am a current resident here and my wife and i cannot wait for our lease to end. The staff is incredibly rude, they close up the office early, the bowling alley they have is just for show, the pool is hardly open, the extra utilities they charge you is ridiculous, and the worst part, the trash people are supposed to come 5 days a week to get your trash. Good luck with that. They come 3 days a week if that and your entire building smells like rotten fish. Please do not move here.
I definitely recommend this place! Staff is super friendly and the place is clean!
I have been with JRK and worked at Park park place for 3years now and love it. The residents are great and the property is amazing. Maintenance has improved over the years and getting better. It’s unfortunate that residents that are happy and have lived here for years do not take the time to post so that people know how much of a nice place Park Place actually is.
This place is terrible! Every review you are reading is TRUE. The service is terrible and they don’t answer maintenance requests. I am even considering breaking my lease and losing a lot of money to do so. The pool is barely open and it’s so filthy. Do not rent here it’s not worth it!
Pool is filthy in the summer, club amenities (bowling, game room) are not available after office hours basically they are there just for display. Rent increases are significant once you have to renew. The one star is because of the area Northville is a nice town but stay away from this apartments.
Please!! Do not fall for the the Quartz countertops or amenities when considering to rent an apartment here!! The pool stays dirty as well as the gym. The staff is incredibly rude. The least helpful staff I’ve EVER met in any apartment complex I’ve lived in. I placed 17 maintenance requests for my toilet in a 12 month time span and still got no help from the property manager. Every single person I’ve spoke to that lives here has had some sort of serious issue with their unit from plumbing, air conditioning, washer dryer issues.
The people at the front desk just don’t care. They are rude. Don’t wear a mask and the yearly increases on the rent are crazy. Run away from Park Place
The staff are so rude. They will put a notice to the post office for no reason. They will charge you for no reason. They try and squeeze every penny out of you. Worst management ever. I hired a lawyer and got everything situated, as it was all their fault.
The staff treats you as a paycheck. Very two faced.Terrible communication. The pipes are always back up/ toilet flooding issues for no reason. Old buildings. Not worth the rent. Mold. Dirty place to live. Can’t use any amenities due to COVID but I am still getting charged for them. Never move here!!!
Carpet was filthy dirty and infested with spiders. Could hear neighbors talking and walking next door and above. Way too expensive of a rent plus on top high monthly waste removal cost. Look elsewhere !
Other than the grounds being well-kept and a nice pool, I do not have anything good to say about Park Place. Horrible management. Counting down to moving day and would never recommend this place to anyone.
I am very sad to be writing this review. My fiance and I were very excited about the idea of moving here. After finally getting an approval we are still waiting for a cost break down after 10 days. In that time we have applied, been approved, put down a deposit and gotten a cost break down from our future home with a couple days to spare. We can not get any one at Park Place of Northville to answer phone call or email. We have also reached out to corporate but so far getting the same non response. Its a beautiful property with lovely apartments but if I cant get a hold of anyone now, what happens if something goes wrong with the apartment? For how much the charge for these apartments you would think they could afford someone to pick up a phone.
I lived here for 2 years with almost no issue, Once new management JRK Holding took over the place, everything goes down from maintenance, facilities, attitudes. The new management only cares about income. Once was a great community but ruined by JeRK.
Management has zero accountability or respectable record keeping. Once JRK took over my husband and I had nothing but problems. 18 months after living out we get a communication saying a final balance was never paid even though we have a copy of the check initialed by them for payment. 18 months and we never hear from them until they push it to an agency? We left because of management. They had letters sent to several residents threatening eviction for non-payment even though payment had been made. They were not even apologetic about any of it and still aren't. They don't care.
rude office staff, slow maintenance and horrible communication. The grounds are beautiful but the apartments are FAR from luxury. When we moved our apartment was not cleaned. We went 2 weeks in the hottest time of summer with no A/C (and so did a lot of our neighbors). The trash facilities become piled with trash to the point where it’s overflowing and then some. They started maintenance on an apartment across the hall at 7 am which woke my husband who works late hours. (I understand they have to do maintenance but at least wait until 8). Took the pool an extra month to open. Overall what bothered me the most if management’s lack of caring when it came to our broken A/C, our patio door (the handle fell right off). They simply didn’t care. Was told I’d get a call about it and I had to call them again. For how much you pay in rent. You get treated horribly by them. Just don’t waste your time here.
I’m a person that tries to find the good in everything. So I’ll start with the one good thing I’ve noticed; they accommodated a large group of short term leases for me....which is always difficult to do. Now for the list of why you should STAY AWAY! 1) their 48 hour guarantee for maintenance is an absolute joke. More like a month guarantee...and that’s literal. 2) the office staff is nice, and somewhat competent...if they ever get around to actually contacting you. Unless they are about to get money from you, don’t expect to ever hear back from them. 3) For “Luxury” apartments...they’re pretty out dated and quite frankly just aren’t that nice. Especially for what you pay for them. 4)Homestly, even with all this stuff i was planning on leaving a somewhat positive review for them but i just couldn’t bring myself to do it. This morning at 7:08 am their workers started hammering walls because someone moved out recently. 7am. Some of us work very late and get our rest in the morning. Extremely inconsiderate of their tenants! This place is a joke. There are plenty of other options to look at in this area so i strongly encourage you to do so!
We moved here only two months ago and have had an exorbitant amount of issues. Before we moved in, there was a dead squirrel on our patio. I asked them to remove it before me and my fiance moved in. What do we see when we move in? The dead squirrel still on our patio. It took 6 phone calls and 4 weeks to get this HEALTH HAZARD removed from our common area. It only got fixed when I confronted everyone up to the maintenance manager about this. Our mailbox key did not work when we first got here. Management/maintenance said they would replace it. We could not get our own mail for 4 weeks. A one day fix turned into 4 weeks. My biggest issue happened recently with management. Last month, their payment portal went down and did not let us pay rent. I sent management an email about this, but was never answered. I'd try calling the office, but nobody ever answered. I left voicemails, and again, nobody called me back. It is still not fixed, and the property manager threatened to evict us if we did not pay last months rent, and this months rent immediately. I have offered to write them a check for both months rent, but she said that was not acceptable. I am not sure if this is because she doesn't trust us, but I have never bounced a check so this dumbfounded me. Every place I have ever been at has accepted personal checks. I got sent on a wild goose chase to come up with a cashiers check for two months worth of rent in two days, otherwise she would evict me. I am not from this state so I do not have a bank here. It is next to impossible to get a cashiers check from your bank if you live far away from it. I had to have a family member spend time to overnight me a cashiers check from a different state. It was extremely stress inducing and DISRESPECTFUL for her to send us on this wild goose chase, when a personal check would have sufficed. I even offered to show her my bank statement to prove I had more than enough funds for many months worth of rent, but she refused. There have been tons of smaller issues too like dog poop everywhere, incompetent repaving planning, bug infestations, LOSING A CHECK (even with proof I wrote it, they still deny), etc. I hope the owners of this property are reading these reviews. There have been a ton of awful reviews lately. Look at the MASSIVE NUMBER OF OPEN APARTMENTS FOR LEASE. That is a direct result of the disrespectful management that has been employed at this property.
To say I’m disappointed with our time at Park Place would be a gross understatement. So much so that we are breaking our lease and willing to pay the cost. The location close to downtown Northville gives the complex so much potential to be an amazing place to live. I can’t even list the amount of things that have gone wrong in just about 4 months. Have a question for the leasing office? Good luck. They don’t answer the phone and if they do; tell you they can’t answer your question without their supervisor. Don’t bother sending them emails- they won’t get an answer either. Oh, try walking into the office? You’ll get told that your problem will be fixed immediately with their “48 hour guarantee”, and it won’t get touched until you follow up 10 times. Funny that when you are interested in leasing there they are friendly and responsive. Parking is a complete disaster- don’t expect to have your assigned parking spot free to use. I was told by a neighbor that it’s a free for all. Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website! Your apartment won’t have wood floors or anything nicely displayed because they “aren’t available”. Aka they don’t exist. You’ll be pleasantly welcomed with outdated thin carpet that has paint stains all over. Trust me, I can keep going but I have to give myself extra time to leave my house tonight since I have to park 10 minutes away for another “resurfacing project”, although no new pavement has yet to be poured in 2 days of this project. No neighbor I’ve spoken to has good things to say either. Stay away!
Where do I start? I lived in this community for a little under 5 years. I actually came back to live here a second time because I loved it so much. When it was managed under Marquette things were pretty decent. As soon as JRK came in almost 2 years ago the place went downhill ...fast. I'm not going to list everything that went wrong because I frankly dont have the time, but suffice it to say my recommendation is to stay away from this place. It was a beautiful community with a management company that cared to becoming a moneyminded, bottom line business for JRK. They came in with unnecessary renovations that shut down the gym, pool, business center, continental bfast for over a year. And the pool is still not up and running in mid June of 2019. The office staff is ridiculous...they cant make a decision on their own. It's all controlled by their head office in LA. As a side note the woman who answers the phone at their headquarters, Jessica, will hang up on you if you ask to talk with someone about their property. Mention it to the leasing office or the Regional Mgr - they know lol and apparently it doesnt matter. ?!?! Speechless. Don't even know how this company can be allowed to operate. Will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. When you sign your lease they will give you a sheet of paper that lists costs associated with stuff that is not in perfect condition before you leave the aptmt that you will be charged for. You are required to get the carpet professionally cleaned or they will charge you. You are required to get paint from maintenance to touch up areas in your apartment or they will charge you. You are required to replace drip pans for the stove even when they are going to gut the place and put in new appliances....and the list goes on and on... The last straw for me was when they increased my rent, during lease renewal, 300 dollars. Yep 300 bucks per month. They were not willing to negotiate. By that time I was pretty done with the place. I've moved and I got my complete deposit back so I'm done with them, but I do want to save people from frustration, anger, irritation and stress who are considering this as their future home. Consider this my PSA. There are plenty of nice places in Northville. This is just NOT one of them.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! They may seem nice and make generous claims when you visit but once you're locked into a lease you will be ignored and dismissed. Newest Update: The management continues to ignore calls and questions. The pool is still not done over a year after promised. The bowling alley still not done a year after promised. Equipment in the gym continues to fail and is ignored. The recycling and trash pile up in the community and when asked about timelines for services to be re-instituted we are ignored and lied to. Their claim to have repairs made within 48 is an absolute farce (we went without heat this winter for 3 days and without air conditioning for over a week last summer). Their claim for "luxury living" is flat-out laughable. Honestly, if it weren't for being locked into a lease, we would have been out of here months ago. The staff may seem nice when first meeting them but as a resident I have never felt more neglected and taken advantage of. Posted In January, 2019: Since posting my initial review, I've become quite disenchanted with the value of these apartments. When we moved in in June, we were told the clubhouse and pool would be finished by the end of July. The pool never was completed and the clubhouse still isn't done five months after they promised us. They offered to subsidize an offsite gym membership but that's not what we were promised or what we are paying for. The management is still nice but they simply don't keep us informed. I would understand if it were just one issue but the negligence has come up in multiple different instances. We haven't had a working mailbox since we moved in, the carpeting in the apartment is already wearing out (even though we don't wear shoes on it), and the bathtub surface is peeling off. I think what really ticked me off though was when the air conditioner broke back in August, it took almost a week to get it repaired. Despite it being almost 85 degrees inside in the 90s outside, we were left to suffer despite multiple calls and emails. We couldn't sleep or function in our home and while the service man was apologetic, it didn't compensate for the three fans I had to buy since the apartment only has two windows. All in all, I don't think this place is a very good value and I'm already looking forward to moving...
The staff here are completely unhelpful and unresponsive. We've had a leak in our ceiling for two months. We've contacted them plenty of times and nothing has been done. We've tried everything... calling, emailing, and going into the office.
Just like many reviews before me, please do not live here! No one will care about you. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. They will not fix any maintenance requests whether it's an emergency or not. I had to deal with a leak in the kitchen and a flooding issue for over a month with me trying to contact them everyday and never getting back to me. On my move in day, my heat did not work and I did not have hot water. I bent over backwards to try and get things going but they truly do not care. No organization or communication anywhere. They will straight up lie to your face. Please, do not move here. 1 star is too much for this place.
The apts are good, the front of house staff is great, the landscaping is great, the location is great. BUT! The overall company is rude and doesn’t care about the residents at all. I’ve been paying for amenities that don’t exist for over 10 months, when I emailed the company about my disappointment of not having a pool ALL summer or having any alternatives presented even though I’m paying for it, literally all they said was “sorry you feel that way”. I wish I would’ve chosen somewhere else to live.
Park place doesn’t even deserve the one star, whatever you do, do not live here, they will take your money and never follow through on anything they say. They never reply to calls or emails about your issues, never complete jobs on the day that they say they will, and just blatantly ignore you and lie to you. Once you’ve signed the lease they genuinely do not care. Everyone has been paying for a clubhouse, gym, and a pool which we haven’t been able to use once this year, even though we were promised it would be ready by July 4th, and then the following 2 dates that construction was meant to be finished by were false as well. And they STILL haven’t finished, and refuse to give a deduction on the rent, or even respond to us. Also don’t believe the 4 and 5 star reviews where they name someone that works there and says how amazing they are. Previous tenants told us they got offered 50 dollars off of rent to do that, so they’re false. Once again, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Terrible management, I just moved in but I hear they cleared house about a year ago and the new staff is clueless. Washer/dryer combo was broke when we moved in... took them a month to get me a working unit, which would have taken longer but I continually went into their office to find out where they were at in the process. The office staff are "yes-men" will do anything to say yes and then fall through on what they stated. All work on the apartments are a 50-foot job, looks good from afar but its far from good. They are currently renovating the clubhouse and pool, we were promised a fourth of July pool party, its is now mid July and the club house has no roof/doors/windows and the pool is a cement basin surrounded by dirt. Nowhere near completion, not to mention no one has worked on the project in a month, literally have not seen one construction employee on the job-site in an entire month. Avoid this place.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. New Management gives zero notice of changes. Advertised a pool and fitness center that have now been closed down for months with no prior notice. These are things that I am paying for in my rent that I currently cannot use. Trash service was changed to a new company. In the first two weeks they missed trash pick up 3 times, leaving the hallways to reek of trash. Entire hallway smelled of smoke. A call to maintenance yielded no real response other than that they would send someone out eventually. Smoke should signify that someone needs to come out immediately, but nah. Water trash bill comes late regularly, leaving you to play a guessing game as to how much money will be taken out when rent is due. Walked through the apartment prior to move in and carpets were filthy. Was told that they would be cleaned before I moved in. Carpets were not cleaned, which delayed my move in by a week. Was told that I would get a reimbursement of a weeks rent due to the delayed move in and never did. Air conditioner units are old and costly to run. Instead of putting money into upgrades to individual apartments, management repaints the buildings and puts a ton of money into a pool and gym, which I am sure will make rent prices rise.
Let me put it out clearly that this is a genuine review and had to write it as I am currently pissed at the highest levels. WARNING: Do not sign a lease here. You will just lose peace in your life. The staff here are the worst kind of staff I've ever saw in any apartment complex I've ever been in. Issue: Behaviour of the staff changes before and after you sign the lease: The only thing that I don't like is when people try to be fake. Their staff is nice and courteous before you sign the lease. Once you sign the lease, they are the rudest people that one can encounter. They know you signed the lease and can't do much. They even say it to your face that if we don't like living here, we can break the lease by paying out the lease break amount and get away instead of listening to us and solving the problem.(wow rude ). Apparently from what i heard, the maintenance staff and the administration staff don't work together and this causes huge amount of delays in resolving service maintenance tickets. I really don't want to get into the details of what my problems are but, I really would appreciate if the staff is more courteous to the people who are living there pay attention towards their problems. (please - since their problems are genuine, take a minute to listen to their issues). I will try to keep an open mind and see if the situation changes. As of now - if someone asks me for a reference - I would for sure not refer these apartments to stay in. Unless the behavior of the admin staff that sits upfront in the office changes. Thank you
Park Place of Northville is perfectly located right in and outside of downtown Northville. The rent is very reasonable for what you’re paying for. The apartments look frequently maintained and updated as well as noticing how super private each home is. Management is super friendly.
Used to be OK however with the arrival of a new team, monthly rent statements were discontinued, coinciding with wildly incorrect billing without transparency. Property is frequently littered with trash following dramatic cutbacks in trash pickup (and the intro of a $5.00 pest fee on top of your rent). Yes, they gave the temerity to charge an incremental fee for pest control of the property). Will not renew.
I've been a resident over 5 years and LOVED where I lived. The staff WAS amazing, caring, and it was a very community focused community. In August 2017 they management company changed over night and it has been down hill ever since. The company is paying residents for good reviews which in itself is highly unethical. Their leasing office staff changes by the month because no one can keep the job long enough, the hours are no longer friendly for working professional, so you have to rely on email or phone calls to get anything done. Since August, I have had 0 of my phone calls or messages returned. There is litter everywhere on the grounds. There has been two destroyed vacuums on the side of the road just past the leasing office for over a week.. the trash company that you are forced to pay $25 a month for do not do their daily pick ups on assigned days and drive so fast through the complex that trash falls off their trailer and litters the community. Snow removal is not a priority. After numerous complaints they have gotten better at doing the side walks but the parking lots... that you absolutely have to walk through to get to your car, stay untouched and become a sheet of ice. They also announce they are doing an $8 MILLION dollar renovation to the complex they can't even properly take care of now. There use to be no more than 2 or 3 apartments open to lease and now there is always over 20 because of long time residents being tired of not being treated right. So disappointed to see the best community in Northville go down hill so fast.
I have been living at Park Place now for a few months. The manager there Kara is wonderful. She really makes the office feel like home. She was very detailed to my personal needs and my dog loves her. She was so personal and treated me like family. Her team was informative and helpful. Leasing was simple, my apartment was super clean and I love my view. I am so happy to call Park Place home. Thank you Kara keep up the great work
I just moved into Park Place last Wednesday, and there have been quite a few hiccup's with Consumers Energy. Allen in maintenance has gone above and beyond with trying to help me get heat throughout the weekend. He is very responsive to all requests and has shown compassion throughout the process. The interactions with staff have exceeded expectations and I look forward to calling Park Place Northville home. Keep up the great work!
Park Place is the worst apartment complex I have ever been in. The company who brought them cannot managed it well. The work orders are not done in a timely fashion. It only took this company took six weeks to put in my dishwasher in. This new company is no longer having carpet cleaning and if you wanted to paint your apartment after leaving here for five years you are given a bucket and you have to paint it yourself. You can never know how much to pay until the first of the month because you rent and water bill is different each month. Your water goes through a third party and you share an apartment building either with one or two bedroom apartments. My water bill for one-bedroom apartment was approximately $150 a month. The mailbox appears to be from the 90s and my mail is always wet because the mailbox is damaged. The apartment complex does not want to take responsibility to fix it. You have until the second to pay your rent or you will receive a $100 late fee. If you do no not pay by the fifth this company does not want to take your money or talk to you because it is late. They send it collections or something in that nature. I wonder how are they doing that without going to court? Do not live here!!!!
Don't come to this place, they have change the owner, and the service is not as good as before. It became a hotel rather than a home. They bump up the rent by $200 for the renewal lease, that's crazy. All in their eyes now is money.
I would not recommend anyone to live here under the new management. This site unfortunately doesn't allow me to post my full review, as it's too long, but I'd check other review sites to see my story as well as others similar to mine. Keep in mind all of these negative reviews have been generated within less than a month of the new management taking over. I've lived here for a year and a half, and was considering renewing my lease again when it runs out, but the new management has changed my mind and ensured I will never live here again. Long story short, the new management doesn't care about you as a person, is unwilling to budge when their business practices are causing problems with the residents, and will repeatedly lie to you in order to get extra money. I would highly encourage anyone looking at living here to look elsewhere.
Property Manager at Park Place, Responded To This Review
Hello Resident, We apologize for you not feeling positive about the new staff and management. We take these reviews very serious and would like an opportunity to speak with you. We would urge you to go to the office and speak with our new manager about your concerns to hopefully get a better sense of Park Place of Northville. We are having a fun resident party this coming week and hope you will come join the festivities. If we can assist you any further please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you,
Let me start off by saying, this is my first review ever but I felt compelled to write a review as people should think twice about moving here with the new property management company that took over in August. Never had a issue for the past year I lived here. Paid my rent and no issues with the apartment or staff. Night and day difference with the new management company. Strongly consider you pass on this place until they want to treat their residents better.
I have lived here since 2010 and feel very comfortable saying that they have consistently met and exceeded expectations. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and it's obvious where your rent goes. (Lol, you'd never get the feeling that "somebody" won a trip to Bermuda because they saved Marquette Management, the property owner, the most in maintenance costs.) They are constantly making improvements and upgrades, both to the grounds, the building structures and the individual units, even when occupied. They gave me a new furnace last year just to upgrade and improve efficiency and no, it didn't increase my rent. They maintain the property meticulously. It is truly like living in a park. You see people walking the walking path on the property, riding bikes, walking their dogs and basically doing all the things you'd normally go to a park to do. Even the contractors hired to do work on the property are polite, courteous, and professional. It shows that the management care who they hire to do work here as contractors may also have to interact with the tenants on occasion. They have several varied events each month which draw the community together so you get to know your neighbors. This is a beautiful, comfortable, quiet and safe place to call home. You truly get your money's worth at Park Place of Northville.
I do Not recommend renting at Park Place! My experience has been a horrible one. The manager Russell is as shady as they get. Very unprofessional & rude. I repeat Do not rent in this community. You will be thankful you didn't.
I was looking in the Northville area for an apartment close to work. I was greeted by Russ, the manager. He was helpful and made me feel at home. I had many questions and he answered all of them. I happened to see a resident as I was leaving. She told me how happy she was and how quickly problems were addressed. Russ and the resident helped me make my decision easy. I am happy to call Park Place home.
My spouse and I have lived at Park Place since 11-11-11 and just signed our 6th lease. Most of the apartments have been upgrades with stainless steel appliances, new counters, carpets, sinks, you name it, they are BEAUTIFUL. Prop. Mgr. Mr. Achatz is wonderful, caring man, and manages our very diverse community with families from almost every continent in the world with great respect. We have an award winning maintenance team AND leasing agents that take their careers seriously and take care of us like family. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. Everyone is welcome here. Sincerely, Charlene Genther
Just moved to area stopped in and I believe he was the leasing manager he was extremely rude to me and treated me like garbage. I didn't expect that especially from a upper class place. He didn't care about my needs that I needed for a place. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
This is a great place to live. It is very well maintained so I rarely have to call maintenance. I always receive prompt and courteous help whenever I do call. Jon in maintenance is very professional. He did a great job of fixing my hot water heater.
This is a wonderful place to live. They offer such great amenities to keep their residents happy. The maintenance staff is very thorough and get things done in a timely manner. The surrounding area is a great place to take walks and is close to many great restaurants and shopping.
I have lived here for 2 years now. I absolutely love the apartment and the area. I grew up in Northville, graduated, went to college and married. After I married I moved out of Northville to Livonia. Lived there for many years until I divorced after 28 years. I bounced around for a couple of years but was never truly happy until I came here. The office staff is incredible. The maintenance staff amazing! They actually set you up with a regular maintenance person that services your apartment. So the same person is always entering your apartment with your permission. They have great amenities and wonderful events each month. The area is so close to so many wonderful restaurants not only in Northville but surrounding cities. Close to the freeways to get around, great schools and wonderful people. I truly feel like this is home again for me.
