Property Ratings at Park Plaza
The neighbors here are super noisy and many have dogs who bark incessantly. The hallways and property is nearly always dirty and there are homeless that have figured out the door codes and stay inside overnight & leave their trash everywhere. Anyone could get in, despite the door codes, and thats scary. The unit itself upon move in wasn't thoroughly clean and was unfinished.
