Parc Place

I've been reading lots of reviews about this place some true and some I haven't experienced but I can say the elevator has been out for 6 months I've been asking to move to the first floor but they wouldn't transfer me I have 1 leg and fell down the stairs therefore I filled a complaint this is not a place you'd want to live in these people don't care we pay for parking but security plays favorites someone was parked in both of my spots so I parked in another spot and security has my car towed but not the 2 cars in my spots I can go on and on but I'm not. Please read these reviews before you try to move here

If I could give no stars, I would. First of all, the AC doesn’t work and you can smell everything from the apartment next door if you turn on your AC. It’s like you share apartment with the person next door. No privacy. The manager Tiffany is disrespectful and harasses people, plus the gate is always broke. It’s no security. They charge heavy rent for nothing and the pest control cannot get rid of the roaches. The roaches come right up from the crack of the floor tile. This place is also a ripoff and charges fake fees. Don’t torture yourself by coming here. I wish someone told me that.

Roach infested, crackheads try to break in your doors during the middle of the night, maintenance Didn’t wanna replace our door when we told them our door was broken the wood was completely split they only put a silver plate. They’re always turning off the water as well. Kids run around yelling it’s not a good place.

I lived here for 2 years and the roaches literally were coming from inside the walls I had a nest of roaches all in the kitchen to the point that i would not cook horrible do not move in here!!!

The visitor entrance gate is forever broken, which means anyone can gain access at anytime, the gym hours seem to be only functional weekdays, during business hours, making it impossible for those who work, to take advantage of the gym, the stairwells and corridors are in desperate need of pressure cleaning and a fresh paint job, the laundry room areas in need of deep cleaning and a fresh paint job, the trash areas needs the grass cut and trash on the ground picked up, the security staff presence is barely seen and unheard of in most cases, staff is unware of the basic information, better communication is key here,

The business center is not operational, the pool is not finished, there is no pet control; In other words, if someone thanks you in front of your apartment, they will tell you that this is your problem, a serious pest problem, although they charge you for controlling them, you will never stop seeing cockroaches throughout the house. Zero security ... and much less 24-hour care. We have had to spend 2 weekends without air conditioning in summer due to lack of staff.

Really grateful for the new management of the building that is working on making some much-needed improvements. My favorite thing for sure is the proximity to the Walmart Supercenter since I work really long hours and its always great that I can easily swing by super late on my way home.

The office staff was so friendly and helpful when I was moving in 5 months ago. I know other people may have said the staff were not nice etc, I have not experienced that one bit. Before moving in I was in the rental office when the new owners were there and told me about the changes they planned to make and that's what sold me. I'm sure the staff didn't change right away after the new owners took over but the people currently working in the front office are the the friendliest. Maintenance has been great also, the one guy even helped me hang a shelf on my wall.

Great area to live in. So much to do and close to every major highway and about 15 minutes away from every major event. I always see the staff working extra hard keeping the property clean. The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. If anything happens at my apartment its normally resolved by the end of the day if not before. Apartments are bright and spacious updated everything! I am definitely happy and would refer my apartment to my friends and family.

I recently moved into Park Plaza. From what I hear, the place used to not be the greatest but recently changed ownership and management who invested a ton of time and money into upgrades and improvements. They totally renovated the units and updated all of the common areas and amenities which now look great. There is also a pool coming soon current under construction. So happy with the changes and security upgrades making it an even safer place for me and my family. Did I mention affordable? For everything you get, they must be discounting the rent due to the issues with prior ownership. Also, location location location. The perfect distance to the highway and Walmart super close by. Also just opened a cool Top Golf. Great food options close by too.

At a quick glance it looks like a great place to rent. Pluses...The grounds are kept clean. Most likely you're seeing this place during the day most people should be at work so it's quiet. Timely response to work orders. But the real deal is there is No Dishwasher as advertised. No Pool. Just a work that started but now is just sitting there with filthy filthy water accumulating. Have the nerve to drain the filthy water when it gets too much. Absolutely disgusting. I guarantee you neither the owner or management would put up with this grossness at their own place. Unfortunately, it does not appear to matter to the tenants. Its like they dont feel they deserve a finished pool. What other complex the tenants would be paying that much but wouldn't be complaining. What else? They need a playground badly for all the children forever using the parking as one. Let's talk about Roaches. Yes we have them. Clean or not you're getting them but it's not because management not trying. They just refuse to go away. Infestation thats what it is. Noise.. oh yeah depending on your neighbors, you're not sleeping. What about the non working elevators. Pointless. The Laundry room two machines two dryers, filthy and tenants leave their laundry in FOREVER. You either removed them, wait, or go somewhere else. The gym small tiny room with four machines and one isnt working plus you have to cross the Filthy unfinished pool to get to it. You're literally seeing this filthy water every freaking day. I should have left after my first year. i stayed. Because who wants to keep moving again and again. But this time that's it. I've had with this place.

Great apartment. Lots of things to do locally, close to the highway. The staff is friendly and helpful and keeps the place clean.

Please keep your money and find better !!! U will thank me later

Great apartment, I live here with my family. There are a lot of things to do close by. Apartment are clean and has lots of space lots of good places to eat around and very close to the Hard Rock Stadium and the Hard Rock.

Clean apartment in the heart of south florida. I love that the staff is friendly and truly are there to help. Apartment is in a prime location close to all major roads, schools, ect. Apartments are spacious and updated.

The apartments are horrible. They are nice upon first glance but once you move in and sign a contract your are stuck and left to deal with roaches that never go away. The new management are very disrespectful. I asked to renegotiate my lease due to there inability to effectively rid the roaches and they said no I m dirty and it my fault. Figures! They placed the responsibility of the infestation on the renters and blames us as if we are the reason for them. After two weeks of moving in you telling me I caused and infestation. Wow . STAY WAY from these apartments.

Roaches are INEVITABLE in this these apts. I read the 1000's of reviews on a diff. platforms about the roach problem in these building and felt i could keep my place clean they would stay away. WRONG. Don't be like me! Don't get stuck. There is absolutely no right amount of money to spend on pesticides control to rid them. BEWARE. You have been warned. If you choose to live here know that you are signing up for a FULL TIME JOB, Mandatory Overtime w/ no benefits and no free 15 minute break, and ALL YOU DO IS fight ROACHES and they fight back. Clean up real good and they go into your fridge, they eat your seasoning, put yo plate down for .1 sec they on it. And let your neighbor move, now thats it a different level of infestation you will NOT be able to handle. DO NOT BELEIVE THE RECENT REVIEWS THAT RATES THE APARTMENT 5 STARS. They just moved in. Ill give it one month tops and they will reconsider the star rating.

I moved right as the new ownership began, and you can see the changes in the interior and the exterior of the property. New bath, floors, close to shopping plazas and so many restaurants to chose from, bus stop to go north or southbound close to I95 and golden glades. The office staff and maintenance people are very nice and friendly. Great Place!!!!

I have been he for 2.5 years and the property has been bought and sold three times to different manangment who each believed they could patch work the complex ( cause it aint renovations until u cure the roach problem) and then go up on the rent. The problem is the roache infestation is not being treated THE RIGHT WAY. Turnover rate is high people always moving in cause people always moving out. ROACHES ARE EVRYWERE NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU ARE! DONT MOVE HER. PERIOD!

I applied and was approved 2 days later. I was told my apartment would be ready on a certain date, I was showed which apartment, given an apartment number and told It will be completely upgraded. When it came time to move the apartment wasnt ready. They tried to give me another apartment that someone had just moved out of. I advised them I want a renovated apartment because the previous tenant was moving because of Mold. Then they called and said it will be 3 weeks at max. Negative, never got an apartment. Then was told it's none available so i had to wait by so called manager Ralph. He was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't even remember all the lies he told me and my fiance when we viewed the apartment. DON'T WASTE MONEY OR TIME. All the residents advised me to don't do it, it's roach infested!

Went to see this apartment last week with my fiancé and thank god they showed me what I would be dealing with from the beginning and I was able to not get sold into their trap. The person in the front asked the manger a question and the manger was so rude, the person in the front seemed to be a little off but still no need to treat her like she was not a person. I Waited almost 30 minutes before they showed me an apartment which was at walking distance of the actual office no idea why it took so long.Either way we decided not to lease as we believed the staff was not what I wanted to deal with for 1 whole year if I was not even a tenant yet and they showed to be so unorganized and so rude to one another. piece of advice a manager she should treat others as she too would like to be treated.

I would not recommend no family member or friends to move into these apartments they are roach infested. They do not fix their appliances. i had mold on my ceiling in my bathroom for 2 months from the tenant on third floor .When maintenance came to fix it the one thing use CLOROX BLEACH to wipe it off and than they painted it over.The mold is coming back.

Only come here if this is your last option!!!! This place is nothing like the pics and is not worth the rent they charge!!!! Believe all the bad reviews . Roaches are in abundance, the team lies a lot , maintenance takes months to come around !!!!! Nothing gets done around here. My roof have been leaking for over a year !!!! When my lease is up I am out !!!! Spare yourself the headache.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I am a current resident. I have a 2/1 the building is infested with roaches. The pictures may look nice but nothing is repaired properly before you move in. The tub is painted over, the cabinets are glued soon enough the pain starts to chip cabinet start to fall off and even when you request to repair the same nonsense is done over. There are holes in the ceiling corner were roaches crawl out of. I have made complaints countlessly and every time they assure me that it will be taken care of it's still has not been taken care of my lease is almost up and from the first day I moved here they assured us that the gate would be fixed I'm still waiting my lease is up in November.

Please if your not for roaches inside your refrigerator and appliance spare yourself the frustration of living here and poor management. Know that the corporate is not in this horrible state in which it two total different worlds. Please please spare yourself and family.

I've been living here almost two years and have been buying roach spray ever since I moved in these apartments. these apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt the rent is not worth the money I had to kill two rats and the pest control makes the roaches worse, the roaches took over. They get in my microwave, oven, shower, refrigerator that was new, I am so disgusted with killing large and small roaches it's a shame. and the mold and brown leakage in the ceiling in the bathroom and the kitchen has large dead roaches in the ceiling one jumped in my spaghetti noodles while I was cooking, I had to go buy more a big dead roach was on my wine glass dead I threw it away. when I first moved in I was living here only 10 months and they went up on my rent. I can not wait to vacated this horrible place.

The apts are full of roaches that never go away. We were warned about these pest after signing the lease which is unethical. The manager lady is super short with you and comes off a bit rude. We have an issue with things getting fixed and it's been months since the first complaint. I don't feel like this apartment is worth the rent at all. There's guys smoking weed on the stairs and no one seems to care about that. We're very ready to move out of this wasteland. Worst decision ever to move in. By the way, whatever water pest control is using does absolutely nothing to get rid of the bugs, you're better off using the raid bombs and debugging the place on your own. RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT WHILE YOU HAVE A CHANCE!!! IF I CAN GIVE IT HALF A STAR I WOULD

I was looking a two bedroom in the Miami Gardens area for a while. Most of the buildings I went to didn't have availability or the office staff wasn't helpful at all. I was driving by this community and decided to come in and ask about an apartment. The office staff was very helpful with all my questions that I had. They were attentive from the moment I walked in, I'm so thankful to have stopped here. I had visited other communities but the treatment was nothing like this place. I decided to apply and got accepted for the two bedroom I wanted, I'm extremely happy with my apartment.

WHAT IT LOOK AIN'T WHAT IT SEEM OKAY !! This place is so nasty OMG i couldn't stay here . roaches was everywhere and i was 5 months pergo my doctor told me i had to leave it was wasnt safe for my unborn i had letters and everything from the docor they didnt care at all okay all they want is money but please do Understand you have rights understand that . DON'T MOVE IN THIS NASTY PLACE PLEASE YOU WOULD REGREAT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for Routinely cut grass, then move here. But that is the ONLY thing that is good about this property. SERIOUSLY, office staff isn't helpful, maintenance is lazy and slow to work orders. Laundry facility filthy. Trash all over parking lot. Trash sit in front on resident doors. Lots of fights and constant noise(domestic Violence). Roaches, roaches, roaches. No matter what you do not how clean you house is they come every night. A/C units old does not push cool air, filters don't get changed. Pest control does not come for real. No real amenities. What's advertised on the site on the website is false. The gym is locked at 5 so if you work you'll never get to use it. Instead of the floor being done properly it is just laid on top of old flooring causing bubbles and the floor to lift. The tub peels. Kitchen pipes leak. Elevator is always broken. Front gate has never worked since I moved in. Parking sucks. Rent has gone up while nothing has improved. New management, worst staff. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

The place is OK when u first move it but eventually you realize it's not worth the amount that you are paying. It is infested with roaches. ROACH people don't come u less the apartment says so which they should naturally come once a month. I would come out at night to a clean kitchen and no garbage and still find a million roaches in my counter scattering. It's infested. Its loud downstairs after hours you cannot sleep in peace. And it's always something bad going on. I got my car windows shot out by accident and I had to replace it out of pocket. They didn't do a thing. I was at the end of my lease and had a couple weeks left. So at ty er the shooting I asked if I could just leave early without penalty because I do have a yo uh nd child and we could've been in that car when the shots fired..they didn't care and told me I have to stay and finish my lease because I signed an agreement. They would care less about your safety or well being. I would never live here again.

Good afternoon, after living at park plaza for a year waiting for my least to up in October, Im very disgusted. Roaches all over the place evenin my baby crib. The service is very poor.

When I first moved in here, the place was a wreck. I had roaches for about a month , my neighbors were loud and unruly, and security was a joke. In the past few months, a lot has been changing. A new security team has been hired and it appears to be making a big difference. Also, they have been doing a lot of improvements to the building. The rent is surely going to increase, but it's worth it from a quality of life perspective.

My apartment is home! I live there i pray there i grow there i have valuable memories there. My home is where I release my daily stress and work load. It's a two bedroom one bath second floor paradise with hardwood floors and Snow White carpet throughout. My favorite place in my apartment is my kitchen lol ?? cuz I love to cook. My apartment is the bomb????
