Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Park Pointe Apartments
I stayed there and the management didn't keep up the ground and buildings. Shooting in the area, theft of cars on parking lot.
The property sucks. You can hear everything your neighbor do in they apartment. It takes management forever to fix anything. All they ever say is do you have a work order in. If I calledand complained I should. I been waiting 4 months on my ceiling to get fix from storm damage. The property manager got the worst attitude and all they care about is rent. If you desperate move here but they are not good apartments.
The Apartments are very well maintained They fix anything quickly. But....it feels like I live with my neighbors! The walls are thin as paper!! I can hear my neighbors coughing in the bathroom! Or walking around their house! Sounds like someone is in my apartment! Also they go up on the rent every year sorry but what they are asking is to much for the apartment. The late fees are ridiculous! $75 if your late by 1 day. Sorry but things happen and $75 is a bit much for one day! You can't bbqon your patio either. Smh needless to say I'm moving soon!
