Great Lanscaping. Great staff. Everything great. Need to make pool near leasing for adult only. Too many kids in jacuzzi with floaties. Impossible to relax.

Maintenance Request not fulfilled I submitted a request to have my window structure inspected after I noticed multiple cracks appearing overnight following my neighbor slamming their door. When the maintenance team arrived, I was present, but no action was taken. The cracks have since worsened, and I would like them repaired or repainted, as I do not want to be held responsible for damage that was not caused by me. This is a matter of structural damage. I found it disrespectful being told it's paint cracks and then they leave with no follow up for me. I have to call and chase down the answers which is not right and a I find it unfortunate that as a resident I have to escalate matters to get simple repairs completed.

Pretty Good Overall our experience here was positive. A few hiccups throughout our stay, power outages, water troubles, etc. But all in all we did enjoy our time here and recommend it to future tenants.

Smooth transition Our lease rate increase was minimal, the lease renewal was received at least 2.5 months before our lease expired which greatly reduced the stress of deciding to renew. Definitely love this place!

I honestly cannot wait for my lease to be up! This place is horrible, they pick and choose when to implement leasing verbiage, I have seen multiple tenants own pets that are against lease contract, they don’t pick up after their pets, I have brought it up to management multiple times, a woman in my building continues smoking in the halls and they don’t do anything about it, tenants park over night in the visitors parking making it impossible for your guest to have parking but god forbid you parking in the visitors parking for a few mins to unload your car you are subject to tow!? I put in to service orders and they have not been addressed, This place is a joke, management is a joke. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

This place does not care about you. The rental management are absolutely no help. The high cost here is not equivalent to the services you get. Maintenance is slow to fix amenities. The gym was down for 4-5 past COVID restrictions due to an “instructional video for equipment”. That video was never installed. There is no security. Homeless people come in daily to rummage the trash. And sleep in hallways at nighttime. Often time, right in front of someone’s door. This is unsafe and unsettling. I’ve even taken photos of the homeless and still no change. No action. Each building has “laundry” yet. My building has been out of laundry for over 2months. Repairs on laundry are often drawn out. It’s unfortunate that rent here is over 2000$ and simple things like security, rent details, amenities will all take a back seat. But this place will charge you for every charge they can. As the rental management explained to me. A balance or 15$ could rate you for a 10% late fee. This was after I showed my lease agreement. I was told simply “That’s how the system work” August 2022

Plumbing issues and certain buildings not being renovated is why I wouldn't recommend this apartment building.

I always state how great the service is with Park Regency
People break into your cars and the “onsite” security sees nothing the entire shift. My parents have been living there for about 7+ years and they’ve been paying more and more by the year. I’d understand if it was because amenities were being added but no. Instead they’re being removed. When they first moved in, they had a sauna and a basketball court. Now those have been removed but rent is higher than before. Your car gets towed, the office doesn’t use the parking sticker on your windshield to notify. Your car gets broken into, security doesn’t see it and the office turns a Blind eye. Not worth the price. 7+ years and they haven’t came to wash the carpet or anything. Ontop of all that, they have outdoor grills that can only be used during the day (at night, there is no light and it’s extremely dark to see) and the mini gym they have has been closed for over a year (it is STILL closed) The only upside of this place is the pest control (they come right away to clear any bugs or insects) and Amazon lockers.

It' a great and comfortable place to live
Based on my experience I found it very appeasing from the staff to the facility.
The community is well maintained. In fact, one of the communities on the other side for the past few days has had furniture lined up on the street. I have thought to myself (as I pass by it everyday) that my community wouldn't allow that. The actual unit is in great condition.
I would recommend the community although parking is a bit confusing. Leasing agent was very nice but I am still waiting on her reply over questions regarding another unit
The customer service is horrendous and the maintenance manager is rude. I recently had a concern and received the most unpleasant treatment from the office staff. I was given the run around, spoken to in a rude manner, and laughed at when I voiced my concerns. Initially, one of the staff members met me at the door and was conveying my questions back and forth to the manager, who was in the back office. When I requested to speak with the manager directly, I was told that no managers were available. The same staff member then referred me to the maintenance manager. I called the maintenance manager who began raising his voice and speaking in a very ugly tone as he told me that he couldn't help me. I then called the leasing office back requesting to speak with a manager. A different staff member answered my call and told me that no one was available and that the only way that I could contact a manager was via email. I sent an email to management and received an email similar to the ones I see as responses on this website. To this date no one from management has tried to call me to address my concerns. Save yourselves the trouble, do not rent from here.

While the maintenance personnel was professional and repairs were attending to quickly unfortunately I've had to contact maintenance twice as a new tenant that's really not a good sales pitch to advertise residency. However so far I am still pleased and would and have recommended Park Regency to family and friends
I have only been a resident at this community for a week, but I thus far I have had nothing but a positive experience from move-in to this first maintenance request.
Do not move here. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am moving out this month (thank goodness) and they charged me a full month’s rent. When I called the leasing office to get the amount I overpaid refunded, they told me that they could not refund the amount until I moved out and it would be added on top of my security deposit. I thought that this was absolutely ridiculous that they overcharged me for rent but claim they can’t refund me for the overcharged amount until I move out. Additionally, this place has German roaches and they are absolutely disgusting. I am an extremely clean person and deep clean my apartment everything two weeks, but we still had roaches. We had to set up traps all over the apartment as a result and once again, management was super unhelpful about this problem. Trust me, you can do better than this place. Keep looking.

Please Read If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am a current resident and have always been on time with my rent. The front office is very unprofessional and never has any positive solutions to any problems. The apartment manager is a Joke, she never deals with renters, she sends the front office associates out and they do not understand anything. The assistant manager does not understand her job and the fact that she has to make decisions on her own. It feels as though she was Given this job, she did not Earn it. I am very clean, I deep clean my apartment every two weeks. Yet we see Roaches, (German Roaches) to be exact. The front office does not care, their response is "Put in a pest control form". The Laundry room is a absolute mess, the machines are always broken. The hallways smell like Dog Crap. They are in the process of updating the carpet in the hallways but they are cheap and really smelly. One associate in the office is really nice but her hands seem to be tied because she does not make any decisions. Dog crap is left all over the property which is disgusting. Do not move here, I am in the process of finding another place to live because I just cannot live here anymore. I have read other comments and upon leaving, residents deposits were not given back. When I leave this apartment, it will be left in great shape and my deposit should/better be given back to me. This seems like a pattern and this company better watch out because I smell a future lawsuit. Do not waste your time, keep looking

Community is very clean and the apartments are beautiful
The rent is pretty expensive and doesn't seem quite worth it since some the amenities are broken and maintenance doesn't properly fix things. Also the dog parks always smell when you walk past them, which is expected because it' a dog park but it' still a bit unpleasant.'
We've had no issues and are happy with our new home.
If you need anything from the office they will never help you. They say they will get back to you but they don’t. It’s not even that they work slow, they just don’t work at all unless you keep pestering them with emails and phone calls at the very least 3 times. Also, there maintenance manager has an attitude and will tell you they will help you when they will. The place itself is nice but the walls are very thin and air of dogs bark late at night and the residents downstairs always fights and can hear everything and when they smoke at their patio the smell gets through the windows and to your home. DO NOT RENT HERE
They do a really good job to make it look nice on the exterior but they don’t really do internal maintenance. Under the sink is always leaking and they came to fix it twice but it still leaks. Also the water smells like rotten eggs(no wonder they told us not to drink it before we signed). They will also make any excuse not to give your deposit money. I think the apartment complex has met my exceptions. the amenities are great.service request have been dealt with in a timely manner.and property management have been helpful. so far so good.
Its an amazing place and feel like it beats out every location we looked at.
Worst company ever!!! DO NOT rent there! The dirtiest place ever been living in We had a professional cleaning service bed we left the apartment and yet they charged us $170 which is too expensive!! and they didn’t give us any refund from our security deposit They over charge for water and electricity which you haven’t been using that much. When we left the apartment they over charged us for utilities bill and we have to pay!! Accidentally we filled out the new address we moved in by wrong, so they should have contacted us by phone or email as normal people do!!! But they have contacted an agency to collect money from my husband and they even caused a decrease in my husband credit history by 50 !!! They are not professional, not clean and don’t have any respect nor responsibility!!

I have lived here for 5 years and I loved it here. I feel at home and so secured in this community.
I think the office personnel need to be on the same page with information regarding the facility. Customer service is not just about smiles and greetings but also the willingness and attempt to help and assist a customer with all their needs means a lot to a customer and I didn’t see a lot of that in the office staff
Amenities of the apartment are accommodating and make life easier at times.
This is not a reflection of the maintenance crew, but it has become very annoying that the water is constantly shut off in our building and complex wide. It is very inconvenient and recently was still turned off hours past the expected return date. It's a small issue right now, but I can see it becoming a larger issue if it continues.
There are pluses and minuses guest parking is a minus. Parking cap should be if your guest is 10 consecutive days in a row. Not 10 cap a month. It's a bit much having to call every time you have a guest as well. The remodeled units are nice.
