Property Ratings at Park Ridge Apartments
Will keep your deposit and claim it’s for cleaning and carpets. These this where not done prior to my move in. Also roaches!!!!!
Moved out at the end of November and now they are keeping my deposit plus wanting more to clean an apartment that they are upgrading! I went to talk to them about it and they claimed they keep and charge you for cleaning the apartment for the next tenant. Which is crap you can only keep a deposit for damages. Not to clean carpet. That's the apartment complexes responsibility.
I've lived here since March of 2014 and I love it! Contrary to a previous review, the office staff is very friendly. The "leaking" that I would imagine this person is speaking of would be condensation, which is fairly common. The property has both an indoor and an outdoor pool and a 24-hour gym! The apartment entrances are indoors and are only accessible via a key or a code. They also have rentable garages on site! On top of that the rates are incredibly reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this property!!
They have two pools and a gym which is nice. Locked main doors which you need a code or keys which is nice. When it comes to things needing to be fixed they take there sweet time. There Windows leak. They told me to have my windows cracked and to turn my heat up. Now my utilities went up from 35 a month to 60. They leak really bad caused damage to the walls because of them leaking. When my lease is up in Sept I will be leaving and I do not recommend then to anyone. Due to the fact they don't care about there tenets plus the office staff is rude.
Lovely well cared for place to be. Two pools, lovely grounds. Good maintenance.
