I’ve had the pleasure of living at Parkridge Estates for almost a year now and it has truly been a wonderful experience from the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the level of care and attention to detail from the management team. The office staff is always friendly, responsive, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I have. The amenities are fantastic-whether it’s the pool, gym, fire pit/grilling area, hammocks (my personal favorite) or the well kept landscaping, everything is always in great condition. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. I also really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the community. It’s safe and welcoming environment, and I’ve made some wonderful neighbors along the way. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby conveniences like walking trails, shopping centers, public transportation, amazing restaurants, schools and colleges. Overall, I highly recommend Parkridge Estates to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed and enjoyable place to call home. It’s truly been a great experience!

Park Ridge Estates is a wonderful place to live. I have been a resident here for five years, and I have never felt unsafe. The grounds are well-maintained, and there are shopping options nearby, as well as a walking trail. Matt and the office staff are friendly and address any concerns you may have. Our experience with Dana and Park Ridge Estates has exceeded our expectations. I feel so lucky to have found this place for my partner and me. After living in NYC apartments with thin walls and constant pests, I had low hopes for my apartment experience here. I was very wrong! I still can't get over how quiet and peaceful it is in this community. I can't hear any of my neighbors which blows my mind! My apartment was very clean on move in which gave it an even more inviting vibe. All my neighbors are nice and helpful. I worked with millissa to find an apartment with lots of sunlight for my plants but the apartments on the back side have such lovely shaded, nature views. The thing I love the most is that they let me screen in my balcony. It makes my balcony so much more cozy and I don't have to worry about bugs. I would highly recommend living here but honestly, I want to keep it a secret. I feel like I've found a jewel in Durham. I grew up behind this complex and had no idea it was here!

I've been at Park Ridge Estates for only 3 weeks so far and am really enjoying the community. The leasing staff and maintenance team have all been very kind and down-to-earth. We have been very happy with our choice to move to Park Ridge Estates. The staff, especially Milissa, have been so kind and welcoming. We love the location and safety of the area. You are close by to many stores but also tucked back away from main roads so it is very quiet. There is a great walking trail just behind the apartments! Our apartment had brand new carpet, appliances, and counters when we moved in which was incredible. Overall we've been very happy with our experience thus far.

Park Ridge Estates is a great place to live! I have been here for 4 years and have felt safe and pleased to be living here. It is quiet, has nice walking trails and the staff is always supportive and friendly. Any maintenance issues I have had have always been taken care of promptly and the staff has always been friendly and respectful. Park Ridge is in a great location, central to groceries, shopping, etc.

I love the wooded areas to walk my dog. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Management is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is always very responsive.

Park Ridge is a beautifully maintained apartment complex close to shopping and numerous greenways. The maintenance crew provide quick responses to maintenance requests. The management provides events during the year, including blood drives and weekend gatherings that bring a sense of community to the residents. Park Ridge is undoubtedly one of the best apartment complexes one can find in the Triangle.

Park Ridge Estates is a wonderful refuge away from city living while still being only a quick jaunt away from downtown and RTP. I hear frog songs and owl calls regularly outside my wooded view window at night, and the walking trails connected to the complex make it easy to take a morning stroll or bike ride to get a drink from one of the local coffee shops. The neighbors are friendly, and the apartments feel cozy and inviting. Its been great living here the past year!

If you want to live in a safe, quiet place where the management and maintenance staff are always helping and watching out for your well-being, Park Ridge Estates is the best place to be. Even before I move into Park Ridge Estates. I drove up to a Durham Policeman that parked competing paperwork and had ask him where was the safest complex in Durham to live and, without skipping a beat he said Park Ridge. So, that's where I headed. I have to tell you , he was right !!.
