Park Ridge

Air conditioning problems. It’s too hot in Texas and complex collecting up waaay to much not to care enough to have good air conditioning units for their tenants. The staff is sweet but something needs to be done about the ac units. It’s unfair of the owners to let us practically melt away like this

I have lived at Park Ridge for over five years. It is a smaller, quiet community with good pricing and I believe the best in the area. Staff is attentive and you always see the manager picking up trash on the weekends.

Absolute worse place to live!!!! The office manager, Sarah, is the rudest lady! Things in the apartment that need to be fixed, they take their time and cut corners, the pool was suppose to be fixed and open within a week but it’s been weeks and it’s still not open, took over 3 months to get my first water bill yet was expected to pay without having a bill to verify the actual amount owed, bugs every where, office harasses tenants on a regular. After being in the military and living in apartments for many years I would say this place is the very worst!

Theae apartments are very nice. Although managment (Sarah) is very rude. Can be welcoming at first but she is rude and unfriendly. Does not allow anyone to enjoy the property. Has rules that are not on contract and stalks her residents in all they do to catch them on whatever ahe wants to call a violation! She even fired a wonderful police officer who was always friendly and helpful when needed. She does not have respect to anyone. Because of that I think these apartments are no good. She does not run a happy apartment complex. And she lives on property and will get in everyones buisness.

For the size of the complex it's actually pretty good. In terms of management, maintenance, tenants, and traffic (parking etc.) I have no complaints. Seconds away from the interstate, respectful community. I believe it may be a little pricey for space tho.
