Great Property to Live!!
I am a returning resident to Park South Condo. The ownership has changed. They are Kind AND Helpful! The Condos are clean, quiet and exteriors have been painted since photos were taken. I am VERY HAPPY here!

Do NOT live here
If you have a choice move elsewhere. The majority of these condos are rentals and their owners don't care who they rent to. The cops are there several times per week. We were once escorted out of ours by the swat team because there was a teenager barricaded inside his with a gun. He had already cut his own brother. Then there is the corner where all the drug addicts hang out, that sometimes changes. Don't expect to leave your apartment for work at 8am without smelling weed in the stairways. Most of the owners are complete jerks and have the biggest jerk as their "maintenance" guy. He will hire drug addicts and homeless people to come do work in your home. STAY AWAY.
