Review
It’s a very cheap apartment to start off, I have no problems with faculty. Maintenance are always there to help in case of an emergency.

My review
Faculty was very disrespectful. The apartments were very small, and poorly built. Walls would break every so often. Plumbing was very horrible, and the water was very dirty. Most of residents seemed undocumented. Fortunately, I was never robbed the 8 years I lived there, but had my suspicions. I strongly persuade you to never consider living here.

Park south village apartments
It is a great community in which the are located. Apartments rent is very cheap and includes electricity ,water ,and gas. Couldn't ask for a better spot to start saving. For my first apartment I can say I am very satisfied.
