when i first applied ,i was told the application process wouldn't take any longer than 48 to 72 hrs. I summited everything that they asked for and the waiting game began. several days later Still No word. every time i checked my e mail, it said that your application was being processed and that someone from the office would contact me shortly. every time I called the rental office and spoke to Erynne, I was told the very same thing. prior to me applying for the apartment I informed park station that i had to give my leasing office a sixty day notice to vacate12 days from the time i applied and that time was running out. I understand that their is a process but 10 days is unbelievable! on the 10th day i was informed that i wasn't approved due to the fact that i had to make 2.9 times the rent for a 2bd 2 bath. im not upset at ALL because i wasn't approved, i was more upset over the long process. although i still like the community and think its a nice place to live the process is just extremely too long. I did however find another place that was built in 2024 and was approved within 24 hrs. so just beware of the long process!

This company is ridiculous. They ran my credit on Sunday. I called them on a Tuesday and they couldn’t tell me the status of my application. Kept telling me “it’s a process” but couldn’t tell me where they were in the process. As soon as I applied the apartment was taken off the market. I called again today on a Wednesday and was given the same run around. I emailed them my paystubs and rental history yesterday and they left it sitting around for over 24 hours with no movement. I cancelled the application and they instantly put the apartment back on the market. I asked to speak with a property manager and was told I’ll get the same responses. Read all the other reviews from other sites. Do not rent here. They take their time. And their website stated the refund should take 5 business days. Ian, a leasing consultant, said it’ll take 7-10 business days. Talk about misinformation. There are far more better apartments in Gaithersburg. I implore you to look elsewhere.

Our approval process takes a minimum of 24-72 business hours and can be longer at times depending on the findings of the approval process. Our office was closed for the Labor Day holiday, which means that the cancellation of your application occurred roughly 48 business hours after your application was submitted. Our approval process and qualification guidelines are applied to every person who applies to our community, and I understand the frustration that can be experienced when you are not approved in your expected timeframe. With regard to our holding fee, I have started the process to return your holding fee to you. The process can take as few as 5 business days but is dependent upon the banks, so our team says 7-10 business days just to be certain that your funds have been received, barring any hang-ups in the process. For the space and price it's fair but be prepared for the staff to give you a headache. The staff alone is why I am leaving.

I found this place on apartment.com and it was the absolute best decision! All of the leasing agents and the property manager are amazing. I find myself from time to time going in there just to say hi! An hour later I’m walking out cause it’s like talking to family! Thank you for such an amazing place to call home! I FULLY recommend this property. Any issue has ALWAYS been fixed in a timely manner! All the amenities are wonderful, the community involvement they have is top of the line! Me and my family moved to the area with little knowledge of the surroundings and this seemed like a great community and within our budget. All seemed well until we moved in and realized there were roaches in our apartment!! We have dealt with other issues and had to call maintenance numerous times, but to deal with roaches is not acceptable, especially when the problem is not resolved after months of living here. Hoping to move soon if nothing changes. Look at other places first if you can!!!
My boyfriend and I decided to combine homes and we decided on Park Station. Even though 768 square feet sounded small, we have plenty of space! The living area and bedroom are very spacious, we have plenty of closet space (a walk-in and a regular closet!), a big balcony, roomy kitchen and bathroom AND a full-size washer and dryer! Maintenance is very quick when there is an issue (which is not often) and the neighbors we have met are very friendly, along with the office staff as well. We recently found out they have storage space for rent and we got a great space for only $15/month! Also LOVE the garage parking!! We are very happy!
I like living at my apartment. They are kept pretty clean and the staff is nice, though sometimes it seams that they are understaffed. Ive lived here for almost two years with no problems. There are a lot of kids and dogs, but not too much noise. It seams expensive for the amount of space but the whole area is that way.

Nice place with great amenities and a very friendly work staff. When you have an issue they're on it but you need to make sure they do jobs properly and not taking short cuts.
Recently moved Into my brand new apartment. There's enough to space. I have a kitchen area, a living room, 2 bedrooms and one loft. One balcony. The carpets are clean and some electrical outlets need to be checked. I love the area I live in and the people are nice. Couldn't be much happier. :)
I love it here. The parking garage makes it really convenient for me to get to my door comfortably and safely. My room is huge and i love my walkin closet and bathroom
