Besides the perfect location for my Job, I would like to Commend Nicole, my agent, who helped me a lot, answered all my questions when needed, and attended to all my concerns. Thank you very much for the pleasant moving in.

Not what I expected at all , pictures on the internet are a LIE. If you ever go for a tour pay attention to the building on the outside also the neighborhood is awful and some of the apartments face an abandoned ugly building . Very over priced and the office staff are rude and very unprofessional they also will tell you if you write a review you will receive a gift card. Unpleasant experience!

We had no choice but to leave after how we were treated and my wife was argued with by staff countless times. The money you pay isn’t worth the dump.

Just moved in and it’s not at all like the photos online. They leave out a lot of the dumpy parts of the building. There is a terrible mold smell in the elevator that is constantly shaking and scary to ride in. I don’t always get my mail or packages. it’s in dire need of repairs. Cracks in bathroom tile, poor construction in bathroom. It’s also in a big crime area. Please think before moving here.

I chose Park Street Lofts because of the amazing spaces they’ve created. The location is fantastic and convenient. Bella made the process super easy and great to work with.

My experience was easy from the beginning. Bella was a great help from beginning to end , she made sure the apartment was ready and clean by the move in date ! Everything was great and I would not change anything about it .

The Park Street Lofts are amazing. The loft is very spacious with plenty of storage space. Some units have a balcony but all have great views of the city. Management is helpful and communicates well. A short walk to MGM and Mass Mutual Center. I just took a position at Baystate Medical Center and have the shortest commute of all my colleagues!

The New Park Street Lofts was a very easy choice when making a decision on where to live while doing my masters. Great location, beautiful apartment and excellent service along the way.

Moving here for work and needed a central location with inside parking and security. Park Street offers everything I need for work and amenities. I appreciate that there are many working professionals in the building as quiet nights are very important due to long hours. Again, very pleased to call Park Street my home while in Springfield.

Great experience and great unit! We were in a rush to find an apartment in Springfield having moved from Minnesota and our previous housing plans falling through. Melanie was incredibly helpful and was able to find us a beautiful loft and provide us with a lease all in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend!

Just moved here from DC for the opening of MGM Springfield and Melanie Nunez was the most attentive and had the best communication that I’ve ever encountered when dealing with a landlord. The unit is HUGE! I really love the exposed pipes and high ceiling which makes the place feel even bigger than it already is. The move in was extremely easy and I was able to spend the remainder of my evening focusing on getting everything unpacked. Definitely would recommend my friends and family this place!

Did my research prior to arriving to Springfield and looked at a couple properties and by far new park street lofts cought my attention. Very modern from high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, renovated kitchen, etc. Having the amazing MGM property walking distance is by far the biggest perk for me. Melanie was very attentive and was able to help me with every question I had. Melanie was also able to help me process paper work and application in a timely manner. Looking forward to living there.

After looking at several properties in and around Springfield, my decision to move into the Park Street Lofts was an easy one. High ceilings, great windows, and modern amenities offer some of the finest quality living right in down town. Easy access to the highway, LA fitness, Starbucks, and downtown businesses and shops without being smack in the middle of the busier parts of town make this location one that's hard to beat. Management was extremely friendly and helpful, making the whole process easier than expected. These lofts are beautiful and offer great value for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

This building has several things going for it. The build out's are at condo level rather than those of a traditional rental unit. The location in South End isn't surrounded by very much other housing so it's unexpectedly peaceful. Finally, the ground floor garage with in building access is amazing. It's actually one of the best features of the building. It's easily accessible to Frigo's, Red Rose, La Fiorentina, and if you need your DD/Starbucks fix, that's not too far either. The building has great security and the tenants are all accomplished professionals creating a pretty cool vibe. I would recommend this place to anyone for whom city living with style is a necessity.

The apartements are beautifully redone with garage. The staff is so helpful, always willing to answer any questions. The location is great at downtown and close to the highway. Excited to move in !!

One of the many apt buildings I toured while planning my move to Springfield. I loved the cleanliness, the open feel of the lofts and the safety features in the garage and front entrance. So happy that the rent includes cable and wifi while still being really affordable. Also super conveniently located near Baystate for anyone who will be working there. I would definitely check this place out while looking in this area.

I've only been a tenant for a few months, but these lofts are simply amazing! They are beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped. Newly renovated, hard wood floors with stainless steel appliances. Located minutes away from Downtown Springfield and other nearby attractions. Parking space is provided, with a heated garage. Laundry is on site with safe camera monitoring system. Management is great and extremely responsive, neighbors are also very friendly!

Lofts are modern and have great character, building management very responsive and tenant orientated. Excited to live here!
