Convenience
Convenience is what we all want in life, right? The laundromat, bank, postal drop, and grocery store are within a stone's throw of my apartment. At $395/month, the affordability offers me a nice comfort. I'm able to pay my rent and have money left over to enjoy life. All maintenance issues have been resolved within 48 hours. Noise ceases at 10 pm, so you won't get woken up. It's perfect!

Convenience
Convenience is what we all want in life, right? And comfort? My apartment complex offers both, fulfilling my needs with everything within walking distance. I can hit up the laundromat, grocery store, postal drop, or bank within five minutes each or less. The price is affordable enough to allow me plenty of spending money left over to enjoy my day. Plus, the walls are soundproofed and the neighbors won't wake you up.
